We *loved* this little retreat! The entire living area has an unobstructed beach view. The beds were so comfortable that we all slept so well. The kitchen is very well appointed and has everything you’d ever need. Even had bikes and sand toys to enjoy. And the cutest neighbor cat that would wander over and love on us. Owner was very accessible and responsive. We will be back next time we are in Gulfport!

This house was absolutely perfect- one of our top VRBOs we've stayed in. The view was stunning and the area felt very safe. It was very well appointed with everything you could possibly want or need; we cooked a full New Year's Day dinner with no problem. We enjoyed the wine and the hospitality- including the pretty Christmas tree that was lit for our arrival. We would 100% stay here again. It exceeded our expectations in every way!

We loved staying at this beach house! We have stayed in Gulf Shores, AL for the past five winters, but decided to try Gulfport, MS for a new adventure, and we are glad we did! The attentive host, the proximity to the beach and to everything we needed was a game-changer. The house was immaculate and we loved the open floor plan. We appreciated the spacious under-house parking. Our dog, Frank, appreciated the spacious lawn! Gulfport is beautiful and has much to offer in the way of restaurants, fun activities, and historical sites. We hope to be back! Oh, and we can't forgot the mid-stay housecleaning that was included and much appreciated! Thank you, Kathryn, for everything!

The short walk to the beach was so convenient and we enjoyed the screen porch for morning coffee and evening games. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. There is ample off-street parking and a well stocked kitchen. 5 star property.

Convenient location, very helpful host

The location of the house is conveniently located. It's a short drive to catch the ferry to Ship Island, into Biloxi, or to a fantastic beach area in Ocean Springs. Kathryn was extremely helpful with recommendations and suggestions, and was very responsive to any questions we had. A great time was had by all!

We are a military family, and as my husband gets ready to retire from the Air Force, we have decided to make Gulfport our forever home. We hope to share our love of this area with you! I have two wonderful and busy little kiddos, as well as a beautiful, yet stubborn Australian cattle dog. We love to travel as a family, so we understand what it takes to provide inviting, relaxing and enjoyable accommodations for everyone that we are fortunate enough to host. I have a background in customer service and strive to create the best possible customer experience for each and everyone one of you. I believe in doing the little things well, and will try to accommodate any request you may have to ensure your time at our home will exceed your expectations. We built this home specifically as a vacation rental, so everything thought and detail to the home had our guests in mind. The open floor plan allows for plenty of time together, yet has enough space and living areas (indoor and outdoor) that guests can spread out and relax on their own as well. Our screened in porch is a guest favorite which is perfect for evening sunsets or morning coffees while looking out at the beautiful Gulf Coast views. We hope you'll go out and explore this amazing area along the Gulf Coast, but when you are spending time at the house, then we have fast wifi, board games, comfy beds, corn hole, and so much more for you to enjoy!

I am a Premiere host, with over 6 years of experience in the vacation rental world. I do this full-time, so I will be able to respond to you quickly and promptly. I am also a local resident, and can provide custom recommendations for you to suite your specific requests. The home has a warm and inviting feel, which instantly makes you feel on vacation. I have added bright beach colors and decor to the home, as well as stocked the home with all the necessities you will need. It has plenty of underneath covered parking for cars and trailers. It also has a big open yard for plenty of space to play or just enjoy the ocean views.
