Omedelbar närhet till stranden, parker, många restauranger, barer, teater, museer, marknad, Vieux hamnar och dess torn, kasino ... denna lägenhet är idealiskt beläget: du är nära till allt! Die Ferienwohnung zwischen Strand, Gärten und dem historischen lebendigen Stadtzentrum von La Rochelle gelegen, befindet sich in einem sehr schönen herrschaftlichen Haus, erbaut Ende des 17. JHD. Sie hat 3 Zimmer, ist 70 qm groß, im 1. Obergeschoss - ohne Aufzug. Der Parkplatz befindet sich in einem kleinen privaten Park, der durch ein Tor verschlossen ist. Zwei Liegestühle stehen zur tillgäng, um sich in diesem Park zu erholen. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet auch mit Wifi und TV, renoverat, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, helvete, ruhig und hat viel Charme.
Alles können Sie zu Fuß erreichen: den Strand, de Parker, Zahlreiche Restauranger, Barer, Teater, Museen, den täglich stattfindenden Markt, den alten Hafen med seinen bilderquemen Türmen, das Casino… .und trotzdem können Sie die Ruhe im Grünen genießen.
Die Wohnung kann mit 4 Personen und einem Baby belegt werden. Babybett, Babybadewanne und Kindersitz sind vorhanden, Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher ebenfalls.
Die Anreise ist zwischen 7. 00 Uhr och 23. 00 Uhr möglich, allerdings erst ab 15. 00 Uhr, wenn die vorherigen Gäste am selben Tag abreisen.

Perfect location and plenty of space

Family of 4, 10days, lovely historic port town with lots to see and do for all ages out the front door (food and art markets, groceries and loads of places to eat) and back garden leading to park and short stroll to lovely beach where morning and afternoon you could swim and inbetween tides, sunbathe or have a drink or walk into town for lunch. Our hosts Jean-Claude and Michele were so welcoming and helpful throughout. A visit to Il de Re a must as well (ferry or car). Accommodation was beautiful and we had space, lots of amenities and felt like residents rather than holidaymakers. Good for those who want best of beach and town holiday.

What a find!!!

This was our second stay in this wonderful appartment which is part of a palatial old building very close to the town centre and port areas. Michelle the property owner is a charming and perfect host, close to hand if needed but never intrusive. Parking in the garden at the rear is a real bonus, the gate to which is in a lovely and extensive park. We will return!! Mary and David. Manchester UK.

Super nice Appartement at top location

We had a perfect stay for 10 days in La Rochelle at this beautiful apartment. It is even better in reality than we expected it to be. The apartment is brighter than we had the impression from the pictures, and has a very charming atmosphere. We literally felt at home. Also the owner Michèle is a super friendly and helpful host. Perfect location for La Rochelle

We enjoyed our stay very much. Have driven around France it was nice to be able stay in one place which offered secure, private off-road parking and then be able to walk into the town/harbour, which was literally just a couple of minutes away. Michelle, the host, was very pleasant and available if needed (which wasn't necessary). There is only one bedroom, although two single/one double bed can be made up in the lounge if needed. Overall this apartment, although a little 'tired' and shabby looking in the entrance hallway, offers a clean and period looking accommodation, with comfortable beds & linen and everything in the kitchen that anyone could want ! I would sum up by saying if visiting La Rochelle again, I would be perfectly happy to stay here again.

What a find!!

We have just returned from a week in this excellent apartment. It is really a brilliant place to stay. Whilst being situated in it's own private grounds, it is also based just a just a few minutes walk from the the three towers and Vieux Port. A big bonus is the parking space in the grounds to the rear - even in late September parking can be tricky in La Rochelle. All home comforts are provided. The lounge is massive and the bedroom is very comfortable and adjacent to the bathroom which has a great shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances. Michelle is a really welcoming and helpful host but never intrusive. It really is the best of all worlds. We were very sorry to leave and will definitely be returning. Thank you, Michelle. Delightful Apartment in Superb Location, Could not have asked for more.......

The property was lovely. It felt like a real taste of French living. We met Michele the owner at the property who was very friendly and helpful always at the end of the phone if you had any questions. The apartment was amazing with beautiful features, huge windows with stained glass, decorative architraves and door ways.... It felt very homely and was lovely and clean and very well equipped. There was easily accessible parking within the pretty grounds of the property and also lots of cycle paths in and around La Rochelle and bike hire for cyclists. The location of the property was fantastic. Within close walking distance of the beach, shops, local supermarket, restaurants, harbour and a lovely park. I recommend a visit to Ile de Re where the beaches are superb and the harbour at St Martin is very picturesque with some great restaurants and shops. I highly recommend this apartment and found La Rochelle a great place to visit with plenty to do for all age groups. There was fun to be found for young children at the park and beach, great night life for young adults and a vast choice of restaurants for all tastes and age groups. I would most definitely like to return......

Très bon séjour en famille.

Appartement fonctionnel et très bien situé. Proche de l’entrée du vieux port, rue piétonne, de l’aquarium, musé de la mer ; vous pourrez effectuer tout vos déplacements à pied. Vous pouvez laisser votre voiture sur le parking privé fermé. Très agréable vacances en famille. Nous repartons avec de jolis souvenir. Merci aux agréables propriétaires pour leur gentillesse.

Vacances de rêve

La location est tout simplement parfaite ! Tout est beau et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L'emplacement est idéal, en plein centre, mais sans aucune nuisance sonore.... Appartement très agréable, emplacement idéal.

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable dans cet appartement magnifique. L’accueil a été parfait avec de gentilles attentions. La situation géographique est idéale, avec le centre-ville et le vieux port, ainsi qu’un parc animalier et la plage à quelques pas. L’appartement, quant à lui, est très chaleureux et spacieux. Vous y trouvez une large bibliothèque avec de nombreux livres passionnants, de la musique et tout le confort nécessaire. On se sent plus à la maison que dans une location de vacances. Appartement cosy idéalement situé

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans cet appartement spacieux, très bien décoré et doté d'une super bibliothèque et d'un bureau pour travailler si besoin. Le tout au calme dans un parc arboré et idéalement situé près du port. La propriétaire est très réactive et nous a remplacé en moins de temps qu'il ne faut pour le dire un grille pain qui avait un problème de fonctionnement sans gravité. Je recommande vivement ce mieu mais pas trop qd même pour pouvoir y retourner une prochaine fois....Nicole novembre 2022
