Din varma avkopplande subtropiska semester börjar här. Renoverades 2019. Njut av solnedgången över Siesta-tangenten från bara ett kort kvarter bort. Två sovrum och två badrum. En privat master suite med queen size-säng, badrum inklusive tvättstuga och Florida ett rum. Ytterligare ett privat sovrum med två enkelsängar bredvid ett stort badrum med handikappanpassat. Helt nytt kök med bänkskiva i granit och backplatta i marmor. Stor bilport, WiFi och kabel-TV, frodig tropisk trädgård och rymlig Lanai med flera sittplatser.

Nice quiet neighborhood, short drive from the beach. They had a lot of beach supplies for use chairs, toys, games which made our stay that much more enjoyable during Long Beach days. I would definitely stay here again.

Lush Villa

The property was everything we hoped for. The lanai and gardens were stunning. The hosts made sure we were comfortable and available when we needed anything. The property is in a quiet area and only a short walk from a small park overlooking the bay.

Amazing Location

We really enjoyed our stay as is located near the best beaches in Florida and the world. Very comfortable stay and great to come home after a full day of play!

Wonderful Space

We enjoyed our stay at this property in Sarasota. The space was clean and spacious and the location was perfect for our needs. I especially loved the neighborhood, which was wonderful for my daily walks. We would definitely stay here again!

The landscaping was beautiful the owner takes great care, we enjoyed everything about out stay and appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella for the beach she instantly got back to me to answer questions she was very nice and I would recommend to stay here

Beautiful Garden & Sunroom

My friend and I stayed at the home in late February, and the weather was perfect (sunny, warm & not humid). Though the home and furnishings are a bit dated, the garden and sunroom make up for it. We were able to enjoy breakfast and glasses of wine every day in the spacious front sunroom with a lovely view of the well-maintained garden. The owner was great, very responsive, and quick to get anything needed. The only thing I think that needs to be changed are the mattresses in the second bedroom which are very uncomfortable. For the price it was a good deal, and I would stay there again.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! L'appartamento si trova in una zona residenziale tranquilla, ma strategica, vicina a centri commerciali e a pochi minuti dalla spiaggia di Siesta Key. L'alloggio è come mostrato nelle foto, super accessoriato e pulito con letti comodissimi. Ha superato le nostre aspettative. Il sistema di check-in funziona benissimo. Mony è stata gentilissima, anche nella fase di prenotazione. Se dovessimo ritornare a Sarasota, soggiorneremmo di nuovo qui. Consiglieremo sicuramente ai nostri amici questa struttura.

Wonderful Stay!

We had a wonderful, albeit short, stay here. We met the owner, Mony, upon arrival, who answered our questions and made us feel welcome. We've stayed at a number of VRBO homes before and this one was by far the cleanest and best maintained. It was truly an unexpected surprise to not have to clean when we got there like we usually have to. The furniture, including the bed, was comfortable. The unit was tastefully furnished and decorated with calming colors and accessories. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant to stroll around in. There were a lot of different restaurants in the area that we both walked and drove to. Good location for visiting numerous attractions in the surrounding area. Overall, it was an A+++ experience. If/when we are in this area again, we will definitely check to see if this home is available.
