A wonderful getaway less than 20 km from Rouen and less than 100 km from Paris, in Upper Normandy.

The estate offers you 350 m² (out of the residence’s total 420 m²). It can accommodate up to 15 people.
• Parties are permitted provided they take place exclusively inside the house with doors and windows closed. Since the Domaine Zen Art’Titude is located in a residential area, shouting or screaming is prohibited. In general, including during the day, disruptive behavior is prohibited and will not be tolerated; you must keep the noise level of your activities at a level compatible with the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. For this reason, the use of sound systems other than the estate’s SONOS system is prohibited.
• Starting at 9:00 PM, to prevent loud voices and music from disturbing the neighborhood (in the countryside, sounds carry for several hundred meters), we ask that windows and doors be kept closed at all times and that outdoor areas and balconies no longer be used. For smokers: smoking is permitted in the kitchen, living room, and dining room. Please give strict instructions to your guests so that anyone arriving at or leaving the property late at night takes care not to disturb the neighbors (loud voices, honking, etc.).
The maximum capacity is 15 people. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: three suites with a total of 10 beds, and a mezzanine area with 5 beds provided by sofa beds.

The Merisier Suite features a 140x190 cm bed, a desk, a high-end two-seater leather sofa that converts into a bed for two people, a coffee table, a closet with a hanging rod and shelves, and a private shower room with a separate toilet.
- a 50 m² living room with a monumental fireplace 3 m wide and 10 m high, incredible carved beams, spacious and comfortable high-end sofas and armchairs that can accommodate everyone, several works of art, and finally a SONOS multi-room audio system that allows you to connect your own music players, smartphones, and computers to play your music in the living room, dining room, and pool area.
