Rymligt hem och en avkopplande bergsresa. Detta lugna, fridfulla hem Àr bara 2 minuter till Hwy 285 och centralt belÀget frÄn Denver till din favorit bergslekplats. Bra lokala restauranger att vÀlja mellan och livsmedelsbutiker bara 10 minuter bort.

VÄrt vackra hem erbjuder dig avskildhet, dÀr varje sovrum har eget badrum. Kontoret har en bÀddsoffa med ett halvt badrum bredvid sÄ att du kan anvÀnda den som ett valfritt sovrum. Den stora lindning runt dÀck gör att du bekvÀmt kan njuta av djurlivet. Hjortar Àlskar vÄr egendom. Vi har en ung dollar som gör hans sÀng under vÄrt dÀck.

Bortom lunden med tallar ligger en Àng med en sÀsongsström som vÄr fastighet backar upp till. Varje rum Àr expansivt och kan enkelt rymma extra luftmadrasser för ytterligare personer per rum. Det stora köket gör det enkelt att laga mat. Vi erbjuder gratis te och kaffe. VÄrt hopp Àr att du kÀnner att det hÀr Àr ditt eget privata bergsparadis.

The property was amazing. Maya was very attentive answered all questions called to check in to see if everything was OK. I wished I could’ve met her. She seemed simply lovely. We all enjoyed everything. The place was stocked with plenty of towels and toilet paper pots pans everything it really was an amazing experience. Everyone loved it

Beautiful house with lots of room!

My daughter got married at Mountain View Ranch with Wedgwood in August and this house was perfect for my whole family to stay at. The bridesmaids all got ready in the master bedroom which had plenty of room for 9 bridesmaids to get makeup and hair done before going over to the venue. We loved the back porch with the round tables and chairs, and the living room was large enough for our family of 14 to hang out in at night. Mia was very good at communicating with us. If I had a question I could call her and she always answered. The kitchen has everything you could need for cooking with lots of spices and pots and pans and utensils. We used the grill on the deck each day as well. There is a high chair, a booster seat, a pack n play, and a crib. There was a table for 8 in the kitchen and another large table in the dining room as well. We were able to park 5 vehicles on the drive and parking area without blocking anyone in. The only thing we worried about was that the AC that was listed is not central air but two floor units in the living room and master bedroom. We came on an unusually hot day in August when it was in the 80’s so the house didn’t cool down till around 6 the first day. After that, the temperatures dropped to the 70s, so it wasn’t a problem. And the next 10 days showed that the temperatures would be in the 70s or 60s for the highs which was mid August. Opening the windows and using their fans in each room kept the house very comfortable.

We really liked the property. It worked for our family of 8 adults and 2 babies. Owner was responsive and helpful. House was incredibly clean though the cleaning fee was high when we was asked to strip beds, start laundry and dishwasher. The rug in front room does need replaced. A pet peeve of mine is the high end houses that have thin bath towels.Thanks to the owner who let us check in early.

Great Stay in Pine, Colorado.

Our family of 12 had a great four nights at the Spacious Mountain Home near Pine, Colorado. We arrived on a Monday and were immediately impressed with this home, especially the huge deck. We spent a lot of time on this deck enjoying the mountain scenery. The home has a fantastic kitchen which had all the necessary utensils, pans, dishes and silverware. One nice thing about this house was a second refrigerator which allowed us to store all the food we had brought. The bedrooms were all nice and the beds were comfortable. One unique feature of this house is a large waterfall fountain in the center of the home. The area provided our group some great hiking and biking trails. Highly recommend Mai's home in Colorado. Mai was very helpful in making our stay very successful.

Very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Host communicated very well and helped us out in a pinch when an extra person arrived. Rules and expectations were clear and she stayed in touch to make sure we were settled in.

Mai is a wonderful hostess

Family trip for wedding. Mai helped us with all of our logistics. She was incredibly responsive to our needs. The house is nice and has space for families.

Wonderful Stay

Great family vacation at a great location. Easy access to multiple state parks while also having convenient access to grocery stores, coffee houses and restaurants. Host was very receptive and responsive and even allowed us to check in early since the property was ready to go. House could use a little updating but was functional and comfortable for our group of 16. Definitely a positive experience.

Great location! Even though close to Denver, we had the feeling of being far removed from the city. It does need some new items: linens, toasters, dish towels, and towels. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent Listing and Owner Communication

Family reunion of 15 people. House was large, had great amenities, well situated to numerous activities, and owner, Mai, was great on communication. We've been at a lot of different AirB&Bs and VRBOs and this one has been the best. I was very happy with Mai, the owner, and her consistency of communication. We will certainly give this home first choice for another reunion.

Our daughter's wedding weekend!

My wife and I and about a dozen other members of our family enjoyed our three night stay at Mai's Pine, Colorado home. This was extended family who mostly flew into Denver and drove up to enjoy the fall trees turning colors just in time for our daughter's wedding in Conifer the first weekend in October 2023! We were all very comfortable in our bedrooms which mostly had their own bathroom. The kitchen and breakfast nook worked out very well for the sixteen or so of us especially at breakfast time and then again for dinner. Lots of great conversations took place in these two areas as well as the large family room or even outside on the back deck. The three car garage worked very well for parking several cars as we all came and left with ease. Because of its close vicinity to the church and wedding venue, everyone who stayed with us had a very fun and memorable time. This was one for the books. Thanks again Mai! Hope we can come back soon!
