Tre sovrum två badrum stuga med en djup vatten brygga ligger på en privater väg på södra änden av Lake Lanier. Om du är ute efter att komma undan bildar världen en liten paus, så är det här. Stugan rymmer 8 bekvämt med en skärmad veranda och även ett däck och pergola komplett med ut dörr matbord och kolgrill. Det finns Wifi och kabel med bredbilds-tv i vardagsrummet och en annan i Master-sviten. Köket är fullt utrustat med alla apparater, inklusive en kaffebryggare och mixer. Ett tvättstuga ligger på huvudnivån. Det stora sovrummet har en queen size-säng mot en atrium fönstermur som ser ut mot sjön. Family Fun!

Love the location and dock! Kids enjoyed yard games, watching birds, picnic and playing on dock; perfect for their first time experience in kayaks. The cabin was comfortable; the master suite awesome. We needed the extra bathroom/shower downstairs as we prepared to participate in family wedding. Hope to stay there again when visiting.

Quaint, yet spaciois cottage on the lake

This was the perfect stay for our family. The cottage was clean, the bedrooms were spacious, and there were lots of activities provided on site. We enjoyed our stay. If you are considering this location, don't hesitate to book.

Fell short of expectations

The property does not properly sleep the amount of people advertised. Listed to sleep 8 and we had 7 but one of the accommodations was a couch. This was disappointing. There was spider webs in every room, dead roaches in master bedroom and hair on the floor in master bath.

Nice weekend getaway

We came for a family event in the area and wanted an alternative to hotels. The cottage is quaint, well stocked and the fam had fun seeing the wildlife near the dock. Unique experience!

Quaint Cottage w/Water Access

I waited too late to find a place to stay for Thanksgiving, but as it so happens, that allowed me to find this cabin. Since it was Thanksgiving/November, we weren't interested in using the dock, but we did walk down to it and it was quite far. The parking is a little tight if you park next to the garage, but if you park in front of the garage, it's on an incline and you may stick out into the street depending on the size of your vehicle. The steps to the front door can be slick with moss, so be sure to use the handrail. There were a few dead bugs and spider webs throughout the cabin, but for it's location and not being steadily lived in, I can't really fault that and it didn't bother me too much. While there are a lot of towels, there were only a handful of washcloths, you may want to bring some with you. The steps to the second floor were steep and slightly uneven, again, just use the handrail. Speaking of, instead of there being one continuous handrail, there were several handrails all at different angles. Just odd. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay. It was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.

In the summer we use it regularly for the access to the lake, in the winter we sit by the fire and enjoy the solitude so far away from the city yet so close as to be only a 30 minute drive. This is our home away from home when you are not here so we ask that you treat the cottage as your own, you will be welcomed back at any time, it is our pleasure to have you as our guest.

Varför värden valde detta boende

There is nothing like a weekend on the lake particularly when the cottage is in a quiet neighborhood on the south end of the lake. The pergola is perfect for breakfast or happy hour, the overhead fan keeps the pests away. The dock is on deep water where the fishing is good and the swimming is equally good. If you have a boat you are welcome to use the dock during your stay.
Take a weekend break from life in the city, kick back and recharge your body, you deserve it and you will wonder why you did not do it sooner. You will be welcome at our cottage.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is not a tract mansion so often seen on the lake... rather this is a quaint cottage, not huge but comfortable and large enough for the perfect weekend get-away. If your party is six or smaller this will be the perfect place. The cottage is fully furnished with bed and bath linens, life jackets, 2 kayaks, a canoe and paddle board.
