BEACH HUT APARTMENT är en av 2 lyxiga semesterlägenheter och ligger i den vackra viktorianska kuststaden Llandudno på norra Waleskusten. Vi är på en vacker, trädkantad väg, känd som "Llandudno-trädgården", belägen på nivån och inom några minuters promenad från stranden, strandpromenaden, alla butiker och restauranger, teater, tågstation och busstation.

Lägenheten är inredd på ett strand- och maritimt tema och är nyinredda och möblerade för 2014. Lägenheten består av entré, rymligt kök / matrum / lounge med fullt utrustat kök med diskmaskin, keramisk spis, elektrisk full storlek ugn, retro kylskåp, brödrost och vattenkokare, och matplats med matbord och stolar. Loungen har en bekväm bäddsoffa med plattskärms-TV med freeview, DVD-spelare med urval av DVD-skivor och tillfälliga möbler. Sovrummet har en dubbelsäng med sängbord och sänglampor och garderob. Det finns ett eget duschrum utanför sovrummet.

Det finns en vacker trädgård med trädgårdsmöbler för din njutning.

Lovely break away

We have stayed at the property a couple of times now and it has been clean & welcoming each time, we would recommend this property to anyone staying in Llandudno, it is very close to the town and beach.

PERFECT PLACE FOR A STAY IN LLANDUDNO

I stayed for 2 nights prior to a big foot race across Wales. Julie and Dyfraig provided nice, warm, and clean accommodations for my stay. The bed was comfortable. The full kitchen had every amenity needed for cookings. The location was perfect with a 5 to 10 minute walk to the downtown area of LLandudno. When we return, this will be the first place we will look to reserve.

llandudno holiday

found flat very easily and check in was simple due to excellent communications from Julie. Flat very clean , well decorated, everything you ned for a weeks holiday. Big plus is the off road parking and very easy access to the town centre and beach, only 10 minute walk away. Well worth the money. Owners very pleasant and helpful. Tony and Sue

Very clean well furnished 1st floor apartment

Enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment was appropriate for 2 of us. Facilities were good everything worked and was clean. Only items preventing 5 stars are rather hard pillows and chairs / sofa could be more comfortable. Liked the alcove for clothes / dressing. Owners very pleasant and helpful - nice to have a garden to sit in.

Very clean and well equipped

The Beach Hut was spotlessly clean and also the bed linens and towels. The owners were very welcoming and accommodated our request for additional power socket at the bedside for medical equipment. The property is in a very quiet location but still very close to all amenities. Thank you for a lovely stay and we will return when possible.

Our stay at The Beach Hut Apartment was excellent,. It was modern, comfortable, clean and situated in a quiet place, central to all the amenities. The off street parking was a big bonus. We would go back again in the future.

Das Apartment ist wunderschön und liebevoll renoviert, mit allem was man braucht. Sehr sauber. Nahe zum Zentrum, Strand und Bahnhof. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Unbedingt weiterempfehlen.

We purchased Claremont House in February 2014 and since then have totally renovated the whole building. We live in the ground floor apartment and have 2 holiday apartments upstairs. Beach Hut Apartment and Country Cottage Apartment. They have been totally renovated and fitted with new fixtures and fittings and furniture to a high standard

We are in the centre of the beautiful town of Llandudno but far enough out to be in a lovely quiet tree lined road yet the beaches and all amenities are just a short walk.
