Uppför trappan till den täckta veranda där den öppnar upp till ett öppet koncept, vardagsrum / matsal och kök. Köksdörren leder till den andra täckta veranda som leder till den stora pavlade uteplatsen! Det stora sovrummet ligger på baksidan av hemmet med eget badrum med eget badrum.

Cirka 1900 ligger mitt i stan. Augustins historiska distrikt. Bara några steg från antik shopping, mat och alla sorters sevärdheter. Inom kvarter är Castillo de San Marcos, Ripleys Tro det eller inte, Ungdomens fontän, Francis Field events, The Old Failure och mycket mer.

Denna plats ligger också nära fiske, med Vilano Pier bara några minuter bort. Massor av platser att s��tta i din båt, eller hyra en stadga. Crescent Beach ligger söderut några miles för dem som vill koppla av p�� en lugn strand, eller gå med i folkmassorna på St. Augustine Beach. Massor av val!

Beautiful property

The house is very well appointed and has almost everything one needs. The decor is beautiful and the location was within walking distance to nearly all the sites. It is one of the cleanest VRBO's I've ever stayed in. I would not hesitate to stay in this house again!!!

Historic walk about

All good, we love the town. This spot was perfectly located to walk everywhere. The main road does present traffic noise, but we brought dogs and like to get going early anyway. Easy trade off for us. Cute house. Ty for having us.Cute

Great location in Historic Area

Wonderful location - easy walk to the historic area. Beautiful home - very comfortable. Kitchen is well equipped and entire house was very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

CIRCA 1900-St Augustine Rental

Excellent property for our trip to St Augustine. Circa 1900 was clean with all the amenities as stated. Convenient location, near Historical sites, shops, and restaurants. Enjoyed walking the neighborhood with our dog - great to view the old homes and large trees.

Lovely place

My wife and I stayed 4 days/nights during my nephew's wedding. Communication about access etc was great from the property manager. The place is walking distance of historic downtown and museum as well as a fenced in back yard where the dogs could roam. We both had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider staying here again.

Lovely, Elegant Cottage

We absolutely enjoyed every minute of our stay in this beautifully appointed, lovely little cottage. The home is well kept and located in close proximity to many St. Augustine attractions. Our next visit to our favorite Florida town will definitely include staying in this 1900 beauty!!!

Large group and pet friendly

The location is centrally located to downtown and very close to the field where concerts are held. We enjoyed the music from the festival on the porch! Ample room for 3 adults, 2 teens and a dog. Clean, cute craftsman with modern amenities. We really enjoyed sitting in the back yard and fired up the little Weber for some burgers.

Wonderful home

Roomy beautifully appointed historic home. Close walking distance to city gates and downtown activities. Peaceful porches and backyard for relaxing in the beautiful spring sun. Will definitely consider another stay here with close friends.

Awesome house!

Just returned home after an 8 night stay. The house was perfect. Very clean and comfortable and truly felt like home. Awesome location as we walked everywhere in town and only a short drive to the beach. We are already looking at future dates as we want to make this a regular stay at least a few times each year!

Cute bungalow within walking distance to historic downtown st augustine

Beautifully furnished, quaint, spacious rooms, nice modern kichen, big master suite, we noticed some road noise, nice fenced ibackyard with fire pit. Wonderful sleeping accommodations for six in beds, pull out couch was not the most comfortable for an adult would come back again, , enjoyed our stay thank you!

Great vacation house

Beautiful older home with lots of upgrades. Kitchen is fantastic and efficient!! Lighting was great low or bright! My only suggestion to owners is to upgrade the outdoor fire pit chairs as the have weathered in The Florida sun. Overall 5 stars very clean, comfortable and affordable home close to all attractions and beach!

Fall Break 2020

We stayed for a short fall break October 2020-the location of the property was perfect for exploring the lovely town center by foot. We took our 2 fur-babies with us and the dog friendly beaches were an absolute hit! The property was beautifully decorated and had everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The beds were comfy and the place was spotless. The small enclosed yard was great for us with the dogs-new outdoor furniture made it comfortable to sit around the fire-pit in the evening (with repellent for the munching bugs). We will definitely be back!

Thanksgiving 2020

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this property. The location is perfect. It is an easy walk to historic downtown, the Fountain of Youth, and plenty of shopping and restaurants. There was also a really nice park within walking distance for my two grandchildren. The house is clean and well maintained. The furnishings are nice, beds comfortable, and the kitchen is very well stocked. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch in the mornings, and gathering around the fire pit at night. Everything about the property was perfect.

Enjoyed all aspects - the house and location and St. Augustine.

The property was very efficient for us. All the controls worked and the plumbing was very good. We liked the layout of the house and used all the bedrooms. The backyard was enclosed and great for the dogs. (One minor annoyance was the sliding trash cupboard in the kitchen. It opened on its own if not securely closed.)

Cute house with nice backyard fire pit

The house was absolutely adorable, very clean and convenient location. The beds were all comfortable and the master shower was great. The kitchen had everything you would need. I wouldn't recommend this to people with really small children because there were nice (breakable) decorations everywhere. I loved the bird theme. This will hopefully be available during August when my family visits from the Netherlands. I can't say more good things about this cute little house!

Perfect downtown St Augustine location

We rented this home for Thanksgiving weekend. There were 5 of us in the home and the space was very comfortable for that many guests. The home was very clean and attractively decorated. The back yard is nicely landscaped with a fire pit and chairs. The only problem with the fire pit was it was full of water and ash so we weren’t able to enjoy it. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and the dining area can easily seat 8 people. The beds were comfortable and soft. Downtown St Augustine is a 5 minute walk along a quiet historic neighborhood. The homes near the house are well kept and appear to be recently renovated. The Village Inn restaurant is also within walking distance. The only drawback to this home is the close location to the railroad tracks on the other side of US 1. The trains passes through at night 3 or 4 times. There is a home and US 1 between the tracks and the house so it only bothered the light sleepers. I slept with ear plugs and I never heard it at night. Overall we really enjoyed this house. We would definitely recommend renting this home.

Not what I thought it was

Communication with the manager was great but the house had lots of issues since we arrived, (we arrived Wednesday) 1. The bathroom sink was clog ( they repair on Friday ) 2. Microwave not working (they came to change it in Saturday at 11 am 3. The kitchen sink was having issues too ( the repair of Friday ) 4. The AC was unable to manage we just leave it and it was extremely cold 5. The yard which was nice ( completely dark at night ) the yard did not have a light outside 5. The floors of the house were dirty Even though the manager was really nice and as soon as I emailed him he called me right away The problems of the house were there as soon as we arrived. We should be there to have a vacation and not to be dealing with things that should be checked before we arrived. Those stuff should be checked out before renters arrived not when we are there. I would not stay there anymore. Another thing I would like to let people know is the house provide very very little toilet paper just the one in the bathrooms which was used btw almost empty same with paper towel (1) just 1 only one bag trash for each bathroom and 1 for the trash. Also almost empty bottle of dish washer. I have to tell people to buy all those stuff before arriving to this house . I understand that they don’t have to have a ton but at least some bags for the trash and 4 or 5 toilet paper and paper towel and one decent size of soap to wash the dishes.
