Charmigt hem i ett lugnt, etablerat grannskap centralt beläget. Stort sovrum med king size-säng och nyrenoverat badrum. Sovrum 2 med king size-säng och sovrum 3 med queen size-säng och futon med ett jack-and-jill bad mellan dem. Ytterligare sovrum lämplig för barn har våningssäng med rulla och full storlek futon. Rymliga vardagsrum med 55 "Roku TV som har lokala och premium (HBO, Showtime, The Movie Channel, etc.) kanaler. Professionellt karaoke system installerat för din njutning! Fullt utrustat kök med frukostområde och större gemensamt matplats med plats för 12 personer. Massor av utrymme att sprida ut inomhus och ute. Single story house men familjen / matsalen är ett steg ner från köket eller sovrumsvingen. Stor swimmingpool i stor, anlagd gård till loungen, eller spela bordtennis på fullstorabordet i garaget.

Splinterny jacuzzi (TM) badtunna för 7-8 personer! Kom och koppla av på kvällen efter en hård dag med lounging runt poolen. En av jacuzziens topplinjen badkar med flera motorer och kända vattenrenande egenskaper. Flerfärgad LED-belysning med vattenfall. Lättöppnad lockhiss så det tar lite mer än ett finger att öppna efter upplåsning.

We stayed here in the summer and enjoyed it so much we decided to come back in the fall. Wonderful property in a great neighborhood and part of SA. We have already talked about our next trip down here and will definitely be choosing here again!

Location was just what we needed. Came for a quick family vacation and this home was perfect. We enjoyed being able to hang out in the backyard and swim every evening. Home literally had absolutely anything you could need. I was extremely thankful for the playpen & high chair. Check in process was easy and John was great to communicate with as well. Kids were so sad to leave. We would definitely book again!

Family Wedding

Our family stayed at this location and it worked very nicely. Pool was great and the owners left a steamer at the home for us so we could steam the dresses for my daughter's wedding. Very thoughtful and helpful. Would stay here again!

Family Weekend

We had a wonderful stay! The house is located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood and is close to everything. The whole family enjoyed the house. The hosts have thought of every detail to make the trip extra special and convenient. We highly recommend this house and look forward to returning.

From the time we booked the house our experience was great. The house was and property was amazing and had plenty of space. We had everything we could need for our stay and even had a welcome basket waiting for us!! She was AMAZING!!! We would definitely recommend and be willing to stay there again.

Cousin Reunion

We loved this house and highly recommend this house. Wonderful neighborhood, clean, perfect for our cousin reunion. Didn't use the pool, the water was a little chilly for us, but made good use of the hot tub, putting green and some of the games. There were five of us, plus one local San Antonio cousin (he didn't stay at the house)....and plenty of room for all of us. We'd definitely stay there again!

Perfect Stay!

The property was ideal and great to get to all the sites we wanted. The pool was fabulous! We expected the water to be warm and unbearable since the weather was over 100 daily but it was cool and refreshing! Our hosts were wonderful! Thank you!

Spacious & Convenient

The house is clean and comfortably furnished. It’s very spacious and well set up, plus the hosts left an unexpected goodie basket and went above and beyond making sure anything we could need was there and easy to find. There was as an obvious attention to detail that exceeded expectations. This was a girls trip and we made several trips into downtown, which was only 15-20 minutes away, as the house was a fantastic home base. However, we enjoyed the house so much we did not want to go out a lot.

Texas Heat

A group of friends and I stayed at the house in early August amid a heatwave. The pool saved our trip - it was refreshing, clean, and a perfect size. The backyard was a great place to hang out after our daily activities amid San Antonio. A very relaxed feel.

San Antonio 2024 vacation

Just as listed. Everything was wonderful during our stay. Very laid out and thoughtful with everything that one might need during their stay. Convenient to everything we did during our stay. Wonderful snacks that was waiting for us when we checked in. Spent most of our time there in the backyard. Wonderful yard, pool and hot tub. Would definitely stay here again. Our host was responsive with all our needs. Highly recommend.

