Mitt hus ligger nära Hillsdale-butiker, busslinjer, 10 minuters bilresa till Downtown Portland, 2 miles till veteraner och OHSU-sjukhus. Gå till biblioteket - Hillsdale bageri, Starbucks, glassaffär, spelbutik, över ett dussin restauranger, matvagnar. Du kommer att älska min plats på grund av platsen, atmosfären, bekvämligheten och människorna. Mitt hus är bra för par, soloäventyrare och affärsresenärer. Tesla elbilladdare i lokalerna. Vardagsrummet är STORT! Den har en stor TV med DVD-spelare. Soffan lutar sig tillbaka för att titta på en film eller kan göra sig till en queen size-säng för att ligga och titta på filmer med hänga ut. The stay was terrific. We were 3, and had enough room to spread out and relax. The house was extremely clean when we arrived. We enjoyed the kitchen - it had many options we needed. The bathroom was stocked with thick, luxurious towels. The beds were comfortable, there was storage in the bedrooms, and the closets had plenty of hangers. It was a quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Ryan was fast to respond to any questions I had.

Check in was easy. Home was comfortable. It was perfectly located to what we needed, which was the south waterfront area near Oregon ballet theatre. Enjoyed walks through the neighborhood in the evenings. Only downside is parking. It's explained in check in, but driveway is narrow, steep and rounded. I'm personally not great at backing in, so this space intimidated me. There is one street spot in front of home, but one time we arrived back at home and that spot was occupied.

Wonderful stay. Everything went smoothly. The area is incredibly beautiful. We had family both in Beaverton and Northeast Portland...this location was perfect for both. The house is updated with comfy amenities like brand new washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge. Bathroom was great. Plenty of water pressure and hot water. Warm and cozy atmosphere throughout. Bedrooms were a nice big size with ample closet space and plenty of hangers. I appreciated the computer monitor and HDMI cable to plug into my laptop sooo much! We are coming back to Portland next summer for a wedding, and this home will be the first place we try to stay in if it's available. Price was more than fair. The game closet is PACKED with fun retro games. Amazing forest view out of the back sunroom!

This is a terrific rental - it's in a great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. It was clean and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again on a return trip to Portland.

Perfectly Comfortable

We came in for a concert but did a number of other things. This is a great location central to lots of downtown Portland. Much bigger than we expected and our family of 5 adults was very comfortable. Host is friendly and responsive. Lovely yard and neighborhood at its peak in spring. We loved it.

Nice Spot to See Portland

This is an older 3-bedroom 1-bath house, but it's very comfortable for a small family. It has a modern kitchen well-equipped for cooking dinners and/or breakfasts. It's within five minutes of downtown Portland and all the city has to offer, and it's also conveniently located near freeways that lead out of town either east to the Columbia River or west to the ocean. The owner is very responsive to emails. He replaced a washer and dryer while we were there and turned on the air when the weather started to warm up. HIllsdale offers good amenities, including grocery shopping, gas, ice cream, a wonderful Caribbean restaurant and an organic grocery store. The neighborhood is quite beautiful and very dog friendly. If you're looking for a Portland-based vacation, this is a great spot to start.

Wonder home and neighborhood

The lovely hills outside of Hillsdale with many trees. Everything was great in the home. My only problem was with vrbo and the lack of clarity about the check in process. Great hosts respond to my confusion about this. Highly recomend

Roomy,comfortable stay in good location.

Stayed 17 nights visiting our kids and grandkids in Southwest Portland. Eric and Ryan’s place worked out really well for us. A little a little dated and dark, but overall nice extremely suitable. Would stay there again.

What an incredible place to stay. The house is in a great neighborhood (we walked every morning to get fresh air) and its 10 to 15 mins from the downtown. The house has everything you need and the host its very attentive and responsive. We felt like home 🏡

My name is Ryan, I recently graduated college. I enjoy tutoring math, intelligent conversation/discussions, gaming, exercise. My family owns this big wonderful house. I live in the newly remodeled daylight basement, which has a separate entrance, with my father. Because my father has terrible allergies we have special filters on the house. We are fortunate to not be allergic to our friendly standard Poodle, Corky. We all love action movies, nature, reading and good food.

Varför värden valde detta boende

My parents purchased our Hillsdale home in 2013. At that time only the upstairs was finished. My parents and I lived through remodeling the backroom that has many purposes (game room, queen size murphy bed, laundry, sun porch). They also remodeled the daylight basement where we live now. We decided to make it a vacation rental as our location is amazing!

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The neighborhood is older homes like ours and people use our street for walking and riding bikes. It is so close to over a dozen amazing restaurants and parks. Every Sunday during the summer, and every 2nd Sunday in the Winter, there is a farmers market just down the end of our road. We recently remodeled the daylight basement. We put in some major insulation so we can't hear our guests except for hard shoes and everyone tells us that they find our place to be very quiet.

The property also includes a Tesla Wall Connector and a NEMA 14-50 outlet for free EV charging.
