Great place to host a large group

We stayed at this home away from home, which was exactly what we needed! I hosted several teenagers for my kids during the winter break and their 16th birthday. The kitchen is very well stocked, the bedrooms are great for hosting kids and teens. The space was great for playing games, watching movies, and visiting with each other. Overall the checking and checkout was seamless and we had a tremendous stay. The hosts are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!

This house was the perfect place to spend with my church family. It had all the things we needed to cook and have a beautiful dinner. Also, all the extra beddings and rooms made it possibly for everyone to have their own space. Loved it!

Christmas visit to Renton

We came over from Yakima to visit our kids and grandkids. We needed a house big enough for just the four of us but with a couple other members who stayed just one night. It was a great size for us.

Family reunion

It was a perfect fit.

The beds were very comfortable. That is key for us! The home was in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping and food. Very easy to get to. We had 10 people total, all over 19 except our 15 year old and we all had a great stay. The movie room was a huge hit!

Great for a large group!

This house was great for hosting 7 adults and 3 small kids. It was about a 25 minute drive to downtown which wasn’t an issue at all. If you have a large family or group of friends going it definitely has enough space for large groups which was what we were looking for.

Awesome place to stay!!!

Awesome place to stay! We had almost a whole soccer team stay. It was spacious and roomy with plenty of space for everyone to sleep and relax after a long day of soccer. Kitchen was amazing and stocked with everything you need to make a large group meals. Beds were comfy and lots of towels and linens were supplied. Only negative comment was that the bath tub in the master was not In working order. We will be staying there again for future soccer tournaments 😊

Wonderful home

Great location, good neighborhood. Doors are beat up a bit from luggage coming and going and the furniture and pictures on the wall are from Wal-Mart or Target. Beds were very comfortable. Hot tub was out of order.

Lots of gathering space in addition to all the bedrooms, and we loved the location. Minor issues were the lock instructions were confusing, the garage wasn't available to use, and it could just generally use a little maintenance.

House is large for a big group. The chairs and tables could use to be updated. Legs are loose and not that comfortable. Beds were very nice. Sleeping was great.

Great house, great location

This house was perfect for our family. We would definitely stay there again. It was well stocked, had comfortable beds and was very spacious! The only cons for the house are the maintenance issues that were mentioned months ago by other renters—No towel bar in downstairs bathroom, smoke detectors downstairs missing, did not locate a remote for the fireplace, jet tub in master bathroom still not working and I would have preferred to have a set or two of towels downstairs. All in all it was awesome for our family!

Not quite as pictured…

The location and size of the house was perfect for what we needed. We loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the open layout. How ever the pictures listed on VRBO seem to be taken a while ago. A lot of the furniture in the pictures is different from what is actually in the house, and the back deck seemed to be rotted and looked much newer in the pictures. There is no way our group of adults could have been on the deck together safely. The listing also claimed to have a hot tub, but there was none. The house was clean enough, but could use a deep clean. The dryer hardly worked and would take many cycles to dry even a small load.

Bathroom vents need cleaning, toilets are dirty on the outside and towels smell.

The house was ok, but it needs some cleaning. We don’t mind leaving clean dishes, but shouldn’t need to wash towels before leaving.

Nice house!

Nice house! Needs a bit of cleaning of carpets and furniture. Towels were not all dried from the prior renters. That's more of an issue with the housecleaner. AC in the house! Given the hot weather during our visit, much appreciated. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Large home, very basic amenties

Great large home to have family for a stay. However, the furniture is terrible and cheap. No hot tub or working bathtub. House hasn't seen a deep clean in a long time. Missing fixtures in some of the rooms. The owner is very over the top on telling you quiet hours however neighbors are very loud (of which didn't bother, just stating). The location is nice, feel safe. Warning the deck in the back is not the safest and is rotting. I enjoyed my stay but definitely will look at other locations in the area.

Nice house but some maintenance has been put off. Makes me sad to see that they are letting the maintenance build up before addressing the problems. Sinks aren’t draining and the towel bars are off walls in bathrooms. Too expensive for ut not to be updated.

Great location

Host was okay. Check in process was really easy. The fridge did not work and host told us the day before our arrival. We had no choice but to make lemonades from the lemons we were given. The host did accommodate us with 3 coolers and didn’t charge us for the cleaning fee. Tub did not work an some of the blankets had stains on them so we had to wash everything before the night. One thing we would like was to have a place to throw away our trash bags and recycle boxes. The bins outside were full and were placed outside on the street. This didn’t do much for us because when it was our turn there. It filled up so fast and we couldn’t even break down the boxes and throw away. The location was great and really safe. Next time we will be looking elsewhere to stay.

Not in the best condition

This is a very spacious house and a good location. So we had all the room we needed for our big group and also proximity to Seattle and UW where we were headed. However, this property is not well maintained. There is a lot of wear and tear. Also , when we inspected the kitchen, we couldn't find any bowls or glasses so we bought some disposable items at the store. Later we found everything loaded in the dishwasher. We couldn't tell if it had been run or not but we found it off putting that the dishes hadn't been cleaned and put away before our arrival.

Great space, could use some touch up

First of all we had a great time in this home, it was spacious, it has more than enough bedrooms and beds for our big group. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, it is well equipped with all the basics and some more. They provide toiletters, and laundry detergets, which is a really nice convinience. The house was generally clean (just don't open the blinds, or don't look at the top of the fridge ). The linien closet was a little bit confusing, we needed some extra sheets, that we eventually find, but it could use some organization. Most of the towel holders were broken, so it was a challenege to hang our wet towels. And the lock is not a smart lock as it was stated, maybe they are in the process of changing it. But it didn't bothered us. As I mentioned, overall we had a great time in this rental home.

Things we liked: * the house was spacious, plenty of rooms for a big group. * good parking space - can fit upto 4 cars in front of garage * nice AC/heat * big TVs in a couple of rooms Things that were really bad: 1) the check in details on website are incorrect. The website talks about a smart lock which is not correct. They have a lockbox which takes a code as input. And the details on how to use the lockbox don’t exist. 2) communication with the host. We had a late check in (already informed the host that our flight was going to be late). The lockbox won’t pop open when we punched the code. When texted and called host - the host was very rude on the call. And then they hung up on me as soon as the lock was got unlocked. 3) wifi wasn’t working - and the host got it fixed the next day 4) there was dog poop all over in the front yard/near steps and in front of garage 5) the front door knob was loose 6) the rear door lock wasn’t working properly 7) the coffee pot was dirty 8) the washer had dirty unwashed towels inside 9) there wasn’t any body wash in the bathroom 10) no extra trash bags 11) the fridge wasn’t hooked into the water supply, so no filtered water
