Winter getaway

This home is located in a quiet residential area with two parks within walking distance which was important to us and our dog. We really enjoyed the quietness of the area and use of the parks. The closest restaurants are about a 2 mile walk which lead past a harbor where we watched manatees. The host was very responsive to our phone call and helpful.

Visiting friends who retired here

House was perfect for the 4 of us visiting our friends who retired here. We had everything we needed. Communications with owner were excellent. Enjoyed the patio room mornings and evenings which was the only time we were in the house. Would rent again. Thanks!

Road trip with the dogs

Great experience. Very nice home that was well furnished and contained well chosen artwork. Was stocked with everything we needed and had a king size bed which was much appreciated. Friendly neighbors. We ended up having dinner with a couple our last night. Located in Port Salerno it was a very short drive to marvelous seafood restaurants on the water. Also two nice parks nearby. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay

We had a great time in Florida this week and enjoyed staying here. The house is well-equipped and spacious. The showers have great (almost too great) water pressure, which I loved but it was a little too much for the kids. The neighborhood is nice & quiet, but the neighbors are a bit nosey. I would not plan on sleeping on the pull-out couch, so make sure your party will fit in the three standard beds. There are lots of extra pillows & blankets, and ample closet space. We left behind something important and Sally called to tell me she was mailing it to me. I thought that was incredibly kind! Overall things went well & I would recommend staying here!

Rocky point

The property and house fit our needs nicely. We were close to everything and we were able to bring our boat. House was well stocked and we cooked a few meals during our stay. The owners allowed us to store our boat one night so ewe could celebrate New Year’s Eve.

Family time

The house worked great for our family of 5 and our 2 small dogs. The location to parks and restaurants is convenient. The yard is not enclosed but was large. The house is very clean and comfortable. Sally was very prompt with booking and check in. Will stay again when visiting family in Stuart!!

Excellent accommodations!

I'm not one to give a "perfect" score, so to speak, however, in this case, I am happy to. We were in town from out of state for a family wedding. In addition to my wife and I, two of my older sisters, one brother-in-law and my parents stayed with us. The house was perfect. It is a beautiful, 3-bedroom ranch. Check in was extremely easy. Quiet neighborhood, the lanai is very cozy, but not small. The owner, Sally, was very accommodating. We did have a ceiling fan that wasn't working, and she had it replaced immediately. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. The area is plentiful with a variety of restaurants, including seafood. There were tour boat rides available, deep-sea fishing, lots going on. Beaches were only 15 minutes away. I highly recommend this VRBO to anyone visiting the Stuart/Port Salerno area of Florida. It truly does deserve a five stars rating. Jeff, from New York.

We Love Rocky Point

Another GREAT stay in this Rocky Point property in Stuart, FL. This house is perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We love the huge shower in the master bedroom and the screened in back porch. Large TV in the living room to watch football was great this time of year as well. The house is so close to everything we wanted to do, including great restaurants and grocery stores. We will be back again!

Wonderful Stay

6 of us were visiting Mom and Dad (nearby) for the Christmas holiday. The house was very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The house had pretty much EVERYTHING we needed. Well stocked kitchen, linens and toiletries. And what a beautiful lanai. Most of all, the owner was incredibly accommodating and we truly appreciate the efforts that she made to make our visit enjoyable. Thank you again for being so kind.

Rocky Point Visitors

This is a very nice house with almost anything that you need in it for a long visit. This is a well kept home.The lanai is so nice. It is close to restaurants ,walking distance to Twin Rivers Park along the Intercoastal Waterway, 20 minutes to Hobe Sound Beach. Wonderful neighborhood

Wonderful home in a fun, safe area

Upon arrival, the home had some issues with rooms not being cleaned. The owner remedied this within hours. The home was just what we wanted - the lanai was great for mornings and outside lunch. The home was spacious, well decorated and had so many nice staples to utilize while we were there (detergent, trash bags, beach chairs, seasonings for cooking, etc). The neighborhood is really quiet and it’s only a short walk or run to 2 parks. We enjoyed finding all kinds of birds, lizards and other wildlife on the island as well. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Excellent Experience

Sally was a great host and the house is exactly as advertised. The screened in patio was a highlight for me. We went to the parks in the neighborhoods which were perfect for us. Quiet neighborhood not far from Dixie Hwy. We actually extended our stay a week and would 100% stay again.

We are ready to recommend good fishing and snorkeling sites to you also. Come to our home in the Rocky Point area of Stuart to relax and enjoy Florida at its finest.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Great location. Drive 5 minutes within the neighborhood to Twin Rivers Park with fishing piers on the river and a view of Hutchinson Island Sailfish Point and the Stuart Inlet. Take a walk down several nature trails in Maggy's Hammock Park also within 5 minutes of my vacation home. Four restaurants on the river within 5 minutes of my home.