San Antonio

We had a party of 12, six adults and six children ages 4-12 and the property was ideal. It was spacious, plenty of sleeping area, the pool and hot tub were a hit with all, putting area and ping pong entertained the children. The location was in a great neighborhood and close to all things we wanted to do and see. If we ever go back to San Antonio we will definitely be returning guest. The was very accommodating and the snack basket was kind gesture

STOP SCROLLING! AMAZING HOUSE

Extremely clean house, very quiet neighborhood, less than 5 miles away from Taco Palenque, Gorditas Doña Tota (homemade gorditas), HEB, Walmart, and more! We had a great time! It was 12 of us and this house was very spacious and the perfect place to stay for our get-together family reunion. Swimming pool, spa, board games, karaoke, full kitchen, wow! It was AWESOME!

Great Family House

It rained so we didn't use the pool. But the kids still enjoyed the covered hot tub. And when not raining, the putting green. Ping Pong was a big hit. Kitchen is well equipped.

San Antonio Family Staycation

My family and I stayed at the property for an extended weekend in San Antonio. The property is in a “less urban” area in SA built around the 50s. The house had plenty of updates but kept much of the original charm. The house was very well-stocked and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. We spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard. It was a little too chilly in October to swim, but the putting green and ping pong table kept us entertained when we were just hanging out at the house. It was the perfect get-a-way!

Spring in San Antonio

John and Cece have provided a wonderful place to call home while away visiting San Antonio. Thank you both! We found all the bedroom and living spaces ample for our group of 6 (4 adults and 2 teens). The house is well appropriated with plenty of cooking equipment- our youngest even did some baking! The pool and spa were fantastic although our weather did not cooperate for much pool time (just a little cool and rainy). When the rain subsided we were able to spend time drinking coffee and dining al fresco on the backyard patio. The outdoor space is expansive and well maintained. It felt like an oasis in the city. During the rainy cool weather we did enjoy a few hours of family ping pong in the finished garage space! We didn’t have a vehicle for our stay, but that was no problem. It was $20-30/per UberXL to the various places we went. If you had a vehicle there is plenty of driveway parking. John and Cece are also fabulous hosts- greeting us with some treats for our stay, offering help at every turn if needed (but also allowing us our own space)! We would most definitely stay here again!

Everything was great. We used the pool, the hot tub, the putt putt golf and the ping pong table. Great kitchen, bed rooms and bathrooms. Plenty of space to does out. Great outdoor space!

We wanted a weekend away from the hustle and bustle of life and we got it. House is in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed sleeping in, catching up on movies and shows, board games and yard games, cooking and baking, and swimming at hot tubbing. No mosquitos! Beautiful weather all weekend. The house was well apportioned - lots of towels, lots of basics in the pantry and fridge, and a wonderful welcome basket full of snacks. 6 kids moved between the bunk bed room and queen bed room with futon. Mom, and mom and dad, claimed the king bed rooms for our retreat spaces. Homeowner came by to tend the pool (falling leaves) and we troubleshot the one minor issue we’d had with some plumbing. Kind people, nice house!

John was a wonderful host! He was kind of accommodate a special request and make sure that throughout our visit we had everything we needed. The home is in a great location and has a beautiful backyard!

We moved to San Antonio after John retired from the military in 2003 and have happily called it home since. You could say we're not from here but got here as soon as we could. We hope you enjoy our home.

Varför värden valde detta boende

This is a beautiful home that sleeps 12 comfortably, not including the use of two large sofas. It is in the heart of the city but you would think you were in the suburbs because the neighborhood is so quiet and the lots are so large. Virtually everything in the city is less than 15-20 minutes away. For those aspiring singers, we have installed a professional karaoke system for hours of enjoyment. For anyone who just has to have that warm hydrotherapy in the evenings (or in the mornings), we have installed a 7-person Jacuzzi hot tub to complement the large pool.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

A beverage on one of the backyard patios with a meal cooking on the outdoor grill watching your loved ones enjoy the large yard and pool makes it all worth it. Grocery stores are about a mile away in two different directions, movie theaters and mall are less than 5 minutes away. There's something for everyone very close to this home.
