Det Àr nÀrhet till; Green Pond Boat Launch, flera strÀnder, Island Queen Ferry till vingÄrden och Nantucket, Falmouth Heights, Main Street Falmouth och Mashpee Commons. Hemmet har fyra sovrum; PÄ övervÄningen finns en kung och tvÄ tvillingar, nedre vÄningen har en kung och drottning. Huset har tvÄ fulla bad och halv bad i Mud Room med tvÀtt. Rymligt vardagsrum / kök med granit ö med plats för fem; bra för underhÄllande! Huset har ett ledningsfritt AC-system i hela huset, förutom fönster AC i sovrummen. Det finns en rymlig uteplats med bord och grill.

Falmouth Summer Vacation

The house at 3 Lt. Pafford Road is a gem. It is in a quiet and safe neighborhood within a 6 minute drive to Bristol Beach. My mother, sister and I stayed for a week, and it is the best cape rental we have stayed in. It was airy, light & bright and very clean. It has central air and the fully functioning kitchen offered all the cookware, dishware, cooking tools and utensils one would need. The outdoor back patio is great with large dining table and grill with built in countertops. The backyard also has an outdoor shower, 2 lounge chairs and privacy & quiet. There is a washer and dryer next to the kitchen. The house has 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, with the first floor bathroom having a walk in shower, which was necessary for my elderly mother. The beds are very comfortable. We brought our own bed sheets and bath towels, but everything else was provided.The owner Judy was great to work with and she greeted me at the house for check in and provided a tour of the house, showing where everything is located and how to use grill, outdoor shower, etc. We look forward to renting it again.

Comfortable and clean stay

We had a wonderful week on the cape! This home allowed us the space and comfort to enjoy all our adventures. The house was very clean, well organized so everything was easy to find, and all the essentials were provided. Judy was easy to communicate with leading up to the trip and responded to any questions very quickly. We hope to return year after year!

Great home and host

We had a wonderful stay at the property. It was very clean and updated. We also enjoyed the quick bike ride to the nearest beach. Judy was a great host and provided lots of helpful info prior to our arrival. Thanks for a great experience!

Spotless & beautiful Home!

Exceptional property. Our stay from start to finish was perfect. The house is beautifully updated & incredibly clean. Judy was more than kind saying we could arrive early & check out later than the normal time. Location is great, very quiet which was good for our toddler & preschooler! Thank you for a safe & fun vacation during covid 19!

Great space/ spot!

We received communication from Judy leading up to our stay with helpful information. The house was immaculate when we arrived and just as pictured. We had a wonderful week of family time together- cooking in the well-appointed kitchen and playing games on the spacious family room! Falmouth Center is lovely- great restaurants and shops. Beaches were close by and easy to navigate. Needed conveniences were just a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Judy!

Great place for family vacation!

Highly recommend this property! Place was spotlessly clean which is SO important during these times. Judy responses super quick to any questions. Pretty area & comfortable home for our family of 6 adults. We all had a great time!!

Perfect House!!

This house was perfect. It was spotless clean, plenty of room, and a great backyard. It was also very close to beaches and many restaurants and activities including the Cape Cod Winery and Bad Martha's Brewery, which we tried both and enjoyed very much. The owner, Judy was there if we needed (but thankfully we didn't because everything was perfect). I would definitely stay here again.

Great Cape Cod Rental!

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this home. The owner was extremely communitive and made our stay very easy. The house very is spacious and we were able to have another couple down for a weekend while social distancing (the two king beds are a huge plus!). The house was very clean and all the furniture/appliances were brand new. Lots of household products were left in the house for us to use, which was very helpful. The location was perfect for us, close enough to downtown and all the beaches. We would recommend this house to anyone looking to stay in Falmouth.
