Great Place

House is very well decorated with plenty of space and amenities. Beach is across the street. Location is convenient to anything you need and key attractions. If you have little ones the Lynn Discovery is a couple blocks over and our toddler absolutely loved it. Kathryn is an excellent host. We would book again 10 out of 10 times and hope to be back in the future.

Beautiful home walking distance to the beach! Fun areas to hang out outside, lots of space, very clean, pet friendly. We have stayed in lots of VRBOs. This was one of my favorites!

Christmas in Mississippi

We had a great stay at the property during the Christmas week. The home’s layout was perfect and we really enjoyed the warmer weather (for us Midwesterners) and relaxing in the mornings with coffee on the balcony.The beach was a quick walk for us, and our dogs got their first experience in the ocean!Every room was spotless, and the kitchen was well-stocked and accessories were easy to find.The host is awesome! We didn’t need any advice or help while on the trip, but I have no doubt she would have taken care of anything we needed.

This home is beautiful and very spacious. The screened in porch was our favorite spot. Nice to sit out in the morning and have a cup of coffee looking out at the gulf and gorgeous white sand. The neighborhood is also quiet. The host was so kind and very accommodating. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone coming to the gulf coast.

Peaceful family friendly location

Deserves all 5 stars in cleanliness, comfort, location and provisions! Beautiful pier home with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, porches around bottom and top story, with loungers, rocking chairs, hammock, grill and patio table. Plus a super relaxing screened in porch overlooking the beach. Fully stocked kitchen, laundry area, bicycles, beach chairs, wagon with umbrella and sand toys. You do have to cross a road to beach, buts it still within easy walking distance from house.

AMAZING STAY!

We travelled in for our daughter's National Dance competition & made it a family vacay with my 90 year young mom & adult children & spouse. The house was absolute perfection for us. Convenient to the convention center & the perfect spot between Biloxi & Gulf Port. Kathyrn was the most gracious host & gave us lots of tips & was quick to respond to any question. Our daughter brought home multiple National titles with her team & we made loads of family memories at this great house! Hopefully we come back in the next few years & we would definitely rent this home again! Thanks Kathyrn!!!

Great stay!

The house was beautiful and very clean. Its a short walk to the beach! Had just about everything we needed there. Great screened in porch and sitting area under the home. There is not fenced in yard but the home is pet friendly and out dogs did fine with it. Really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Outstanding property!

This is a great property positioned back from traffic noise. It’s nestled among a beautiful live oak in a family friendly community. We felt very much at home here. All the amenities you need for cooking and beaching! We loved hearing the trains roll by and felt like we got a free air show with the fighter jets that flew over once or twice a day. We took advantage of the rockers and cool breezes on the upper and lower decks and extended our stay for an additional two days! The owner was very responsive although I only needed to contact her to book additional days. I highly recommend this property!

Weekend Getaway

We live in TN and wanted to get to the beach for the weekend. Kathryn's house was exactly what we needed. It was very spacious with a beautiful ocean view! We arrived on Friday to an immaculent house and plenty of information to walk us through all of it's features. Saturday morning was disappointing weather wise but we were able to have coffee on the porch and watch a beautiful lightening storm over the ocean. Luckily it cleared up and we set out to see Gulfport and Biloxi. So many things to do and see and the house is in such a good location that it's not far to all of it! The check out process was so easy, no stripping beds or gathering laundry. Just clean the dishes you used and take out the trash. We could not have asked for a better house to stay in on a short weekend trip! Thank you so much for your hospitality! Vicki Day

Family getaway

House was very clean and well stocked. Close to restaurants, casinos and various things to do. Short walk to the beach but you have to cross a busy road to get there. Definitely would stay here again.

Amazing home!

We had a wonderful time at this property! The house is beautiful, well appointed (down to a drawer of batteries and nail clippers) and very comfortable. Hosts gave great details about the house and area, even left a hand written note and bottle of wine for us. Very quick and easy access to the beach and local spots. We had wonderful family time and enjoyed our stay at this property. Just a couple things that are helpful to note but did not negatively effect our stay: *there is a train that runs very close to the house and it can be heard during the night *there is a busy road that runs between the house and the beach. It’s hard to tell from the pics so it’s helpful to note that it is a busy street to cross if you’re headed to the beach on foot

We live in northern Indiana and are recently retired. We wanted to go somewhere warm that we could take our dog. We have never been to Mississippi before and the gulf coast was enticing. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Gulfport! The house was beautiful and clean and our host was awesome and a great communicator! Everyone in the area was very friendly! We loved our time there!

We are a military family, and as my husband gets ready to retire from the Air Force, we have decided to make Gulfport our forever home. We hope to share our love of this area with you! I have two wonderful and busy little kiddos, as well as a beautiful, yet stubborn Australian cattle dog. We love to travel as a family, so we understand what it takes to provide inviting, relaxing and enjoyable accommodations for everyone that we are fortunate enough to host. I have a background in customer service and strive to create the best possible customer experience for each and everyone one of you. I believe in doing the little things well, and will try to accommodate any request you may have to ensure your time at our home will exceed your expectations. We built this home specifically as a vacation rental, so everything thought and detail to the home had our guests in mind. The open floor plan allows for plenty of time together, yet has enough space and living areas (indoor and outdoor) that guests can spread out and relax on their own as well. Our screened in porch is a guest favorite which is perfect for evening sunsets or morning coffees while looking out at the beautiful Gulf Coast views. We hope you'll go out and explore this amazing area along the Gulf Coast, but when you are spending time at the house, then we have fast wifi, Netflix, cable TV, board games, comfy beds, corn hole, bicycles and so much more for you to enjoy!
