Beautiful property and adequate home for 8 friends who were in town for the races. This is a great home base for a weekend at the track, which is 10-15 minutes away.

Lovely home with lake access!

Bob was beyond helpful. The home had all we needed and we were able to dock our boat on the lake— a 5 min walk or 1 min drive from the house.

Convenient & Clean

Bob's home was very clean and the location was convenient to all of our shopping and dining needs and close to nearby family. The kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans, utensils, plates, glassware, etc., which made it convenient to have some meals w/o going out. The living room and bedrooms were comfortable. We enjoyed our stay?

Amazing

The property is well cared for and perfectly manicured. The large deck with grill and yard space is picturesque to say the least. The home is cleanly and very well updated. The owner goes above and beyond to make the space perfect. But wait there’s more.. a short walk brings you to the shore of Saratoga lake. Absolute must stay. I’m so glad I did!

Clean house, great yard, and in a perfect location

This house is very nice and clean. Our group of 6 adults and 2 children were very comfortable. The yard is great for a bonfire, grilling, and lawn games! The location is great too. So close to Brown’s Beach, Dock Brown’s restaurant and a short drive to Saratoga Springs. Highly recommend!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our couples trip! We were so close to so many things. The foliage and neighborhood was beautiful. I would highly recommend staying here to anyone! Bob was so responsive and had anything you could possibly need!

Great House!

The house looked exactly as the pictures. Updated, clean, well stocked - we only needed food and drinks. We’ve stayed in other VRBOs and needed towels, extra toilet paper etc. not this house. Definitely would recommend this house to anyone. Owner/property manager was very nice, easy to get hold of considerate.

Saratoga Lake house

The home was perfectly clean and had everything you could want. It fit 8 very easily, with none of us feeling too cramped at any point. It's proximity to the lake was a plus. Bob was very responsive and made for a great weekend.

Nice house

The property was just as described in the listing. It was clean and well laid out. We were visiting the area to show my daughters horse and it was conveniently located near the show grounds.
