Härlig vistelse i ett fantastiskt hus.

Vi var ett större sällskap med med både barn och barn-barn och storleken på huset var perfekt. Stora luftiga ytor inomhus med ett bra planerat kök i centrum samt en underbar poolavdelning med solstolar och middagsbord. Lägg därtill en fantastisk utsikt över både land och hav. Värden Andrew var otroligt tillmötesgående och hjälpsam vid ankomsten vilket gjorde att vi verkligen kände oss välkommen. Det enda lilla negativa var att det ganska nära pågick ett husbygge med störande ljud, men är ju inget man kan påverka utan bara gilla läget. Bortsett från det var allt positivt och våra 10 semesterdagar i huset kommer vi länge ha många härliga minnen kvar ifrån. Stort Tack Andrew!

Beautiful villa, very well equipped and maintained. Very spacious for 9 of us. Nothing was too much trouble for Andrew or Wilfredo. The pool was wonderful, very cooling in the heat. Good advice provided in relation to eating locally and a great tip about Greens supermarket deliveries!

We recently stayed at this villa/bungalow for 11nights. The property had everything we needed for a fabulous stay. Very spacious with an open plan kitchen/living area. Great games room and spacious bedrooms. Fab views from the house and pool area looking out to sea. Nothing was to much trouble for the hosts. Some great trails in close proximity and a good taxi service if wanting to venture further afield at a reasonable price. We would recommend this property.

Beautiful stay

We were a group of seven people and stayed about one week. The house is great, clean with a nice view outside and equipped with everything you might need. Andrew is a really nice guy, helped us a lot and give some tips for trips around. We really can recommend to stay here.

Great week in this lovely villa

Had a great stay here for a week when coming to Malta for a wedding. Villa had everything we needed and more. Loads of space and activities to do. 10 min walk to the water park. Kids loved the pool. Few issues. Parts of the ceiling did fall down ina bedroom but host got it cleaned up right away. And there was a problem with the en-suite toilet on the last night. Did keep getting reminded about electric and water usage which was odd when you’ve have paid thousands and the villa was half empty for half of the week.

Wedding anniversary celebration

A most welcoming host; Andrew and his assistant Wilfredo were waiting for our arrival, a very good briefing on the Villa and the amenities was given along with an easy contact route if needed. The rooms were all very good and the bedrooms setup to match our specific requirements. We really enjoyed the pool and the outside patio. The Children (and some adults!) enjoyed the games room. Fully recommended. Thank you Andrew

Magnificent Villa

The villa is magnificent, exactly like in the photos. We had an excellent week. Andrew is a thoughtful and helpful host, as well as his assistant. However, you need to be careful with electricity and water to avoid any extra charge. The location is perfect for visiting the island. I highly recommend it.

Excellent villa

We stayed here as a group of 10 and found it to be plenty big enough. The apartment is in a good location and has lovely sea views. Would recommend to any large group visiting Malta!

Peaceful Sea Views

Superbe Villa

Superbe villa très bien équipée.( Billard, babyfoot table de ping-pong, piscine, cuisine, barbecue....) Andrew le propriétaire est vraiment a l'écoute et nous a accueilli très gentiment. La villa est extrêmement propre a l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur et conforme aux descriptions de l'annonce donc aucunes mauvaises surprises a l'arrivée. Je recommande fortement la location de cette villa pour les grandes familles ou les groupes d'amis qui voudraient passer du bon temps à Malte.

Amazing Luxury Villa

We hired the villa for a week to celebrate my 60th birthday with my husband, 4 adult children and their partners. It is really true-the photos do not do this villa justice. Five marvellous bedrooms including one master en suite- best bedroom I’ve ever stayed in. Quality of linen and towels superb. 3 further bathrooms including the separate walk in pool shower and a further toilet. The 2 downstairs bedrooms are equally beautiful - with daylight through clever roof windows. The pool, grounds and outside seating is nicely equipped with plenty of choice for sun and shade. Nice cushioned chairs and sun beds. BBQ new. The whole house including the kitchen has everything you could possibly need- so good we chose to eat in about 5 nights out of the 7 enjoying entertaining as a family Andrew and his housekeeper were on hand to explain the set up and actively helped the holiday run smoothly from a housekeeping view. From the initial booking till leaving the communication and checking in was great. Although Andrew lives below the villa in a completely separate accommodation we never felt intruded upon in any way. The villa exceeded our expectations in every way. There is parking for one vehicle within the gates and plenty on the road outside. There is some building work next to and in front of the building- a little noisy in the morning but it didn’t get my kids up before 9! We didn’t notice it too much and it certainly didn’t spoil our stay. AMAZING! .

Spacious and relaxing

Thank you Andrew for being a great host. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. The pool was nice and deep and a great size for our family to enjoy together. With a variety of ages, we were able to each have our own space with several activities enjoyed all at the same time. Thanks for having us, we’d love to come back again.

Villa with a view

We had a fantastic weeks stay at this villa, Andrew couldn’t have been more helpful. The view from the property was amazing and the amenities were extremely good, with the added bonus of a basketball net which we weren’t aware of until we arrived. We all had a lovely holiday. We would highly recommend this villa to everyone.

This place was amazing, it exceeded our expectations. Very clean, well laid out and had everything we could possibly need. The property owner was very friendly, personable and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend a stay here.

Très belle location pour une grande famille

La maison était totalement conforme au descriptif, très spacieuse et parfaitement équipée. Pour ce séjour pendant les fêtes de Noël, les jeux intérieurs (billard, ping-pong, PS4,...) ont été très appréciés de même que le poêle à bois… Belle vue sur la mer malgré beaucoup de constructions d'autres villas en cours tout autour. Excellente organisation d'Andrew le propriétaire qui a su nous proposer des excursions et les services d'un cuisinier local plusieurs soirs pendant le séjour pour déguster des plats typiques du pays. La localisation est idéale pour réaliser les principales visites de l'île à 30 mn maximum de voiture. Nous recommandons vivement cette villa parfaitement adaptée à une famille étendue (5 grandes chambres dont 2 sans fenêtres).

Resided on Ta’ Xbiex waterfront (Yacht Marina) since I was born in 1956.

Having the sea in sight for all my life grew on me and made me determined to always have it visible if I got the opportunity to buy my own property. Thankfully I managed and today I am the proud owner of this magnificent bungalow which enjoys unrestricted sea views.

From a young age the sea drew me to it and made me extremely curious to try it. I would jump at the occasion of being on any sort of boat . . In my free time I like to sail and have also participated in a lot of local significant regattas including the 600+ mile offshore ‘Rolex Middle Sea Race’ – 5 times.

I am the sole owner of a travel agency providing services to all sorts of visitors (groups) coming to Malta and Gozo which include Incentive and sports groups.

My satisfaction is to know that people are enjoying / enjoyed their stay in Malta and of course at my property!
