The house was really worn; a non working sink in one of the baths and another sink missing it’s stopper, curtains and blinds off their hooks that would not open/close properly, warped deck boards that were very easy to trip on, a screen porch door that wouldn’t open all the way and was broken, kitchen bowls that were broken in the cupboard and a pool with a bad chemical smell that was fixed when the pool person came out. That being said the views were gorgeous and the beach access wonderful. The house set up itself is great, just poorly maintained unfortunately. CCV personnel were really sweet and good to work with.

Thank you for the constructive feedback! We truly appreciate when guests are able to pinpoint items for us to improve upon in the property. We will take this feedback and work on these items to ensure they're better moving forward. We're happy that the pool tech was able to resolve the chemical imbalance situation, and we're so glad to hear that our team was great to work with. We'd love to host you again soon on the Charleston Coast!

Best vacation rental ever

I’ve stayed in many beach vacation rental homes and this was by far the cleanest and best. The home is beautiful and its access to the beach plus a pool were the best. The kids in the family especially loved the pool. The screened in porch was perfect for meals. I would definitely rent this home again.
