Det finns en fantastisk gård att umgås under sommarmånaderna. Alla aspeträd gör det till den perfekta platsen för hängmattor och trädgårdsspel! Hemmet har 5 stora sovrum med vardera privat badrum (6. 5 badrum totalt) för att bekvämt sova upp till 12. We had a group of 9 that loved the property.

Close to the skii hill at homeowners run. Our large group enjoyed being able to eat meals at home and easy access the mountain. Bedrooms are good for couples, the home was clean and would recommend

Beautiful home perfect for group ski trip, amazing location!

Everything was incredible. the house is extremely unique and very cool. we used the two hot tubs and indoor sauna daily, and loved the cozy couches and living room with large TV and great sound quality. The location was also very convenient on the mountain, with a very short walk to the closest lift. I would 100% book this property anytime i return to crested butte

Spring Ski Fun

We had an amazing stay. Great location and the house was wonderful for our group of 3 families of 4! Plenty of space for all! The kids loved sledding outside while the parents could watch them from the hot tub! The ski in ski out was around the corner from the house which we figured out and was great. We typically had one full car load that would drive us to the spot around the corner and then all were off and skiing. Thanks for the great stay!

I'm writing this while an ant crawls across my arm, because the house can't keep the bugs out. That's the review in one sentence.Good bones, but not kept up. It has the energy of a place the owners use twice a year and rent on the side — you're less a guest than a favor from your in-laws' cousin's uncle. Built in the '80s, left there ever since. Exterior paint was due 5–10 years ago. Carpet's original to the Clinton administration. Faucet knobs fall off; a couple toilets treat flushing as optional. A double oven juts two inches out of a too-small cutout, dust baked inside — closer to fire hazard than quirk.No central air, so pick your climate: 67 first floor, 74 second, 80 up top. Windows are lovely and screen-free, so cooling off invites moths, mosquitoes, and — see above — ants. Game room photographs well, but the PS4, Switch, and audio gear are all dead. Mattresses stiff enough we played musical rooms. The indoor hot tub reads less like an amenity than an '80s burden nobody's cost-justified removing.To be fair: check-in was effortless, and I'm grateful this place was available on a last-minute change when our group grew. Everything essential worked, neighbors are quiet and respectful, and we had a great weekend. Crested Butte did its part.The tell: one of the few places open late in prime season. Now I know why.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. Yes, this home sits on a mountain surrounded by trees, wildflowers, and wildlife, so the occasional bug comes with the setting. We professionally treat the home, but we haven't yet convinced the local ants to respect private property. The lack of A/C is also no surprise; like the vast majority of homes in Crested Butte, this home does not have central air, and it's never advertised to. Fans are provided in every bedroom, and we've already replaced the few missing window screens. After your stay, our team inspected the home and found the faucets, toilets, kitchen, and oven all clean and working properly. Both the indoor and outdoor hot tubs were clean, fully operational, and are professionally serviced before and after every guest stay. The carpets are professionally cleaned multiple times each year and maintained between guests. The electronics you mentioned are not advertised amenities, but we've asked the owners to remove any non-working items. Mountain weather is especially hard on exterior finishes, giving homes a more rustic appearance than those in the city. We work hard to represent this unique mountain home accurately and can assure you it is not neglected. We're glad you enjoyed the easy check-in and quiet neighborhood. And finally, we did enjoy the theory that the owners only visit "twice a year." We can assure you the owners, and yes, even their in-laws' cousins' uncles,enjoy this home quite often.

Annual women’s hiking trip

Thank you for allowing us to store our stuff a little early. We loved our week. Great kitchen- well stocked with spices and dishes. Plenty of nice towels, comfy beds. Here is some other feedback: several of the toilets kept running even when we giggled the handles, poured water in the back and/ or held down the plunger. There were ants- but not too much trouble. The ice maker was not hooked up, an overhead light did not wait. All minor but thought you should know- There needs to be a better letter to renters. No directions on tv. And you should put something in the listing about ALL the levels and the one or 2 steps here and there. No a good house for the elderly or out of shape person. We had a great time. Saw deer in the yard and the neighborhood fox!

Crested Butte Treehouse

This is one of our favorite properties we’ve rented over the years, our family labeled it the “Treehouse” because it is nestled in a forest of Aspen with large windows throughout. Nice views of Gothic to the north, this home is nicely hidden and private with each of 5 bedrooms having a private bath.

Great house

This was a wonderful location for the winter ski season as the walk is short to the trail. Set up of house offered plenty of space for hanging out, eating and hot tubs.

Amazing Property - Incredible Views

We had three families stay over Spring Break and we can’t say enough wonderful things about this place. It’s like you’re living in the trees! Spacious, wonderful gathering spaces and crazy awesome access to the slopes via Homeowner run. We felt the photos didn’t do it justice! The living area is huge and comfy and the 2 hot tubs made for great apres ski- one for us and one for the kids! Plus the third level was an ideal playroom for the kids! Games included too! We would stay here again in a heart beat. Didn’t want to leave!

Clean, beautiful, and huge!

My family and I (9 people) had an amazing experience. The house was spotless, beds were comfortable and all of the linens were clean. The showers were high water pressure & very clean. Hot tubs were amazing, clean, and large. Perfect home to rent, we had no issues. Easy access & great communication with Peak property management. We are very happy & we will be back!

Fun house in a great location.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We had 5 adults and 6 kids and had plenty of space. The two hot tubs and sauna are great! The kitchen is well stocked and made for easy cooking. The only thing we found missing in the kitchen was a griddle to make pancakes. They have plenty of pans, utensils, cups, and plates. The beds are all new and very comfortable. The bathrooms are dated, but they are clean. They even provided extra sleds for the kids. Fantastic trip! Thank you.
