The Apartment was so cute and had everything we needed. it was walking distance to Hyde Park Village with lots of restaurants and shops. It was also steps away from the Oceanfront Blvd walkway that had beautiful views of the Bay. would stay here again for sure.

Beautiful historic Hyde Park

Lovely, walkable neighborhood. Comfortable bed. Kitchen was well stocked. We really enjoyed our stay and we plan to return.

Love the neighborhood

The property was great everything you need for a great vacation. Love the historic neighborhood, and so close to the beautiful waterfront. We did miss having a patio to sit outside to enjoy the weather.

Location Location

Very cute place in Hyde Park walking distance to everything. Great restaurants and bars, coffee shops and walks along Bayshore Parkway. Two mile walk to downtown Tampa. Host was very responsive to our requests and had cleaners immediately take care of soiled couch and oven. Great stay!

Home away from home

We loved the place. The host was very responsive from confirming the reservation to letting us know the apt was ready early. Kitchen is well appointed, furniture comfortable, TV and internet worked well. Bed was comfortable and blackout shades invited sleeping in. After long days exploring it was a great place to go home to and get recharged for the next day of adventure.

3 nights in superb apartment in Hyde Park

Great apartment in large older home. Upstairs and very private. Absolutely adorable apartment with many window and great bed and couch. Kitchen small but well appointed. Bathroom old but everything worked and water hot with ok pressure. I felt very safe. Some current magazines about Tampa and what there is to do would have been appreciated. Otherwise, just great. Will stay here every time I come back to visit. Location mont to easily walk to Hyde Park shops and the bay shore.

Clean and cute apartment in great neighborhood

Jennifer's apartment was exactly as advertised in the posting and in the photos. My husband and I stayed there for four weeks and really enjoyed it. The parking, laundry, heat and AC, kitchen, TV, shower, bed, etc. all worked out great. We especially appreciated that the smart TV included cable service. The place was spotless. It's an older building that hasn't been updated much, but everything worked fine. As everyone else has commented, the location was killer, enabling us to easily walk on Bayshore, over to South Howard, up to Hyde Park Village, and all over the neighborhood. Jennifer was very responsive when we had questions for her. We would definitely stay at a property in this building again when coming back to Tampa.

The apartment was perfect for my daughter’s summer internship. The location, close to Hyde Park and Bayshore Blvd, was ideal and she always felt safe walking around the beautiful neighborhood. The apartment itself is adorable, clean, comfortable and had everything she needed. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness only because I felt the bathroom (the shower area) could use a little updating. However, it was nice to see that the owner appears to be updating the apartments in the complex little by little, which shows she is continually investing in and improving the property. The location couldn’t have been better. It was just an 8 minute drive along beautiful Bayshore Blvd to her downtown job, making her daily commute easy and enjoyable. The host was wonderful and always responded quickly whenever she reached out to her. Overall, it was a beautiful place to stay, and my daughter will definitely miss it. She had a wonderful summer, throughly enjoyed her time there, and we could absolutely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe, and well-located place in Tampa.

Great location

This was my 5th stay at this property. It's always clean and it's great to know my way around this very walkable neighborhood. The building is dated and the unit could use some painting. But for the price and location, I'll definitely be back. Jen is a pleasure to deal with and I'm always grateful that I found her place.

Greatest Hideaway

We were in town to attend a concert at the Amalie. The place was just as it appears online. Jennifer was exceptional with her communication. The property is close to everything you need and is nestled among a beautiful neighborhood. I am always the place planner on these trips and when we arrived, even my other half was wowed. This is a very quiet neighborhood. This will be a place to come back to again and again. Simply wonderful hideway.

Absolutely loved staying here. Walking distance to so many cool things. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful historic homes. Just up the street from the riverwalk. Highly recommend!
