Njut av en avkopplande Sea Pines-semester medan du bor i denna vackert dekorerade marknivå med en öppen planlösning och hisnande utsikt över bakre lagunen. Bara en 5 minuters promenad till våra vackra stränder i Atlanten - använd bara tillgång till stranden # 45 tvärs över N. Sea Pines Drive. Bron över lagunen i ryggen slutar på en väl underhållen övning att sätta grönt som du kan använda. En halv mil till 600 tunnland skogskonservering med guidade turer per dag och elektriska båtekoturer. Sovrumskonfigurationen är King in Master och 2 dubbelsängar i gästrummet.
Som med alla våra villor kan du njuta av ett par gratis cyklar för att utforska Harbour Town, South Beach och miles av slingrande stigar. Vi erbjuder också ett kostnadsfritt gymcentralkort till ett lokalt gym, gratis WIFI, gratis tennis på South Beach och rabatter på extra cykeluthyrning. We loved this property and the location, it didn't hurt that the weather was perfect for our two week stay. The home was clean and comfortable. The bed was comfortable and we enjoyed the sunroom and the outdoor space. Our dog Bear was welcomed. The kitchen had up to date pots and pans, even knives, and things were easy to find. One thing to improve on would be more essentials like proper fitting coffee filters, some salt and pepper, left over plastic wrap, laundry soap from previous guests.

We liked the idea that all items were labeled, although a bit cluttered (to many things in so small of an area). More than well appointed. The check in process was effortless, smooth with no hiccups.

Cozy location

This location is just close enough to the beach without breaking the bank. The shaded back porch view of the putting green and pond is a beautiful spot rain or shine to take a nap or read a book. Kitchen was well stocked and the unit was clean. The location within Sea Pines is far enough for privacy, but not perfect for accessing the rest of Hilton Head. Definitely on our radar for the next stay!

Everything was wonderful. We loved the sunroom and the golf course view and the bikes. The house was great. One suggestion. In amenities it says there’s a pool so I assumed there was a pool on site. I found out later that you have to pay to use the pool and the pool is located at South Beach. It’s a little misleading.

Perfect Location

We had a great stay at this property. It’s a short walk to beach and having access to the Sea pines beach club was an awesome perk. We parked there each morning for a few hours at the beach and having the showers and bathrooms was nice. The pool at South beach was never really crowded either. Sitting and enjoying coffee or a cocktail in the sunroom while watching the alligators swim by was another highlight. Definitely recommend.

Perfect location and best yard

Perfect spacious condo for couple and pets!Location is the absolute best. Been to this condo 4 or 5 times now. It’s not fancy but comfortable and just everything you need.

Perfect get away

We were very pleased with the property. Perfectly located in Sea Pines with a beautiful view, this property met all our needs. Bike trails are near by and access to restaurants and Hilton Head entertainment is very convenient. We will stay here again. Thank you!

A quick retreat

We met our daughter and friend for their Fall Break. There was several activities to keep all of us busy and enough room that we could all relax. Perfect place to relax and bring the family pup along.

Beautiful setting and very quite and relaxing

The property was very well appointed and comfortable and was exactly as described. The setting is just off the golf course with a view of the water settings, an alligator, and there is a nice putting green just across the bridge you can use. The beach access is just a quarter mile from the house and an easy walk. The beach is very wide at high tide and wonderful to walk on. The house is also close to the South Gate of Sea Pines and the Publix and stores are just a couple of miles out the gate. I would absolutely rent this house again when i go back to Hilton Head.

Vacation with pupps

We really enjoyed taking our dogs to the beach every morning for walks, chasing the ball and meeting other dogs. This location was super convenient for the beach, the Beach club, Harbor Town and Caligney.

Sea Pines Paradise

We just got back from an amazing stay at this beautiful villa. Everything we needed and more was there for us. We enjoyed mornings and evenings in the sun room which has a fantastic view of the lagoon and gold course. We have stayed at other places in Hilton Head but this one is our favorite, Walking distance to the beach and nature center, surrounded by bike and walking paths. We will be back!

Loved this beautiful villa with amazing views!

We loved staying at this Villa! It is exactly as described and even cuter than pictured. The rooms are spacious, the beachy decor is so pretty and everything was clean and inviting. The sunroom is great! We spent most of our time there enjoying the lovely views and the wildlife: lots of different birds, deer, and an alligator. Our dogs were entertained watching the birds. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. The grounds are very nice and we enjoyed the short walk to the beautiful, wide beach. It was chilly so we didn't take advantage of the bikes but it was nice that they were provided. Thank you for sharing your lovely home!
