GĂ„ ut till en skĂ€rmad dĂ€ck som spĂ€nner över lĂ€ngden av hemmet för underhĂ„llande, avkopplande och njuta av de vackra solnedgĂ„ngarna. Den övre vĂ„ningen Ă€r ett rymligt loft med en queen size-sĂ€ng och trille med 2 enkelsĂ€ngar. Den lĂ€gre nivĂ„n pĂ„ hemmet har tvĂ„ ytterligare rum. En med en queen size-sĂ€ng som gĂ„r ut till nedre dĂ€ckutrymmet. Det bakre sovrummet rymmer en vĂ„ningssĂ€ng för kiddorna. En andra vardagsrummet hĂ€r har ocksĂ„ en drottning dra ut soffan, tv och gĂ„r ocksĂ„ ut till nedre öppna dĂ€ck. Lakeside har en stor gĂ„rd ner till vattnet med fantastisk utsikt över huvudkanalen. En privat brygga ligger pĂ„ vattnet för att du ska simma av och njuta av vattnet. Det finns ocksĂ„ en trappa som gĂ„r genom havsvĂ€gen och leder till en mild ingĂ„ng till vattnet som Ă€r bra för mindre barn eller hundar. Inga problem med parkering hĂ€r finns det gott om plats för cirka fyra till sex fordon beroende pĂ„ storlek. The cabin was beautiful and clean. We loved the screened- in deck and the fire pit area. We had an issue with the oven not working, but everything else was great.

Beautiful property with amazing lake view and access for fishing, swimming and boating. The cabin was very spacious and accommodating. Very kid friendly. We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The view of the lake was amazing! There were only 3 of us, but there was plenty of room for a large family. All amenities were great. The upstairs screened porch was so nice and we loved the downstairs porch as well. We would definitely love to come back!!

Awesome home!

Great place to stay. Close to a boat ramp which made things a lot easier. Only gave it 4 stars because the power to the outlets on the dock was cut. So we had to run an extension cord from the home to charge the boat batteries. Other than that, beautiful home and beautiful view of the lake.

Great Place in the lake

Great place for our group of 5. Right on the water and wonderful decks that over look it. Only issue we had was that there were gentlemen doing construction on the place when we got there. Property manager had no idea it was happening and phone number on the listing wasn't even right. But I messaged and he got right back with a solution. Construction guys saw us and cleared out pretty quick, so it all ended up fine.

Great property! Well stocked, clean kitchen. Adorable decor throughout. The whole process went smoothly; reservation- to checkout. The property mgmt group was responsive & polite the whole time. Truly appreciated this location for our family reunion in the Ozarks

Week at the Lake

We were at the lake to meet family. The house was roomy and comfortable, and the kids had fun sleeping in the bunk room. The screened-in porch that runs the length of the home was a great bonus area and the view of the lake from there is incredible. We brought our own lily pad, lawn chairs, and water floats and spent lots of time hanging out on the dock. We would definitely stay here again!

Great cabin with a great view

This was our first time to the area and had a blast. We had a total of 4 adults and 5 kids. We had plenty of room and the kids loved the bunk room. The screened in porch has a great view and a great place to start the day. The dock was great as well, plenty of room to tie our boat up, swimming, and fishing. Would have left 5 stars if they would have at least disclosed the ring security cameras everywhere.

Great relaxing getaway!

Our stay was great we had 11 adults and all slept very comfortably. The house was very clean and beautiful, the dock was a very nice place to sit soak in some sun and watch the boats go by. Plus it is a very quiet area.

Perfect space for a reunion of college friends. We had plenty of room for each of us, enough bath towels for everyone. The dock was beautiful & the view of the lake really made our stay!! Would definitely come back

Great place. Terrible experience.

My husband and I and our 4 best friends and all of our kids were so excited for our vacation at Sunrise Beach. We got down there and completely unpacked (mind you there was 7 small children with us). To realize the sump pump in the basement had been backing up. The property manager had called me about a half an hour beforehand (we drove 4.5 hours to get there). It was a Kansas number so I didn't answer and there was no voicemail left. The property manager offered us a replacement place to stay that night or we could stay and "rough it." As the secondary option was not suitable for us (twin beds and outdoor furniture indoors) we decided to rough it for the night. During the night the basement flooded into the bedrooms and was a huge mess. The next day the property manager came to speak with us and told us that not only would we be compensated for that first night but that she would get us more money back for our trouble. She was able to find us another place to stay that was suitable but it wasn't lake front nor did it have it's own dock. Our entire vacation was completely changed by this. We had to travel with 7 kids to go swimming and fishing and it definitely wasnt the vacation we had planned. The house itself was beautiful and we would have loved to stay there. After far too much haggling we never recieved the extra money back for our time and trouble. As I said, the property itself was fantastic but the way the property manager handled the situation was not. I will never work with Manage Me or it's affiliates again!

Great rental cabin

My friends and I stayed here off season to celebrate a birthday. We had a great time. The house was large enough for everyone to have their own space (only five of us). Four bedrooms, two and a half baths. The main level balcony is screened in. It was too bad our stay was cold and rainy; we could not hang out outside. The basement level was the egress to the dock. Nice and easy to gain access to the house with numbered door lock. We arrived late evening, so driving to the house was a little tricky mainly because of lack of "street" lights. And since it had been raining, the pathways were muddy and tricky to get up the hill. We only stayed for two days; we hope to book the place again when it gets warmer!
