The Art Loft är en historisk egendom som ägdes och byggdes av den berömda lokala konstnären Dale Gillespi. Beläget mindre än en kvart mil utanför spåren i hjärtat av Smokies hittar du inte en mer unik övernattning i Pigeon Forge och Gatlinburg.
Utrymmet:
Ursprungligen var Art Loft en studio för Sevier Countys mest kända konstnär Dale Gillespi. Dale använde konsthallen för att skapa verk för många lokala företag samt Eagle Memorial till vårt lands veteran ligger på torget i centrala Sevierville. Loftet har totalrenoverats för att möjliggöra övernattningsuthyrning med den historiska traditionen som Dale inspirerade. Ett sovrum med katedraltak, ett badrum med katedraltak och jacuzzi, ett vardagsrum med en 50 "platt-tv och en Keurig, mikrovågsugn och kylskåp.
Gäståtkomst:
Gästerna har privat tillgång till loftet och delad tillgång till grunderna på de lägre nivåerna av fastigheten och privat tillgång till gården på översta våningen och badtunna. Uppkörningen delas med Carver's House gäster.
Samspel med gäster:
Gästerna får tillgång till loftet med dörrkod och vi är tillgängliga dygnet runt om behovet uppstår.
Grannskapet:
Området ligger i hjärtat av Smokies bara en kvart mil av spåret bara några minuter från Gatlinburg och Pigeon Forge. Kvarteret är värd en samling av övernattningsfastigheter och privata bostäder. Dale Gillespi bor fortfarande bredvid och du kan fortfarande hitta honom carving bort på nya bitar då och då. Fastigheten är lättillgänglig i de flesta väder.

2019-säsongen har börjat i Pigeon Forge, många nya sevärdheter kommer till Smokies i år ... Mest särskilt Dolly's Pirate Voyage och National Enquirer Live Museum. Arla sätter in på Paula Deens LumberJack Square vid trafikljus nummer 3. Dollywood har slutat med sin största expansion någonsin i Wildwood Grove ...

Det kommer bli en spännande säsong i Pigeon Forge i år ... kom och se alla de senaste attraktionerna och kanske se några som du inte har sett tidigare.
Att komma runt:
The Art Loft ligger bara 5 minuter till Downtown Gatlinburg och 5 minuter till Pigeon Forge. Du behöver en bil för att ta sig runt Smokies för det mesta, men om du väljer det Great Smoky Mountain Welcome Center och vagnstopp ligger knappt en kilometer bort.

FYI, trolleypriserna har gått upp till en hel del $ 2. 50 en tur för Dollywood / Splash Country och en $ 1. 00 någon annanstans eller du kan köpa en dag passera $ 3. 00.

Amazing Stay

The Art Lot was an excellent place to stay. Cozy, remote, clean and perfect size for two, with a wonderful deck and hot tub. Anthony was easy to reach and responded to any questions we had. Perfect location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge.

Peaceful nook nestled perfectly.

The location was a huge benefit to this property, we easily navigated the area to find the river and our dinner spots. The hot tub was a perfect size for us two, during the day you are fairly visible to the unit across the street. This did not affect us, just noting for those who like to stay in more intimatly private locations.

Cute little loft!

This loft is perfect for a small stay if you need to get away for just a couple of days! It’s also very close to the aquarium and other attractions in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge so you don’t have to travel far.

Clean and Cozy

We loved our stay here! The loft and property were immaculate and the location is fantastic. You are between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and right on the outskirts of the Smokey’s, just beyond all the hustle and bustle, but not too far. The hot tub was a huge bonus as well.

Overall great stay

Me and my husband stayed here for our honeymoon and it was a perfect little cabin for two. Very clean and the property owner made sure to reply quickly to the few questions we had. Only issues we had was the wifi didn’t always want to work but we were up a mountain so it was kinda expected. The hot tub was great for relaxing. Definitely would recommend this to any couple but wouldn’t suggest it for more than 2 people because it is a small loft. But I believe any couple would really enjoy their stay here. The location was perfect about 5 miles to Gatlinburg and 5 miles the other way to pigeon forge very convenient! Definitely will stay here again if it’s a trip for just the two of us!

Great for a short stay

The overall stay was nice .Everything was clean and we had a good time. Had trouble sleeping .Everytime you get out of bed the floor creaks and wakes up the other person.No vent in bathroom so when you shower the bathroom is fogged..Be prepared to eat out or microwave something every meal only 3 room cabin..Hot tub and firepit too close to road for privacy! Anthony was nice and helpful with emails.. Art Loft was decorated beautiful but small.

Cozy and Clean

The property was very clean and cozy. It was exactly as listed. The location was very nice as well, right in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be staying with Martin Vacation Properties again!

Wonderful stay!

We spent 2 restful nights at the Art Loft and could not have been happier with the location. Tucked in the woods on a side road but less than 10 mins from the heart of all the attractions on the main Parkway in Gaitlinburg. Sparkling clean, super easy keypad checkin, even a few water bottles left for us in the fridge! Highly recommend 😊

Honeymooners at the Art Loft

My husband and I vacationed here for the last few days of our honeymoon and it was absolutely phenomenal! We loved being smack dab on the middle of both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge while still being secluded in a calm and wooded atmosphere! The loft was comfy cozy and perfect for our time in the area! We highly recommend this stay for a pair of love birds!

Perfect Getaway

It was a cozy and cute cabin that was perfect for two. Anthony was quick to answer all questions and concerns. The only problem would be the WiFi, it was slow and caused some issues with my phone since I did not have good signal there. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Under the bed was not clean nor the grill when we arrived. Check out is at 10 and check in is at 3. It should not take 5 hours to clean and if it does the it should be very clean which it wasn’t

Perfect for a short stay!

This cabin was very clean and well maintained, you could tell they have made some upgrades recently. Anthony was very thorough about emailing all details of the stay. Would for sure stay here again! We were sitting in the hot tub and a bear came up behind us from a tree only 10 yards away, coolest part! Only downside was that the kitchenette space was too small to really make anything.

We loved the little loft!!!!

Our only suggestions would be to have a sofa w recliners in it & directions on how to get the Dish working. We never got the dish in the living room to work other than the DVR. We honestly did LOVE IT tho!!!! Thanks for the Keurig cups!!!!!!!
