Stor familj strand hus mitt i Sea Isle stadsdel. Huset Àr pÄ 2 delar helt inhÀgnad och hundvÀnlig. VÄrt hus sover bekvÀmt 6 vuxna i 2 queen size Crate Barrel sÀngar pÄ övervÄningen och 1 dubbelsÀng sÀng nere. FÄ bra vila hÀr! Det finns ocksÄ enkelsÀngar vÄningssÀngar och en liten barns storlek futon nere. VÀnligen se bilder. WiFi, ATT-tv pÄ övervÄningen, DVD-spelare, bra ljudbalk för filmer, massor av pussel och spel och 3 kajaker (anvÀnd vÄr flytvÀst). Stort dÀck med möbler och gasgrill. Nytt kök stor social bar och stort matbord. Samtida stil. Stranden ligger 2 kvarter bort med en privat parkeringsplats för endast Sea Isle boende. Marina och restaurang / bar, barnpark och full domstol basket, tennisbana och grannskap pool (öppen Memorial Day-Labor Day) ligger alla inom ett par korta promenadblock i huset. Det finns ocksÄ en privat brygga som strÀcker sig ut i bukten för boende bara. Ja du kan höra stranden! Detta hus Àr underhÄllet och möblerat bÀttre Àn de flesta andra hyrshus, eftersom det ocksÄ Àr vÄr roliga plats. Kom en gÄng och du kommer tillbaka igen och igen. Vi accepterar endast smÄ grupper som bor hos huset med sÀllsynt undantag. Absolut inga öppna inbjudningsfester eller mer Àn de överenskomna betalda invÄnarna kommer att tillÄtas. With in a walk to the beach. Very quit neighborhood and neighbors were friendly. The vibe of the house itself was awesome reminded me of my room in high-school with rock memorabilia all throughout the house.

My family of 10 stayed here while my we attended our daughter Fasa Nationals for softball. We enjoyed our staying here . My older kids enjoyed the bench while the younger ones enjoyed the pool more .

Loved the house. It was great and a few blocks from the water. The only issue was that there is no way to get from the downstairs to the upstairs inside the house. You have to climb the outside stairs and the kitchen was upstairs so the people sleeping downstairs had to come up and take the chance of waking up the ones upstairs when opening the front door.

Beautiful Weekend Stay!

This was the perfect weekend getaway with family! The location, the amenities of the property and the cool theme styled interior made for a most excellent stay in Galveston. Andrew was prompt with communication and was very hospitable. I wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back for another stay!

Peaceful weekend

The owner had the best communication I have ever experienced! The house was just as described and the neighborhood is close to beach access. The neighborhood was cute and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again

Beautiful beach house, good size for a group. Golf cart rentals near by, marina and beach right around the corner. Very friendly neighborhood.

The check-in was great, no problems. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking, but was missing a few important (in my opinion) items: like coffee cups, wine glasses. I think some plastic plates and cups would be great. We had four kids 8 and younger and they really liked to eat on the porch. Every time they went there, I was worried they were going to break something

My Stay at Rocking Wave

This is a house I would recommend to anyone that will be visiting Galveston. The house was clean, the yard is large and everything you need was supplied including toys!! The neighbors were friendly and started throwing footballs with my grandsons. I loved my stay !!

Plus - lots of parking, room for a boat, lots of games and good kitchen with table to play games, really clean beach with short drive, good communication with host. Negative - Up stairs bathroom cannot be reached without going through with one of the two bedrooms. Downstairs bunk bed requires going through the other bedroom to get to the downstairs bathroom. Overall condition of house outside was not as good as we expected (pealing paint). Safety - A motion light is definitely needed to go up and down the dark stairs at night. Falling hazard.

I grew up in Houston and went to West University Elementary, Lanier Middle, and Bellaire High School. I now live in College Station. This is my dream to own a beach house and I want everyone to enjoy it as much as we do.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

This house is more comfortable than most any other beach rental. I manage the house myself along with a local resident so I’m responsible for the maintenance and upkeep. I concentrate on details of the house for myself not just for renting. You’ve been to rent houses before that the owner hasn’t been to in years so you know what I mean. This is not the Summer Rental movie. I’m constantly making upgrades and updates. I love my tenants that treat the house as their own and make deals to returning tenants.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Not directly on water so no worries about kids falling in but they can play in the huge yard and be at the beach or the bay or in minutes. Children’s playground a block away. Location in Sea Isle and 15-20 minutes to Galveston. Walking distance of 2 BLOCKS to beach, bay, marina restaurant, pool, tennis court, basketball court. Quiet and fabulous neighbors!
