Under ny ledning tillÄter vi nu krabba matlagning ute. Nyrenoverad bÀsta uthyrning i Winchester Bay. Nya lÀgre priser bara 100 meter frÄn marinan och umpqua floden. Cirka. 1 mil frÄn havet och sanddynerna. I hjÀrtat av sanddyner med över 50 miles av sanddyner. Ta med leksaken. Winchester Bay Àr ocksÄ den största fiskehamnen i Oregon med den största utbudet av fiske vid kusten. Din gÄngavstÄnd till bÄtcharterna. Vi kan enkelt ta emot flera familjer och / eller stora grupper. Tema rum fyr rum, skepp rum, skal rum och pirat rum. Beach tema hela huset nya och inbjudande. NedervÄningen Àr ett spelrum med en foose bollbord, och ett air hockey bord för familjen kul. Utanför har vi en 4 man bubbelpool, grill, picknickbord och ett av de största murtlewoodstrÀnderna i omrÄdet. (Rökning förbjuden eller djur tillÄten). För tvÄ dagars vistelse, helgdagar och speciella evenemang $ 250 per natt, alla andra stannar standard skatt pÄ 200 stÀdavgift, och insÀttning krÀvs frÄga Àgaren för detaljer.

Home base for fishing / crabbing

We planned a fishing / crabbing trip out of Winchester Bay. This property was perfect for me and my four friends. The master bedroom is on the main floor with three other bedrooms on the top floor. The bedrooms on the top floor have limited headroom due to the roof line. If you are not extra tall you will be fine. The kitchen was the most well equipped vacation rental home that I have found. This property worked great for our fishing trip!

Crabbing at Winchester

Great house for our yearly , family crabbing adenture. Laura was awesome and got us in quickly and efficiently. The house was clean and had everything we could need for the weekend.

Great get together space

Many rooms, many beds (2 doubles in each of the 3 upstairs room), great space for kids in the games room/garage. Nice outdoor space, small but lovely hot tub. A few quaint restaurants within walking distance but not much else within walking distance. A short drive to the dunes/beach - super beautiful!! Kitchen is well stocked with equipment and had lots of leftover sauces in the fridge and spices.

Family Getaway

The property was a little quirky, being an older home, but it was adequate for our needs. It was close the beach and several attractions in the area. Overall, it was nice place to stay.

Loved the location

House had lotsa room with 3 stories. Stairs were a bit steep for older people. Hot tub was good for kids. Not sure if the temp was accurate, seemed alot colder than the temp. Place was really clean and well stocked.

Fantastic home perfect for a young family of four. Clean, all the amenities and walking distance to the coast. The property manager, Laura, was absolutely fantastic. Jay and Jerri are wonderful hosts!

Beautiful little getaway

Our large blended family took a week long vacation to the coast. This home was perfect for our needs. Very well stocked kitchen! Overall, excellent stay.

We had the best rainy weekend stay at this lovely home. The kitchen is lovely and well-stocked, the living, dining and bathrooms on the main floor are updated and a great space for family time. Would definitely stay here again.

Winchester Bay Stay

The house is nicely updated and clean. The property manager met us and made the check in very easy. She was very helpful with a little tour, so we knew where everything we might need was. We had great success crabbing in the bay. We cooked the crab outside , right there. Easy clean up with water and hose . We went on the Betty Kay charter, out of Coos Bay. Caught Lin cod, Canary Rock Fish, Yellow tail, and more! Captain and mates were so nice. Highly recommended We hope to come back next year!

Crabbing in Winchester Bay

The weekend started with a great check in process at the house. Laura walked us through the house and showed off all the amenities. We even got a welcome watermelon for our stay. The house has recently been remodeled and the interior is very tastefully decorated. It is very roomy with the four bedrooms. The beds were very comfortable. We all wished that we had more time to spend at the house, After a day of pulling crab pots, it was great to come back and soak in the hot tub. We all have great memories. This is a house we will want to return to.

Great Winchester Getaway!

My family had a wonderful stay here. The house has been updated and is very clean and inviting. A few holdover doorways from the original design of the house, and sloped roofline in the upper rooms mean tall adults/older teens may need to watch their heads, but the upper rooms were charming rooms for children especially! Kitchen is very well stocked and easily navigated. Hot tub and back deck are perfect for a bit of chill time. Basement/garage has been made into a tv/Rec room with games and space for the ping ping table and foosball. Easy and good communication with the property manager. She quickly responded to and was very helpful when we accidentally got the hot tub in a low temp mode and needed some batteries for the remote for the upstairs tv. Easy check in and out. Winchester and surrounding areas gave us some lovely weather with just enough mist and fog to be a relief from the inland heat we were coming from. Highly recommended!

Family memories

We live in CA with a few of our grandkids and my son lives in OR with the rest, we believe the cousins should all know each other. We also did a memorial of life for my daughter in laws grandmother to wish her Aloha. The house is nice, but we are a tall group and the ceilings in the upstairs rooms were very low causing a few banged heads. The home is cozy and has all of the amenities. We had a great trip!

Wonderful stay

Great, clear communication from the owners and the manager ahead of check-in. After a lot of stress and busyness for us recently, this was a perfect spot to relax. Yay, hot tub! The renovated kitchen is beautiful! Very pleased with our stay.

Annual Dunes Trip

Everything went extremely smooth with the whole process. The house was awesome and very comfortable for me and 5 other people. The game room downstairs was our main hangout. Would 10 out of 10 recommend to anyone and will definitely be coming back next year.

Bethel Annual Crabbing Trip

This was our 2nd time staying! The remodel they have done is amazing and they say they have a few more things to do. 😁 There is plenty of places to sleep, kitchen is perfect! Down stairs area perfect to hang out and visit. Second bathroom is the best addition!! đŸ„ł We will be back next year.

We are a retired couple who met in high school. It took 47 years, but we reconnected and got married in 2020. Both of us were born and raised in Oregon but live in Montana now. Jerri had settled in Coos Bay and wanted to have a connection to her roots. That led us to purchase our new home and we are happy to share it.
