Vårt strandlägenhet i Panama City Beach var utrustad med stor omsorg för att vara ett hem hemifrån, både för oss och våra skötta gäster. Vi valde Sunrise Beach enhet 1506 eftersom det är mycket rymligt och erbjuder enastående utsikt över stranden och Mexikanska golfen. Denna två sovrum, två badrum stranden bostad har sovplatser för 7. Den har ett rymligt vardagsrum med en drottning bäddsoffa, en gulf front mästare med en king size-säng, och ett andra sovrum med en dubbelsäng över full storlek våningssäng. Den stora balkongen är inredd med bekväma djupa sittplatser för att njuta av de spektakulära solnedgångarna och ett matbord för morgonkaffe medan delfinerna leker i vattnet. Eftersom vi spenderar tid här själva har vi försäkrat oss om att den här lägenheten är inredd för maximal komfort som en lugn respit och mysig atmosfär för att göra familje minnen, vilket ger känslan av hemma på stranden.

Perfect size

My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. It was clean, bright, cozy, right near the elevators and we never heard a peep from anyone. I highly recommend this rental to others.

Great unit

Very cute unit. Very homey. It was a great fit for our family. The beach was amazing and the beach chair service was so appreciated. Bring beach towels however. Views are amazing. Walking distance to restaurants. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful!

What a wonderful place!, I don't want to leave! It has charm, warmth, personality and the views are amazing. To lie in bed and watch and listen the waves is so surreal. Eating on the balcony with a glass of bubbly is heavenly. I could go on and on!

You can’t beat the view!!

Overall, the unit was nice and well appointed! The surfaces were all clean and tidy! But, I have to say that this unit is in desperate need of fresh paint and a deep clean of the floors and corners. They were responsive to messages and I was granted an early check in! The balcony was big with comfy furniture!

Panama Getaway

The condo was exactly like the listing. The only thing about the room was that the washer smelled like rotten eggs when in use. The beach was amazing! The water was crystal clear. The two pools were nice and not overly crowded. I hoped for the pool to be on the same floor as the beach to make easier access, but it is what it is. It wasn’t a deal breaker.

I have no complaints about the property or the room, all exceeded my expectations..... this room was a great fit for my Mixture teenagers and children, not to shabby for a last min booking! I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Loved staying here. Elevators were pretty fast. Unit was clean, could definitely use some new pots and pans. The kitchen was very small. The king bed was super comfy. Loved having the bathtub and shower in the master bath.

Loved this condo. Very clean and the bed was comfy. Especially loved the balcony furniture. Not the high seating chairs normally at all the condos. These were actual rattan chairs with cushions and so much more comfortable to sit in and watch the ocean. Would definitely rent this again

Beautiful condo with a fantastic view!

We absolutely enjoyed our vacation at PCB and our stay in this lovely condo. It was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a great stay. Beds were super comfortable. The large balcony was perfect to sit back and take in the ocean views. The location was perfect and close to the elevators for easier access in and out. Loved having beach chairs so we didn’t have to race to the beach each day to find a good spot. The building itself is neat and well taken care of. We definitely plan on staying here again on future vacations!

Great time. Did not use the pool, had to wear provided rainbow wrist band and considering it was gay pride month that isn’t what we wanted to wear. Ocean was beautiful. Not sure who is cleaning this property but we found dirty socks, dust bunnies, etc…

very relaxing

The condo is awesome. We had a problem accessing the beach service the first day and had to pay the guys on the beach. My husband called the contact for the rental and they got that straitened out and we were refunded what we had to pay that first day and had no more problems. Not sure why that happened but if it does happen they will take care of it if you call and let them know. The Webb Family

My family and I loved the location of this unit. Beach right out the door and good food nearby.

Property could have been cleaner. No dish soap was present but the dishwasher worked fine. If you want to do laundry make sure to plan for a long dry time. Secondary bedroom is located at the front of the unit and although there are bunk beds it's very small. The unit is located right by the elevator so sound in that room was an issue.

Great condo with an amazing balcony.

The condo was very clean. The kitchen is nice and well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony and the balcony furniture. The bathrooms were spacious but the water pressure was lacking n the showers but not a deal breaker by any means. Location of the condo was ideal. Restaurants and shops all around within a few minutes (walking). Probably a mile from Pier Park. Walmart was really close which made it easy for groceries. The 2 pools and hot tubs were very nice. We loved getting 2 chairs and an umbrella with the condo. My only negative was the elevators. They might of been the slowest ones we've ever used. At times waiting 20-30 minutes.

Husbands birthday week.

We enjoyed our stay and very thankful for beautiful weather despite what the weather man was telling us. We had a little delay in getting our vehicle registered and received two warnings from security, but front desk couldn’t help, and the communication between me and the condo owner took way too long. I was fearful for a tow or boot because I didn’t bring the vehicle I originally had registered 4 months ago and several days passed before I could get ahold of someone. It was a little bit of a hassle, but the sweetest security officer helped me get the link I needed to get another vehicle registered. The trip overall was one of our favorites.

Somewhat disappointed in this condo from description.

Don’t expect a “real” second bedroom. No closet/chest or space to put anything! Very small and dark. Only closet is in a very nice master but it’s closet has a chest of drawers in it which doesn’t allow much space for hanging clothes. No way is this condo for up to 7 peoples! Kitchen was well stocked but found no pot holders. Elevators were convenient and made it easy to get to the beach. Lovely balcony and views😍

So disappointed!

I am always very honest on reviews and normally give all 5's. The place itself is nice, was clean, is in a good location. I've stayed at Sunset Beach dozens of times but never at the particular unit. The reason I am so disappointed is because on the second day my sister was lying down in the master bedroom not feeling well, while we were down at the beach. She was awakened from a deep sleep by two strange men walking in the bedroom. It scared her so badly that she jumped out of bed and slipped and fell hitting her head. By this time the two men walked out of the bedroom, but she still doesn't know whats going on, so she opens the door to see if there still there, and they are just standing there. So she asks "can I help you "? They tell her their there for maintenance to fix the shower. Very uneasy...she says ok...and they go in the master bath for a whiile, proclaim nothing seems wrong and they leave. She called me immediately after

Beautiful Room 😍

Sunrise is one of our favorite high rises to stay in and room 1506 did not disappoint! The decor was beautiful, everything was updated, and the room was clean and comfortable. There was a minor setback midway through our trip where in an outside contractor accidentally cut into a live water supply line and caused some flooding. The water was contained to the master bath in our room, and it was promptly dealt with. The management company was good about following up as well (and delivering more towels after we’d used ours to soak up the water!). My only complaint is that due to this unforeseen complication we had people in and out of our condo for the remainder of our stay - checking moisture levels in the walls, leaving big machines that made a lot of noise, etc. They were never there long, and they were only there to address the problem that had occurred, but it just stunk to have people popping up randomly throughout the day here and there, sometimes starting before we had fully gotten up. It would have been nice to have received some sort of compensation or even moved to a new room to avoid the intrusion. But up to the point of this happening, our stay was perfect.👌
