Little break

The condo was very comfortable. Lots of seating and 15 min walk to Johns pass. 10 min walk to Caddys restaurant and Candy kitchen. Beach was beautiful and water felt great. I will be back.

Family trip

Didn’t receive the email with the instructions on how to get in. Tried to call day before and that evening with no return call. Finally got through to someone and then once I received the instructions everything was good after that. Nice room and plenty of beds for all the grandkids to sleep away from each other without bickering. lol. Great facilities.

Beautiful room and view! Will absolutely go back!

So much space in this unit! I have rented a bunch of units throughout florida and this one had everything! Supplies such as TP, paper towels, towels, beach towels, beach stuff, swim stuff. Also covered parking which was great on these hot summer days. The one thing I wish they did have was a washer/dryer in the unit, but they do have them on two floors you can pay for. But with that being my only gripe, we loved it! Thank you!

Gulf Front Vacation

The condo had everything we needed,even beach chairs and pool toys. Very clean. The beach was amazing. The only thing was it had so Many codes to remember We would love to go back to this property.

Perfect Family Getaway

The property was very clean , well stocked and had plenty of room for us The location was great because it was on the Main Street and so close to everything. It was very convenient to have key codes and not have to carry keys to get to beach and pool. The walk to the pool and the beach was short and easy. The beach is beautiful, wide and clean We would definitely stay here again!

Great weekend beach trip!

The condo was in a great location not only right on the beach but also being first floor corner unit. So quick and easy to get onto that white powdery sand! This condo was huge! Listed as 2 rooms but the converted 3rd room with bunks was perfect for our family (although there isn't a vent in there so the door needs to stay open or have a fan). It was very clean; I gave 4 stars only because it had alot of fruit flies in the kitchen but there was a trap that managed the majority of them on the sink. The kitchen was stocked to the max with dinnerware, cookwear, etc we didn't need anything. Plenty of paper products and cleaning supplies that we didnt need to buy any of that either. Lots of beach chairs and an umbrella were welcome additions too. Literally the only thing we had to get was some food for our stay. If I had to list any negative was that some of the outlets in the bedrooms did not work or stopped working during our stay so hopefully those get addressed. But the whole family loved this rental and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Excellent unit!

Being a travel agent for over 12 years, I must say that this was an awesome experience. Larry was very professional and informative. I appreciated him allowing us to check in early, after being up since 2:00 a.m., traveling all day, and just being able to unpack. It certainly wasn't expected, but very appreciated. Unit was perfect for 5 of us. Thank you Larry and support staff for a wonderful unit.

Amazing stay

Condo was clean and spaceous. Located right on the beach. Pool and hot tub were clean. The only slight inconvenience was that we had to drive across town to another location to receive the door code to get into the condo. I am used to it being emailed or texted to me. We enjoyed the condo and would stay again.

Nice Location with lots of beds

We enjoyed our stay here close to John's Pass. Note that no assigned parking spots are set. You just have to have your parking pass visible from the outside. The property offered a good value for a 3-bedroom rental. We would recommend and stay here again.

Relaxation

Our stay was nothing short of wonderful at SeaBreeze. This is our second stay with this property manager. He does a great job communication and sharing accurate information. The condo was exactly how we anticipated. The views were great, the walk to the gulf was short, and the location to everything was great. We will definitely stay again in the future.

Clean, but aging

The location right on the beach was perfect, and the views relaxing. It was nice having two refrigerators and the sofas were comfy. The sinks in the master bath slope because they are so old and warped that they are not level. The “sliding” glass door to the balcony was an abomination! The lock consisted of a broom handle because the lock itself was immovable. And the worst part was that I had to use all my strength to open and slide it. This condo needs to be reassessed before you allow it to be listed.

Beach Vacay with Grandsons

The property and location are beautiful. But I am almost 70 and not in the best of health and would have appreciated a working elevator instead of going up and down stairs each time we left or returned to the condo. I'd also l like to make a suggestion - there are far too many "codes" to access the building and beach - I think one would suffice. Maybe just have a unique code for the condo unit itself and make all others the same. The only real downside to our stay and the reason I could not give this unit five stars across the board was the shape of the patio door to the balcony which is sorely in need of repair or replacement. It needed five men and a mule to open and close it. In addition, every pot, dish, bowl and piece of flatware was less than clean - we had to hand wash everything we used BEFORE we could use it. And finally, the TVs in the bedrooms did not work (minor issue but inconvenient a few times).

Love this condo and location!

This is the second time I stayed at these condos - and this condo is an end unit - and very big. We enjoyed having dinner with friends - and the amazing views at night. I can't wait to stay here again!

Beachy

Great condo, best view of beach and walking distance to Johns Pass. Wish we had local visitors guide to show restaurants and activities and map of area. Found a local chamber of commerce office in town on the day we we were leaving - it had lots of great info and maps of Johns Pass and Madeira Beach .
