The scenery was gorgeous. Looked like we were in the Ozarks rather than Kansas. The cabin was spacious with plenty of seating for our day guests. Sleeping room was adequate for the 6 people in our family. With all of that said, the highlight of our trip was one of the property managers, Dusty. In our short 3 night stay, Dusty responded to the property twice (once to assist with an issue we were having with a light switch & to show us around the property, and the second time to personally escort us down the river in a canoe trip). Our time was much more enjoyable because of his attention, friendliness, and zeal to go out of his way to make sure we had a fun trip. The property owners are beyond blessed to have Dusty as a friend and employee.

Another great stay. Nature trails, fishing, wildlife, mountain bikes, plenty of room to explore. Quiet and relaxing, a great getaway with fantastic views and direct access to Arkansas River. Inside is comfortable and everything you need. We’ll be back.
