A View for Two är den perfekta platsen att ringa hem under din nästa resa till Smokies. Det är en stor studio stuga som bara har blivit helt renoverad. Alla nya apparater, stor dusch, soffa, nöjescenter och även sängen har ersatts.

Det är definitivt upprättat bara för ett par med massor av romantik och integritet. Men ... om du måste ta med en liten, gör soffan också en säng. Denna vackra lilla stuga ligger i Timberwinds Resort i Townsend, TN. Det ligger inbäddat i träden på toppen av berget med utsikt över bergen. (Under regnigt eller snöat väder kan det krävas en fyrhjulsdrift för åtkomst). Bubbelbadet är perfekt för den kvällen efter en lång rökig bergtur. Eller hoppa i badtunnan för en avkopplande tid.

Köket är fullt utrustat för att göra en snabb frukost eller gourmetmiddag. Den öppna planlösningen låter dig njuta av varandras företag medan du lagar mat och tittar på filmer tillsammans.

Timberwinds Resort är väl utformat så att varje stuga har sin egen integritet. Det finns en säsongsöppen pool och stor cabana som våra gäster är välkomna att använda. Detta område är tyst och mycket bekvämt vid ingången till Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

cozy cabin for two

Nice cozy cabin for two. I would have preferred a laundry area instead of the jacuzzi, but the hot tub, gas fireplace, and gas fire table more than made up for it. There is a convienent laundromat in Townsend and it only took about an hour to do our clothes. We loved watching the sunrise in the morning, and the shadows of the sunset against the foothills in the evening. Easy access to Cades Cove and other Smokey mountain areas. Short drive to Pigeon Forge, but we didn't have to fight crowds for meals so it evened out. Kitchen area is adequate for simple meals. I didn't care for the memory foam top on the bed, but it didn't keep me from sleeping so it wasn't a big deal. The furnace wasn't working when we got there, but we called the office and someone came right out to fix it and we didn't have any other issues. We would stay here again.

A View For Two

This is a beautiful, upscale cabin for two. The internet was great, as was the TV. The view was unparalleled. The kitchen, stocked with whatever utensils and appliances were needed. The whole cabin wasn't filled with tacky decorations like some of them out there are. I have zero complaints.

Perfection!

This was probably the best stay I have ever had to the Smokies. The location was great but the drive up the hill is slippery when wet. I loved being so close to Wye and Cades Cove. The cabin itself was our favorite ever, great view, great ambience, and private.

Amazing view!

Beautiful cabin and property as shown in pictures! Very private! Steep incline to cabin with very limited parking space. Definitely saving this property for future returns!! Absolutely beautiful with excellent communication with hosts. Only gave the neighborhood a 4 due to everything local shutting down at 8pm which we are not used to, otherwise only a 30min drive to Maryville or Pigeon Forge!

We got in late, but its okay we had the code. Walked in to a very clean and lovely set up. The area was quiet. The cabin felt secluded. Enjoyed the privacy. The views are breathtaking. Will recommend and cant wait to come back!! 5plus stars!

Wonderful stay, very romantic

We loved our stay at A View for Two. Very cozy and romantic. Two things to consider; we did not realize the mountain was so high, you will want to drive a truck or suv with four wheeled drive; also the ONLY upgrade that would be nice is a more comfortable mattress or topper. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back!

Parking was terrible. Damage my rental car dropping off edge of driveway. Floor was moving and made it hard to walk and keep our balance.

Worth Every Penny

When we arrived to a View for Two it was love at first sight. If the view isn’t impressive enough then the amenities will blow you away and if that’s still not enough then the Townsend area will “seal the deal”. It was the perfect relaxing vacation spot and for all you honeymooners out there it’s nice for that too. It had everything we needed and the managements great response time was extremely helpful. This cabin is definitely worth every penny and we will be coming back again! ❤️ P.S. Like in other reviews we had read you need a AWD or 4WD vehicle. We kept our truck in 2WD the whole time and had no problem, but it never hurts to have the later option.

Must Stay

The cabin was just as described in the online posting. The cabin was immaculate and the view on the back deck was breathtaking. Our stay was during the COVID pandemic and we didn’t feel the need to go out anywhere because we felt like we had everything we needed right there. The owner was very responsive to any and all questions we had. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
