Det har trägolv i hela med en mycket privat 3-säsong veranda som ligger intill skogen. Det finns en stor platt-TV i vardagsrummet samt en TV i varje sovrum som inkluderar kabel, HBO, Showtime och WiFi! Enheten är luftkonditionerad men på de kallare nätterna kan du koka upp värmen på gaspisen. Medan det finns många bra restauranger i området, kan du enkelt laga en god måltid i det fullt utrustade köket eller utomhus med Weber gasgrill på den privata tegelplattformen. Ett bra sätt att koppla av efter en lång, solfylld dag på stranden. 3-säsong veranda är en utmärkt plats att njuta av ditt morgonkaffe eller slutet av dagen vuxna drycker. Beach Dreams har många bekvämligheter på fastigheten och ligger cirka en mil från Moody Beach. Great property and location for families

Very nice property and convenient location for family with young kids. Paul was an excellent communicator. Property was clean, comfortable and owner provided a well stocked home which we were very impressed with ( plenty of linens, pillows, paper toiletries, ice, beach gear, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect little cottage

We loved this cottage! It was perfect for our family. Paul was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs. We brought our bikes with us and most of our days consisted of playing pickleball and then riding our bikes to the pool where we swam and then played ping pong in the clubhouse.

Relax and Unwind

Exactly what we needed. My family enjoyed a week long stay at Paul’s place in Beach Dreams. Beaches are close, variety of restaurants, and surrounded by a friendly community. My boys enjoyed the pool and arcade while we relaxed in the hot tub. We have visited Maine for the past several summers and Paul’s place was definitely the most equipped place yet. Hoping to stay again!

Lovely Spot

Host was friendly, available , and very helpful. Cottage was welcoming and met all of our expectations and more. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a week near the beach. Recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

A month in Wells

Perfect spot to relax, enjoy the beach, the sun, walk, and then make a meal and read or tv in the evening. We could sit out front in the morning shade with our coffee or enjoy the sun later in the day after visiting the pool. We enjoyed every day.

Maine in the fall

A wonderul getaway in Maine and a very attentive host

We stayed in this magnificent cottage, very well decorated, clean and stocked with everything we need to make our lives easier. Paul was a perfect host, very attentive. We appreciated the beach accessories made available to us, the BBQ, the nearby tennis court and the swimming pool, all in a safe environment for our two daughters. We highly recommend this rental.

Anniversary Getaway

This rental was perfect for our anniversary get away. Paul was great to work with - the 3 season room was a wonderful bonus as Mother Nature continued to rain down on us one day. The unit was very convenient to restaurants of all types in both Ogunquit and Wells yet we were able to cook a great meal in the kitchen of the unit. Everything worked and was in great shape! The neighbors were all very nice in passing but gave us our privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Cottage in Maine!

This cottage was perfect for us! We arrived to soft breezes on the porch, flowers and wine waiting to greet us, and a spotless cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing fall stay! There were beaches close by; excellent restaurants and shops and when we returned from our travels, we relaxed in the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Paul was the perfect host! He thought of everything we might need and made sure that our stay was truly enjoyable! We were very impressed and happy with our vacation in this cozy cottage!
