I’ll first start with the cleanliness and upkeep:Sticky cabinets and drawers in kitchen grossPots pans skillets extremely worn and coating scratched off so we didn’t use them Dishwasher had dirty dishes on arrival and didn’t drain properly Dust on cabinets and ceiling near stove Walls in bathroom not clean and looked like they haven’t been washed down in a long time Beds very firm (I was comfortable but my husband wasn’t. Just personal preference)Couch ripped and stained American flag in poor conditionThe day we arrived it poured and because the gutters were clogged with leaves and branches and even growing weeds, we had rain dripping heavily at the back door while trying to get our stuff in the house. We enjoyed the pool table even though it was in a very small room and sitting on the front porch. Plenty of extra blankets and pillows. More than ample dishes and silverware. Grill was convenient. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very large.

House wasn’t very clean. Several dead flies laying on floor around fireplace and tv. The gas logs in the fireplace didn’t work and the hot tub was not usable due to being only half full and obviously not heated. Everything else was pretty good. Not your usual complainer. Just thought you should be aware.

Perfect adult vacation

We had 3 couples spending a few days away in our group. The house was plenty big enough, clean and close to everything. The back deck could use a little TLC but other then that no complaints.

Wonderful family vacation

House is in a nice location away from the crowds, but short drive to everything. Comfortable beds, very well-equipped kitchen. Very little A/C upstairs (used fans) and couches are old and a bit saggy.

Quaint Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house was more than accommodating and very spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub with the gorgeous sky views and the pool table also. It was a lovely getaway to relax and enjoy much needed time with family. The entire process was very smooth and we would definitely consider them again in the near future for another trip. Thank you!

Exceeded Expectations

The house was larger and more comfortable than we expected. It had everything we needed and when there was a minor issue with the hottub it was quickly repaired. Overall we were very pleased.

Weekend getaway with the kids

Judging by the pictures, you would think this place would be spotless and up to par with the amount of money you pay to stay there. Many things need repair and replacing. When we arrived, we found that two of the bathrooms had not been thoroughly cleaned, which is disturbing in itself, but given that we are dealing with C19, things should have been kicked up a level. We contacted the rental company and they said someone would come out to take care of the bathrooms, which never happened. We are very disappointed. Nonetheless, we had an amazing time with our combined families and enjoyed many activities while we were there. We will come back to Deep Creek Lake but will not rent from this company next time.

Beautiful house!

We enjoyed our stay as we rang in 2019! Beautiful house with a well-equipped kitchen. Plenty of room for everyone in our group. It was very clean. We enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Close and convenient to get to WISP.
