Excellent location, unbeatable views, very comfortable property and friendly staff

We loved staying here - the pool is huge, the condo is also huge and well appointed, we could walk to several good restaurants (don’t miss the crepes downstairs at Coco and the dinner at Noventa y tres) and snorkel at the beach across the road.

Great place to stay in Cozumel

Palmar is a great place to stay when visiting Cozumel. We've stayed in several different units at this property. Unit 5D was very nice and had a great view from the balcony.

Great stay with Teens

Very clean upon arrival. Perfect bedroom setup with two teens. Loved that the coffee shop and convenience store were right downstairs. Felt very safe with onsite security and guard for parking. We used the gym and basketball court. Would highly recommend.

The condo complex was very nice, with a wonderful pool and jacuzzi. The unit was very well stocked with everything needed for a good stay. We highly recommend the unit.

PERFECT Experience

We have stayed at multiple Palmar condos but this unit beats them all. Excellent on site management. COMFY BEDS which makes for so much home away from home comfort. OVER stocked kitchen if you prefer to cook a meal or two. We grilled our fresh catch more than once on the brand new Weber grill on the patio!! Excellent 24 hour property security. On site parking. Laundry in the condo for super convenience. The view!!! Watched cruise ships dock each morning with the sun rise. A wonderful value!!! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Great stay

We usually stay at an all inclusive in the south. We loved being closer to town and enjoying the local food more. The location is great and the view can't be beat. We had everything we needed to cook.

Would stay again.

Our family enjoyed the property. Pool is large and staff very friendly. Some restaurants/stores walkable. If you want to go downtown then guard will call taxi for you.

1st time condo vacation

My husband and I thought we would try a Condo stay for we always stay at a hotel. It was the BEST decision ever!!! Our flight got in around 730 pm and we were contacted immediately after landing on whatsapp that they will meet us at the condo. We put in a request for groceries and they were in our condo upon arrival, wonderful service for a late day arrival!! The condo was beautiful, clean, and Enrique was fantastic with giving information and contact information if we needed anything. During our stay they would ✔ on us via whatsapp to see if we needed anything. When we did need anything and contacted the manager Rodrigo the reply was immediate. Cecelia the owner is an amazing lady and also would help if you needed anything. This condo experience was amazing and will definitely be our pick for our future returns to Cozumel. Thank you - Cecelia, Rodrigo, and Enrique you are amazing!!!

Mucho mejor de lo que esperábamos

El condo está localizado muy céntrico, solo 15 min caminando al centro o en taxi 5 min. Justo frente al departamento está una zona muy bonita para snorkel o buceo de playa. Muy fácil acceso. El departamento tiene una vista al mar espectacular. Super recomendado, seguro regresamos

A piece of paradise !

From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome. Condo owner is an absolute pleasure to work with and she kept in touch with us from the very beginning to ensure a most comfortable stay. This 2-bedroom condo is very clean, It is a very large space including the kitchen with appropriate appliances including a blender and panni press. We appreciated having a dishwasher and a washer/dryer as well. Condo is tidy and well furnished. Furniture and beds are very comfortable too. There is one very large double closet for hanging clothes and lots of drawer space. There was even a small welcome gift for us which we thought was rather special. The view from the balcony is superb. We never tired of watching the activity on the water. And of course beautiful sunsets! Balcony furniture was utilized daily for outdoor eating and coffee & wine sipping. Another unique feature is the separate and private balcony off one of the bedrooms- nice ! The overall property is lovely, especially the spacious pool area, with several options for sun or shade and a very clean large pool and large jacuzzi/hot tub. Grounds are well maintained and 24 hour security was appreciated. Housekeeping and concierge services were excellent. If you need anything, all you have to do is ask and your request will be met efficiently and with a smile. This condo complex is situated within walking distance of several restaurants and grocery stores, and if you prefer to take a taxi, that's easy too. Our favourite restaurant is Paprika, situated very close to our condo. We rented a car for a few days and the rental was also arranged through the condo services, again, an easy and friendly procedure. We did a drive around the island to explore other beaches and restaurants along the way- amazing vistas. Twice we took the ferry across to Playa del Carmen, and spent time on the beach there and swam in the warm Caribbean. Cozumel weather for 2 months was gorgeous. This is a beautiful island with friendly people who also speak English : ) and lots to do. We had guests stay with us and they all were so impressed with this condo and the overall property. We are retuning next year for more of the same ! Thank you Cozumel !! And a huge thank you to Cecilia, the condo owner, for a most rewarding stay. Mike & Kandis, from Canada
