Tillbringa en avkopplande natt i din helt privata lägenhet på 1200 kvadratmeter ovanför vår pittoreska Soap & Candle Shop (Making Good Scentz). Njut av ett helt nytt spa-liknande badrum och nyutformad layout med privata sovrum med queen-sängar samt en utdragbar soffa som skapar en fullstor säng. Varje rum har TV med kabel-TV. Gratis wifi finns också. Avsedd parkering i ryggen. Kaffe, te, vatten och lätta snacks tillhandahålls. I vardagsrummet finns också ett skrivbord för våra affärsresenärer.

Bara en kort promenad till många bekvämligheter inklusive mat, barer, nattliv, drogbutiker, livsmedel samt många lokala historiska aktiviteter och Kentucky Bourbon Trail aktiviteter.

Lägenheten ligger på andra våningen ovanför vår tvål- och ljusbutik. Varje bokning får ett gästprovspaket med artiklar (tvål / lotions / läppbalsam, sockerskrubb och lotionsbar) som en del av din nätter som en gåva. Short stay

Clean and spacious. Loved the homieness. Great location and proximity to downtown. No winery experience with this stay so don't know what that's about.

Great little town apartment

Love older architecture and this has been nicely done. Quaint and walked the town enjoying its offerings with ease from this apartment. Host was super responsive.

Fun Location

Stayed to visit two local distilleries. Able to walk to most everything important. Apartment was clean with all necessary items available.

Super convenient and comfortable

This place was great! Right downtown within walking distance to shopping, dinning, coffee shops, etc. Great shower pressure, fans in the bedrooms. I slept great. Sweet box of treats from the soap shop downstairs.

Best little place in town

We had the best time and recommend the use of this apartment. It was beautiful and located right in the middle of town and spotlessly clean. we were given off street parking and the owner was so nice and accommodating.

Perfect overnight getaway

We loved everything about our overnight stay! It gave us enough glimpse of Bardstown to know we definitely want to come back and stay here again! The apartment location was ideal. It was spotless, and comfortable in every way!

Great Downtown Bardstown Location

We stayed one night on our bourbon trail get away and loved the location right downtown. We enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk around town, out to dinner and breakfast the next morning. The apartment has everything you need and we really enjoyed the gift box, we will definitely be back for a longer stay next time!

Right in the Middle of Bardstown

Completely updated loft apartment right on the main drag of town. Has everything you would need and more. Could comfortably fit two couples for a night or a week. Fully stocked kitchen with pots, pans, knifes and even dishsoap. A great addition was the soap and shampoo in the shower, snacks on the table and even a sample pack on products from the shop directly below. We did our research ahead of time and knew this unit has stairs, three different sets, two in the back where you park and one from the Main Street. So if stairs are an issue, don’t get this unit. If they’re not a problem you won’t regret staying here as it’s so nice and walking distance to everything in downtown Bardstown.

Centrally located in downtown Bardstown near restaurants, shopping with short drives to nearby distilleries. Host was friendly and communicated well. If we are ever in the area again we will stay here.

Fun Place to Stay

Perfect for our stay! Plenty of room, and right in town, walking distance to the tavern, Mammy’s Kitchen and a liquor/tasting store as well as many cute shops. Checked in after an amazing tour at Maker’s Mark Distillery. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

This unit is perfectly situated on the main drag in downtown Bardstown. It is walkable to many restaurants and shops. We popped out the front door and had breakfast, lunch, and dinner options within a few steps.The unit itself is very comfortable and well-appointed. The bedrooms were on the smaller side, and the beds were comfortable. The sitting area and kitchen had everything we needed as well. The in-unit washer and dryer were a great addition.The parking in the rear is very convenient, with a reserved space next to the stairs and plentiful additional parking available if you have more than one vehicle. It's a quick drive to several distilleries in the area as well, if that's the purpose of your visit (it was for ours). Additionally, the liquor store downstairs has great prices if you want to taste/tour at the distilleries then buy later.I'd highly recommend this apartment, and will rent again upon our return trips!

Great Spot!

This is a great little apartment. We have stayed here twice so far. It in a perfect location for shopping and dining. The place is clean and comfortable. The host is very friendly and helpful. We will always book with him when it’s available and we’re in town.

Loved it so much we came back!

I had previously stayed there with my husband, so this time I came back with my kids. Clean, quiet and I love the extra touches like the box of soaps and lotions. The beds are comfy and we slept great. Wonderful location.

We opened our Soap and Candle shop in 2015 after spending several years doing local arts & craft festivals. In 2015 we purchased our brick and mortar store which included the upstairs apartment. Steve is also a Pediatric Registered Nurse and enjoys continuing in that field on occasions.

In 2018 the upstairs apartment underwent an extensive restoration to create what we believe is one of the nicest places in Bardstown. Everything was either replaced or beautified and made better. We want you to be comfortable just as you would at home. Bardstown was voted as Rand McNally's Most Beautiful Towns in America in 2015 and when you visit our town you will see why. Come check out what Bardstown has to offer: Distillery Tours; History; Dramas; Night Life; Delicious Food; Great Shopping.... and of course BOURBON!!!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We do allow pets that are well behaved. While there is not a green space directly outside the apartment there are plenty of green areas within the city block. We do charge a $20 pet fee so that we can pay our cleaner to do extra cleaning after pets. While most pets are great visitors and we can't tell that they have been there we have had a few instances where we have had to do a lot of extra work to clean up and sanitize. It is your responsibility to clean up after your pet if there are any accidents. And under no circumstances should dogs be allowed on the beds.
