Träna ut utrustning i garage som gäst kan använda för sin bekvämlighet. Vache Grasse 18-håls golfbana ligger tvärs över huvudgatan, vagnsuthyrning finns i klubbhuset. Vårt hem ligger också nära Greenwood skolor om din familj är närvarande på sportevenemang eller examen. En populär bröllopsplats, The Loft at Stone Oak, ligger cirka 1 mil från vårt hem. Lokala Fort Smith College är cirka 20-30 minuter bort. Lake Jack Nolan är en 208 tunnland fiskesjö ligger strax öster om hemmet ca 3/4 av en mil. Huset är tillgängligt för kort sikt hyra för internt behov eller familjer förskjutna för ombyggnad i sina hem till rabatterat pris. Bra hus för att besöka familj eller vänner utan att behöva köra fram och tillbaka till Fort Smith för hotellvistelse.

Nice little house

Well kept 2 bedroom 1 bath house in a neighborhood. Area was quiet, conveniently located. House does have a small fenced backyard , great if someone has a dog with them. Owner was great with communication!

This home was the perfect retreat for me and my fur babies while my own home was being remodeled. It had everything we needed for both short- and long-term stays—comfortable, well-equipped, and thoughtfully maintained. Kathy was an absolute pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this property!

Labor Day weekend

Property was easy to get to, clean and cozy. Our dog loved the backyard. We would stay again and hope to make it back as we love the little town.

Solar Eclipse 2024

This was a perfect stay for our short family getaway to watch the solar eclipse. Kathy worked really hard all day to get the house ready for us after the fridge broke. She even left water bottles and a bag of ice for us to use as well. The place is comfortable and clean and in a good neighborhood. Kathy responded to our messages instantly. She also gave some good recommendations on a BBQ place in Bonneville. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Greenwood Football getaway

We spent two wonderful months in Greenwood so we could enjoy our 3 great grandchildren play spots and just be involved in their lives. Katy and Scott, our hosts, were wonderful. When we got here Kathy had decorated the house with a football theme and even had our great grandson’s jersey number on door wreath. There were new towels and dish towels. The house was perfect for a fall get away. We plan to stay for a few weeks in Spring and again a couple of months in fall. I love this little town. Thank you Kathy.

Perfect little house for 2

We enjoyed our stay very much! The house is cute and includes many details that make it feel like home: appealing decor, essentials such as toilet paper and hand soap, comfortable living room, space to work on a computer, and more. Very cute and very comfy stay

We stayed here for a few days back in April during our move from Tx to Ar. Very cute and cozy home that DID NOT SMELL LIKE CIGARETTES AT ALL. Lots of room to run around out back. And the kids and dogs all loved seeing the potbelly piggy Nextdoor! The neighborhood is NOT run down, just a little older but cute and safe with children running around because it is safe to do so. I absolutely recommend this place. The host was so great as well!

House was clean and very organized

Nice family neighborhood, spoke with the neighbors several times. Often walked the area with our dog and always felt comfortable. House size and layout worked well for the two of us. If we return to this area certainly would stay again at this property. Kathy was quick to respond to any inquiry we made.

Clean and peaceful Neighborhood Stay

Our family enjoyed the peace and quiet in this clean home that included a fenced backyard and the cutest floors I've seen! Close to some good local restaurants and near the Fort Smith area. A great choice for a small family.

We came from out of state to visit family and this was perfect. It was the perfect spot to visit in Ft Smith and Poteau. The house was just as described and the owner was awesome to work with. Greenwood has grown so much and has everything you need. I highly recommend and hope to stay here again.

Great neighborhood and my guest loved it!

This is a nice 2 bed 1 bath home in a very nice neighborhood. The home is very nice with a porch and back yard. Greenwood has been THE SAFEST place in Arkansas for several years. I had 2 of my friends come to town and I happen to find this place here on vrbo and I am glad I did. We will be looking for it again when they come back in. The owner was fantastic! I just wish I could have given it more stars! This was so much better than putting them up in a hotel. If you have business or pleasure in Fort Smith this is a house you should defiantly stay at. This house was VERY VERY CLEAN TOO!
