Denna renoverade strandstuga ligger bara två korta kvarter från allmänhetens tillgång till stranden. Boarea är 576 kvadratmeter plus en stor skärmad veranda. Delvis havsutsikt från verandaen. Stugan ligger i ett lugnt bostadsområde en kort bilresa från strandpromenaden. Sängkläder och handdukar. Fullt utrustat kök med utbud, mikrovågsugn, kylskåp, brödrost, kaffebryggare, burköppnare och allt glas, tallrikar, köksredskap och redskap. Tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Direkt TV-satellit och soundbar ljudsystem.
Junior's Place är en mysig strand stuga som ger våra gäster de "bra gamla dagarna på stranden" känsla, rena och bekväma.
Stugan byggdes i början av 1960-talet som ett typiskt strandhus för tiden. 2 sovrum och 1 badrum - inga garderober. Det var totalrenoverat sommaren 2018 med nya ledningar, VVS, badrumsarmaturer, köksskåp, apparater, gips, isolering, fönster, golv och Ductless Heat / AC-enhet. På grund av bristen på garderobsutrymme har vi fått massor av krokar, hängstänger och förvaringsbitar.
Den veranda är en underbar plats att umgås och koppla av med en delvis havsutsikt. Det finns en utomhusdusch på baksidan av huset för att städa upp efter en promenad till stranden och krokar på verandan för våta handdukar, strandleksaker, etc.
Bakgården har plats för badminton, volleyboll, majshålkastning etc.
Det är en bra liten plats och vi vet att du kommer att njuta av det.

Awesome stay at in an amazing location

We stayed for a week, house was clean, location was perfect as we were only 2 blocks from the beach, also only blocks away from many activies and local restaurants, hosts were very communicative and easy to reach. Had some boards break on the porch and owner came and replaced them the very next day. Overall awesome experience and would stay again!!

Close to the beach

So very close to the beach which was a highlight. It was a bit small for my family of 5 and 2 dogs, but that was on me for not properly researching the size. Owners were prompt and responsive. Screened it porch with rocking chairs was nice.

The property is in an ideal location. The owner lives next door, so there's no need to worry about any possible issues. Beds are comfy, the shower works great, and there's even an outdoor shower to wash off the sand before entering the house. The house is equipped with everything you'll need, but there's not much "extra" provided as with other places we've rented. Just bring all your own games and snacks. This is a great place to bring your dog, unfortunately ours passed away on day 4, which took the joy out of our experience. Overall this is a really nice place that the pictures don't do it justice.

Nice little getaway cottage

Short walk to the beach and perfectly located to get to things in Carolina Beach and Kure Beach. We had everything we needed, the home was clean and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and will look to book future trips to this home.

It was really nice and had great access the beach. The only 2 issues were the stove and toaster. The stove had very inconsitent heating. The top seemed like it took forever and the oven burnt what ever we put in it. The toaster was also bad to burn things in spots.

Great vacation

We had a great visit to Carolina Beach. The house is small, but simple, clean and worked well for us and our two dogs. Quick walk to the beach, nice little backyard, loved the screen porch.

This beach house was bought by the owner's parents in the 1980's as investment property. The owner inherited the property and decided to fix it up and bring it back to the old beach charm for guests to enjoy.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Junior's Place is a cozy beach cottage that gives our guests the "old days at the beach" feel. It is not a luxury resort, but it is very clean and comfortable.
The cottage was built in the early 1960s as a typical beach house for the time. 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom- no closets. It was totally renovated in the summer of 2018 with new wiring, plumbing, bathroom fixtures, kitchen cabinets, appliances, drywall, insulation, windows, flooring, and a Ductless Heat/AC unit. Due to the lack of closet space, we have provided plenty of hooks, hang bars, and storage cubes.
The screened porch is a wonderful place to hang out and relax with a partial ocean view. There is an outside shower in the back of the house for cleaning up after a walk to the beach and hooks on the porch for wet towels, beach toys, etc.
The backyard has room for badminton, volleyball, corn hole toss, etc.
It's a great little place and we know you will enjoy it.
