Mauna Lani Terrace är en främsta oceanfront-egenskap som ligger i den 5-stjärniga Mauna Lani Resort på Kohala-kusten på Big Island. Nära till Mauna Lani Bay Hotel på den enda strandpromenaden på Mauna Lani Resort, är Terrassen en kort promenad till den privata Beach Club med några av de bästa snorklingarna på ön. Mauna Lani har två golfkurser i 18 hål i golfklubben, varje år sedan 1988, fått Golf Magazines guldmedaljpris.

E102 ligger på första våningen och har utsikt över havet och lagunen. Denna vackra 1 sovrum, 2 bad enhet med ett välutrustat kök tillsammans med tvättmaskin och torktumlare, är 1.058 sq ft med ytterligare 314 sq ft Lanai som öppnar till vardagsrum och matsalar. Det stora sovrummet har en privat Lanai.

Terrassen erbjuder kvalitet, integritet, lyx och en verklig känsla för att komma bort från allt. The Terrace Condominiums har gated access och ligger mitt i en tropisk miljö av gamla Hawaiian fiskdammar. Bara några steg bort väver natursköna spår i hela bevarandet och längs stranden. Terrassen ligger inom gångavstånd från den privata Beach Club, Mauna Lani Tennis & Fitness Club.

Gästerna har tillgång till kortkortsaccess till Mauna Lani Beach Club där man kan njuta av en magnifik strand med privat parkering, användning av solstolar och vila / dusch samt tillgång till en restaurang vid havet. Havsportutrustning finns att hyra på stranden.

De rekreationsanläggningar på terrassen på terrassen inkluderar en 22 "x 60" pool, spa, bastu, barnpool, gasgrill och picknickområden. Sekretess skyddas av kvalitetskonstruktionen med 8 tum tjocka betongväggar. Täckt parkering, bara några steg från lägenheten, finns utan extra kostnad.

Avbokningsregler. Om en gäst avbokar en bokning utanför 60 dagar kommer en omedelbar återbetalning att ges. Om en gäst avbokar inom 60 dagar kan insättningen användas för att boka en annan vistelse under de följande 12 månaderna, med förbehåll för säsongsräntajusteringar och skatt och städavgift ökar.

Owners Dave and Sue are right on it! Their pre-arrival packet was very complete and answered all my questions and then some. I hope to come again, however I'm retired and on a fixed income and Hawaii has become quite expensive!!!

A perfect stay, very comfortable condo, lovely views and peaceful. The location between the hotel and beach club was great. The lagoon area is really special. The owner accommodated a request very graciously and their communication was excellent, including lots of helpful local information. We come to Hawaii frequently, and this is at the top of our list.

This condo is beautifully appointed and Dave is a wonderful host. He was very responsive. We loved the view of the fish pond and ocean from our lanai. It was kitted out with everything we needed from olive oil/vinegar in the kitchen to chairs, towels, and umbrellas for the beach. We loved the short walk across the fish ponds to the beach club. It was a nice, sheltered beach with excellent snorkeling and a restaurant that did smoothies to-go. We'd love to stay again!

Lovely condo at the Terraces! We appreciated how well stocked it was, as well as the ease of communicating with Dave but, of course, the best aspect of the place was its location. It is just a short walk to the Beach Club or the Auberge hotel. There was ample room for the two of us. We would definitely return.

Excellent stay at Mauna Lani! Perfect location on the island and Dave and Sue were fabulous hosts - very welcoming and responsive! Condo was pristine and we so appreciated their attention to detail in making guests feel welcome and right at home in their beautiful place! The grounds, pool and beach club were also pristine - we had a really wonderful time and hope to have the opportunity to stay again someday! They set the bar very high!

We’ve been staying in the Mauna Lani Terraces for about ten years and this has been the best condo we’ve rented. The kitchen is fully equipped and there were all the appliances we’d needed. Everything is top of the line and in working order. Our hosts were very helpful, sending information about the area and they made sure we had all we needed. Great Honeymoon location

We loved the unit with a beautiful view of the fish pond. Short distance from the beach with great snorkeling. They have everything you need. Dave responds with any questions answered. Could not recommend more!

Great Place at Mauna Lani

We spent 5 nights at this wonderful condo. It is 1/3 mile from the Aubrege Resort, which we frequent for their drinks, eat at the bar and listen to live Hawaiian music. Good trails from the Condo for whale watching. We will be back.
