Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet 301A är ett 1 sovrum 1 badrumsboende som ligger på 3: e våningen med utsikt över lagunen. Enheten är cirka 550 kvm med en begränsad utsikt över bukten från vardagsrummet balkong. Lägenheten har ett fullt utrustat kök med separat utrymme för tvättmaskin och torktumlare. Det stora sovrummet har en king size-säng och badrummet har en badkar / dusch combo; effektivitet stil enhet.
Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet är en 9 våningshus på sin högsta topp ligger 3. 3 miles väster om Highway 59 i Gulf Shores med deeded beach access tvärs över gatan och en privat strandpromenad till stranden. Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet har en frodig anlagd lagunen utomhuspool, barnpool, badtunna, brygga, båtsläpp, båtlansering, tennis, shuffleboard och grill / picknickområde. Det finns en 1 bilgräns. Parkeringskort måste köpas av gäst på Gulf Shores Surf and Racquet Front Desk på kontoret. 3 nätter minimum året runt.

Loved the condo and the location!

This condo is located in a quiet neighborhood and Gulf Shores has many great places to eat. The white sand beach goes on for miles and miles. We hope to stay longer next year!

Fall Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the best place for a Fall Break getaway for my husband and I! It was perfect for two people and had everything we needed. The views were great and the access to the beach was convenient. The only problem we had was that the cable had been disconnected and we could not watch the college football games at night. We would definitely stay there again though!

Perfect getaway

The condo was great. Perfect for just 2 people. Not really ideal for more than that as the bedroom has no door and to enter the condo you enter into the bedroom. Property is nice and the walk to the beach isn't far at all. It was an overall great stay. Would definitely go back

We will be back

It was a very nice, cozy place. The two balconies was different but nice. We got to either watch beach goers or lagoon goers. The location was great. A short walk to the beach. Overall, amazing stay and we will definitely keep them in mind next time.

Everything was great. Condo 301A was a clean nice condo that has what is needed. It says it is a 4 person condo but honestly it is a smaller condo more comfortable for probably just two people. It’s considered an efficiency condo as the only bedroom has no door so their is no privacy, and you enter the condo through the bedroom. All that is fine I just didn’t realize it when I got the room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was exactly as described. Very clean and up to date. Unlike some rentals, only had a couple of requests for check out. We don't use any of the amenities from the complex, but they have a pool, hot tub, grills, and boat docks and ramps on site. Highly recommend this unit.

Great time!

We had a great time and enjoyed staying at this property. It was small and there isn’t much room for privacy…but it worked for me and my son. We would definitely stay again!

Unit was spotless clean and nicely decorated. Unit has basics for cooking simple meals. Less than a minute walk to the beach-closer than some of the giant complexes that are beach front. Excellent for a couple with small children. Nice pool, hot tub, tennis courts and boat docks in the back of the property. Parking was plentiful.

Family get away for 4 days

We love this property and have stayed here 4 times now! It is very clean, feels safe, and convenient! The pool and hot tub are always clean and very nice! The walk to the beach is short. Love this place!

Gulf Get-away

The property was exactly as shown in photos. Cute and cozy. Location was ideal for me—not too close to all the restaurants and touristy spots but a very short drive if that’s what you want. Beach access was easy (not much beach and super-crowded, but still worth it!). My favorite was sitting on the balcony having dinner and a glass of wine. Access was simple and the condo was on the end of the building which made it easy to get in and out. Amenities were nice and the unit was very clean upon arrival. Made plenty of use of the kitchen (instead of eating out) and had no trouble with finding things that were needed. The bed was delightful—very comfortable! All in all a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. I’d come back to this spot again!

Everything was wonderful!

We had a great time. The room was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. We loved that we had a front and back balcony so we always had sunshine. The property was clean. The beach was a short walk.. just a few minutes to get there. Restaurants were just a few minutes away. Everything was wonderful! We would definitey stay again.
