Gorgeous home with beautiful views

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is absolutely beautiful and in a prime and easily accessible location. Easy to book and check in and out. Quick response time when contacting the host. Highly recommend this home for large groups. Make sure to bring extra toilet paper and paper towels. The front door is a little tricky to lock when exiting. The house does have bedrooms/bathrooms in the basement that are handicap accessible but it’s a steep incline to wheel around the back of the house to get into the main floor.

Each person had space to spread out, yet there was plenty of room for us to all come together to plan. I particularly enjoyed the size of the kitchen as I was the cook over the weekend. We did get 14" of snow while we were there, but the house was located close enough to the main road that we were able to get in and out without issue. The property managers were very responsive to our needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We recently stayed at The Pillars cabin through "Elk Springs Resort" (https://reference-url-citation.invalid/0) with our extended family. The cabin itself was very large and spacious, which made it a good fit for a big group. The location was excellent, and the views of both the city and the mountains were beautiful.Unfortunately, there were several issues during our stay.Check-in was scheduled for 3:00 PM, but we were unable to get into the cabin until after 6:00 PM because it had not been cleaned yet. After traveling and coordinating a large family, this was very frustrating. Management did apologize for the delay, which we appreciated, but no compensation or accommodation was offered.We were also disappointed that several amenities listed in the rental description were unavailable. The listing mentioned a smoker, grill, griddle, and pizza oven, but upon check-in we received a text saying none of those were working. This was especially disappointing because we had planned a pizza night for our family.There were also several maintenance issues inside the cabin. The pool table was broken, and the refrigerator door seal was damaged and taped together with blue painter’s tape, causing the door not to seal properly. Thankfully we did not lose any food, but we constantly had to check to make sure the refrigerator door was fully closed.The cabin was not filthy, but it also was not as clean as we expected, especially considering the delayed check-in for cleaning. The beds were uncomfortable, and both the beds and floors were extremely noisy, making it difficult to move around without waking others.One additional note for families with young children: the hot water gets extremely hot. While it made for great long showers, parents should use caution, as the water temperature could easily be too hot for small children.On a positive note, the Wi-Fi worked well throughout our stay.Overall, T

Spacious and beautifully decorated with great views and plenty of parking/access for 9 couples to hang out and relax in.

Family Outing

This property and it’s location was perfect! The outside setup was awesome not to mention the huge hot tub. The house itself is roomy and the kitchen is awesome. The only thing I can say that needs improvement is the detailed cleaning. But for it being right in town and big enough to house 30 people easily it was over the top!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful large home with accommodations for all ages. Spacious indoor and outdoor spaces. Management company was amazingly responsive to questions and minor issues we had. The day before we were given a check/in time, but on our travels there we were given a 1.5 hour delay due to cleaning. The house is large, so it is understandable they needed more time. Plan accordingly and be prepared for a possible check-in delay.

Family Reunion for 30

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall it was a very good experience. Only had a couple of real issues that the staff was very quick to address. We had a large group and the trash filled up quickly, and I sent a message that they responded to almost immediately. One of the washing machines malfunctioned and they sent someone within an hour or so. Beyond that, my only real complaint is the technology could use an upgrade. The internet was unreliable and because the cell data signal isn’t great due to location, the internet was basically unusable for those in our group that needed to connect for work. The TVs were a bit confusing and dated. The projectors outside and in the theater room worked but required some hoop-jumping to get them working. The good news is we weren’t there to work or watch TV so that part was more of a nuisance than a real problem. Overall very happy with our decision to stay there and would stay again. Great location, great view and a great space for large gatherings.
