Beautiful Florida Keys Vacation House

Perfect vacation

This was the perfect vacation spot. Beautiful townhouses overlooking the water, with full kitchens. The kids were happy swimming in pool, and fishing off the dock. There is so much to do on the property - kayaking, games for the kids, a gym, a bar in walking distance. This is the perfect vacation spot for families.

We rented two condos, they were perfect for our group. The neighborhood pools are warm and nice, we used the kayaks which was very fun. Good location close to Big Pine, love the balconies and walking distance to Kiki’s.

Wonderful Location! Perfect Stay on The Keys!

We stayed at this Home Away as a family of 10 people, and all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exceptionally clean and new, and had everything we needed. We loved the convenient parking, and the ability to walk to the nearby KiKi's Sandbar for meals and drinks. It was only about a 30 to 40 minute drive to downtown KeyWest, and we liked being a little away from the main city. We also found some wonderful restaurants and stores nearby on Big Pine and Marathon. Highly recommend this location for groups and families with younger kids; very family friendly. The check in and out process was very simple, and the amenities were everything we could've hoped for. We cooked breakfast every morning in the ample kitchen and enjoyed swimming in the pool each evening. Thank you for a lovely stay Joe!

Nice condos, but NOT connecting

These are nice condos, each with two bedrooms and big kitchens. But they are not connecting - adjacent, not connecting. We assumed that we'd be able to easily share spaces including outdoor porches, but they are completely separate units. The covered parking is on the ground floor, so you must climb about 20 stairs to get to the entrance. And if you are at the entrance to one unit, you must go down the stairs and up the other flight to get to the other entrance. In fact, there are a lot of stairs in these units. Parking is ground floor (1), the living room and kitchen are up one flight (2), and the bedrooms are up another flight (2). The location was great for us - wanting to explore the Keys. The condo is in pretty good shape, but could probably use a little refreshing and some paint. Overall a good place to stay!

Place needs repairs

One of the townhouses, the water pressure in the master room was horrible. numerous door could barely close and the handles were about to come off. the towel rack in the master was barely screwed into the wall. the other townhouse the water pressure was great but had trouble cooling the townhouse down as the ac didnt work very well. The describtion made it seem like the townhouses had their own pool, but when we got there the photo is of the adult pool and the other pool was a community pool. Otherwise the place was great, as soon as we went to bbq a gentleman came out to make sure there was plenty of gas for us. i did have to spend 15 minutes cleaning the grill as it looked like it hadnt been cleaned in weeks, alot of grease piled up on entire grill and food burnt on the grill as well as the plates below had built up food and grease which lead to a couple bursts of flames while trying to cook.

Scuba Family Trip

The property was great. Good location and neighbors. Close to grocery store, shopping and dive shop. The 2 condos were great for our family of 11. Grilled out one night & enjoyed Kiki’s Sand Bar just a few steps away. If we get back to the Keys, this is the first we will try to book.

Amazing property

We enjoyed the beautiful adjacent homes that accomodated our families. A short drive away to the main island of Key West, Little Torch Key was a great spot to get away. The accomodations at the facility were great. Neighbors were very friendly and offered great advice on eateries. Would love to come back again!

Birthday celebration with a proposal tossed in.

We found the property easy enough online and had everything booked within 20 minutes. Location was spot on. Right on the water with great balcony views. Both condos were clean and set up nicely. Bill and Greg live in the complex and did a great job answering questions and helping when needed. I would highly recommend this vacation rental and we are all looking at future dates to come back down.

Thanksgiving week

Perfect area to have several activities set up. Kiki's next door was a real plus to be able to walk back and forth. 5 adults & 6 20 somethings, a little tighter than we would have liked with gathering for meals in one condo but an outstanding trip.

Awesome location

Beautiful grounds. Super friendly staff. Great location. We traveled as a group of nine women. We had plenty of bathroom and sleeping space. The front and back porches make great coffee drinking spots. Tons to do on the property and on this Key. Wonderful trip!
