Beläget på Anastasia Island, är denna 2Bdr / 2Bth en rymlig 1050 kvm enhet på andra våningen, bara några steg från de 2 poolerna och tillgång till stranden. Nyligen ombyggda med granitbänkskivor, anpassade skåp, alla nya rostfria vitvaror och badrum. Sovrummet har utsikt över poolen, med king size-säng, 2 sidobord, stor byrå och stor garderob. Master bad har walk-in helkaklat dusch. Andra sovrummet är framför enheten med enkelsängar, byrå och TV, med stor garderob. 2: a badrummet har badkar och dusch med linneskåp. Vardagsrummet är rymligt med sektions soffa, bord, TV och öppen för att äta högt bord och kök. Det har utsikt över den uppvärmda poolen och tennisbanorna och stranden är bokstavligen 1 byggnad med en annan pool vid strandpromenaden nära sanddynerna. Dondanville Rd. ger direkt tillgång till stranden, liksom Ocean Trace (några kvarter norrut). Bekvämt till en Publix mataffär (.5 mil bort) och massor av restauranger inom gångavstånd. Du kommer ha allt som behövs i närheten, för en avkopplande och rolig semester. Ocean Village Club ligger mellan intercostal vattenväg och stranden, med historiska centrum St. Augustine bara 15 minuter bort.

We had a fantastic stay at here! The location on is great with easy private boardwalk access to the beach. We loved the two pools, the clean and well-equipped unit, and being so close to grocery stores and local restaurants. It was a safe, quiet, and perfectly relaxing beach retreat. Highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The condo complex has nice amenities and the beach is awesome! It was a great place for a couple of senior snowbirds to spend part of the winter.

Cute condo - close to everything

We stayed at this site because my family was celebrating my brother’s 50th wedding anniversary. The condo is appointed nicely & the furniture, beds were comfortable. The walk to beach is easy. Check-in & out were smooth. I highly recommend.

Beautiful condo perfectly located for beach vacay!

We enjoyed our stay immensely! The condo is beautifully remodeled, very clean, beds are very comfortable. Easy walk down to the beach and pools. Great for families :) We would absolutely come back! Thanks Ashlen for being a wonderful host!

Great condo & amenities!

We loved our stay. Not only was the condo nicely decorated and comfortable, it was fully stocked, right next to tennis courts and the pool. The pool's water is like bath water! The beach is literally a 5 minute walk! Great place to stay! Diane

Very comfortable for a 2nd floor condo. In excellent shape with basically everything you need. Location is wonderful and the breakfast/ Lunch diner within walking distance is nice.(Connleys) I would recommend this unit to you all!

Relaxing Winter Getaway!

We love the area in St Augustine Beach, Butler Beach, where this Condo is located. It is just steps away from the beach with it's own private entrance, as well as 2 pools on the property. The gated complex is well maintained. There are lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. The 2nd floor condo was recently renovated and includes everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owners are just a phone call or text away should you have any questions or issues.

Just Right!

Well appointed condo. Clean, nice furniture and appliances, Great King Mattress!!!! (So Important!) Perfect location! I lived in Saint Augustine and have visited many times! This is where you want to be these days to be close enough and far enough from the "masses". lol Thanks again! Oh, If the TV doesn't seem to be working.....unplug the router and reboot! lol

Great property, owner and location

The property is clean and neat. The owner is very sweet and responsive. We were there during the corona virus situation and Ashlen checked with us multiple times to be sure we were okay. The condo is in a very well maintained complex with a lovely heated pool. It is a short walk to the boardwalk to get to the beautiful beach.

We love the City of St. Augustine. When not working, we enjoy the beach, gardening, all kinds of outdoor activities and travel several times a year. We've been married over 30 years and have 2 grown sons, both living in the Jacksonville area. Our home is not far from St. Aug. and we have 2 dogs and 2 cats.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My husband always wanted a place at the beach where we could go and stay and he could surf at will. We used to vacation in St. Aug every year when the boys were young and decided to buy a condo there in 2011. Since we live so close, we thought we'd remodel it, to make it more modern and luxurious and then rent during the part of the year that we don't visit the beach as often (focusing on our business). We hope you LOVE it!
