If you want a good internet source this might not be the location for you. There is no smart tv and even with a fire, roku or OON stick, streaming is nonexistent in the evenings and touch and go during the day. If you're the type that likes to unplug on your vacation then this is the prefect location! The scenery. The orange/red mountains are quite incomparable to any mountain range I've seen. The hosts are delightful, inviting and so accommodating and kind! The guest house is beautiful and cozy for you and your significant other to have a getaway and the temperature of the pool was perfect to cool off from the hot sun!

This place was absolutely amazing to stay at! Wendy and Cal are very helpful, while also giving you space. There were many different things you could do around the area. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to our friends.

Beautiful Time

My sister and I absolutely loved our stay. It was perfect for 2 people. The place was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever been in. The bathroom was nice sized. Cal and Wendy were wonderful hosts. The views were stunning. The location was close to Kayenta, Snow Canyon, Tuacahn, and St. George. Hope to return sooner rather than later.

Peaceful Guest House

First time stay in Ivins, UT and we loved this backyard Casita with pool and friendly hosts! Use of the garage allowed us to bring our bikes with easy access to all St George bike trails right from our house! Snow Canyon Loop and Kayenta Village being our favorites! Safe quiet neighborhood, FeelLove Coffee and Post Office a quick bike ride away! Tuacahn Amphitheatre another scenic bike ride and Red Mountain vistas and morning and afternoon pauses on our front deck complete with the best porch swing!!! We'll be back when the cold temps drive us south once again!

A quiet place to stay

The guess hiuse was exactly as advertized, perfect for the 2 of us. Quiet neighborhood. Wendy and Cal met us when we got there, got us our keys and garage door opener, showed us around and made sure we had everything we needed. They had given us their number to make sure if we needed anything we could get a hold of them. They alsi checked in after a couple days to make sure all was good. If we were to visit the area again we would stay here again.neededweneeded.

Great Property and Location

Very nice accommodation in a beautiful location near Red Mountain. Hosts made our stay very enjoyable including an easy checkin. Very scenic and quiet area with private secure accommodation. Everything we needed for an enjoyable stay including a garage. Definitely recommend this property and hosts (Wendy & Cal).

Quiet with beautiful views

I was in the area for work. The guest house is great! It's quiet and comfortable. It's close to some very nice trails and you have an awesome view of Red Mountain. The house itself was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils and cookware I needed to make meals. The location is great, close to groceries and restaurants as well as hiking. Cal and Wendy were great hosts and communication was easy. I highly recommend.

Perfect spot

We stayed for the Huntsman Games. Wendy was in contact with me immediately. Check in and out was simple. They are on property and there if you need them or out of the way if you don’t. It was nice having our own house and garage to use. The house was a great size, clean, and had everything we needed.

Fantastic property!!!

Wow! This place is even more beautiful than the pictures show! And everything so spacious!! Bed was super comfy!!! Always great to have a full kitchen with a dishwasher!! Small but varied little grocery store about.7 mile away (Red Mountain Market), but also some big stores not too far away. Was so nice to have a garage too, keeps vehicle cooler when so blazing hot! My big F-150 (super cab) just squeezed in! Wendy and Cal are delightful and fun to chat with but respect your privacy too. Perfect location for going to Tuacahn!! Super close!! And since you are coming from other direction than most, you have right of way on the traffic circle to turn in!! I have tried a few others in Ivins, but this is definitely the best!! Already booked for next year!!

Fall Adventure!

Wendy and Cal provided a perfect quiet retreat for our fall hiking and Tuacahn Theatre trip. The accommodations were immaculate and so well equipped. We had record breaking temperatures and were offered full use of the pool in their delightful backyard. Overall a terrific visit. Thank you!

Amazing Vacation Get-A-Way

My husband and I had the best time staying in Wendy and Cal's adorable bungalow for 8 days and 7 nights! The home is fully equipped with very comfortable furniture, huge kitchen and bathroom. We had the pool to ourselves and our hosts were so accommodating and helpful. They make you feel like you've known them forever!! Having Snow Canyon State Park right in our back yard was incredible. We spent 2 days hiking there and the rest of the time explored Zion National Park. Ivins is gorgeous and we felt like we were staying in a lovely resort town. We had complete privacy the entire time and if we needed insight on activities around the area or just some fun conversation, Wendy and Cal were always available. We will most definitely be back for another vacation in the future! Thanks Wendy and Cal for providing a lovely haven of rest and adventure!!!

Our stay in Ivins, UT was wonderful! The scenery in every direction was breath-taking, and our hosts were wonderful. The property was everything we needed; well maintained with comfortable space, stocked with everything we needed to cook/grill some meals, and close to many great places to visit. We look forward to coming back again!
