Walking distance to center

Very nice apartment 10 Mon walk from city center with lots of bars and restaurants. Secure underground parking is a plus, though the spaces are tight. Overall very good value.

Modern Secure Affordable

First time to Alicante and was very impressed. For mid-late October the weather was very nice, mid twenties, and there were many people enjoying an extended summer. The number and quality of restaurants, the shops, streets, waterfront and castle gave us daily fun. The apartment is modern, secure, good shower, wifi and great balcony - as advertised, and we were greeted and gained access without delay.

Decent apartment away from major tourist areas

My first private rental, so wasn't sure what to expect. However, the property was clean, well-maintained and with some home comforts that you wouldn't normally get in a hotel apartment (the PS3 was a nice surprise!). The apartment is away from the major tourist areas, but these were only 15mins walk away. I deliberately picked the apartment for it's location, as I was in town to visit friends living nearby. Even away from the major areas, there were still cafes, bars and convenience shops within a two-minute walk. Had some difficulty contacting the apartment manager by SMS, but this was an issue with my phone provider and not a reflection on the service as a whole - once we realised and resorted to telephone communication, everything was fine. The person I met to pick up the keys did not appear to speak English - at least she spoke only to my friend in Spanish. I don't know if she was simply taking the easier option to talk to my friend but, if I had been on my own, I may not have been able to communicate with her (apologies for making her wait when I was checking in, see aforementioned phone issues). If I were being hyper-critical, the AC unit operation wasn't immediately obvious (there were printed instructions, but not in English), and the unit itself had a bright LED which lit up the bedroom. Trivial issues, though, and not worth worrying about. However, for me, everything was more than satisfactory. Would happily stay there again, next time I am in town. Thanks!

Trevlig lägenhet i ett lugnt område

Lägenheten var stor nog för oss tre, skulle säker kännas ok även om man var fyra. Finns inte sittplatser/stolar runt matbordet för fem. Lägenheten har en stor trevlig terass. Har ett bageri på nästa gata och ett Consum 7 minuter bort. Stranden ligger en bit bort, det tog oss 20-25 minuter att gå dit. Det vi saknade mest var sänglampor och lite fler vassa knivar ( kan vara bra att ha när man hjälps åt vid matlagningen)

Appartement bien équipé, avec une grande terrasse et au calme.

Nous avons passé 5 jours dans cet appartement qui est situé à environ 20 minutes à pied de la plage, quelques minutes des rues commerçantes. L'appartement est dans une résidence sécurisée, vraiment au calme. Il est bien équipé et parfait pour un couple mais aussi une famille avec 2 enfants. La terrasse est un vrai plus avec son petit salon et l'absence de vis à vis direct. La literie est bonne ,la cuisine bien équipée et le tout est très propre. Nous recommandons ce logement.

Liked apartment very much

Really liked the apartment. Very clean and everything you could want was included. Great sun terrace too. Only slight drawback was a little too far to the promenade and beach, but overall good value.

Un peu compliqué de se garer dans le garage, c’est une vraie galère. Mais si c’était à refaire j’le ferais. Les photos sur le site n’ont rien à voir avec la réalité, il y a beaucoup de luminosité, c’est beaucoup mieux en réel. 🤩🇫🇷🙏🏾👍🏾

Merci pour ton commentaire Sanda, En effet le stationnement est compliqué dans tt alicante la ville étant en manque de place de parking. La technique du stationnement dans les parking avec porte d’ascenseur est de manœuvrer en marche arrière avant de rentrer, pour ce mettre face a l’ascenseur ( pour la prochaine fois 😅). Je vais en effet mettre une vidéo qui permet d’expliquer le stationnement pour les prochaines fois. En espérant vous revoir chez nous bientôt. Bien à vous Khatir

television ne fonctionnait pas pdt 4 jours très chaud

cela pourrait être un mignon petit appart avec un peu plus de déco sans pour cela y mettre des grosses sommes ex. des petits tableaux d'Alicante au mur ou des petits bibelots planche à repasser ne tenait pas bien manque un toester. ce sont des petites suggestions afin d'améliorer son intérieur. de temps en temps , il faut raffraichir....

Nice modern penthouse apartment

We rented this apartment for a quiet, short winter break and it was ideal. Situated far enough from the centre of Alicante to avoid tourist hustle and bustle, but close enough to visit easily to enjoy all the city has to offer, we were very pleased. Whilst a large supermarket was a ten minute walk, or five euro taxi trip, there are two mini-supermarkets and a bakery within two minutes walk which can provide all you need, including fresh meat and vegetables. Two minutes in the other direction reveals a lovely little square with a great pub which also serves pizza as well as tapas. The property is modern and clean, with a terrace large enough to lounge on. We will be renting this apartment again very soon.

Light and comfortable apartment with a fab terrace

The apartment is better than the impression given by the photographs. It is light and airy, with every room having a window on to the large, west-facing terrace. Everything was clean and worked well, with minimal fuss, including the fast and reliable WiFi. The living room had surprisingly comfortable seats with lots of cushions, the kitchen had enough space to cook simple meals, the bathroom was functional with a super shower (although one of the shower heads was fixed quite low), and the bed had a great foam mattress. The terrace (with broad seats and drying racks) looked out over the rooftops towards San Fernando Castle – not the prettiest of outlooks, but it had its own charm. The neighbourhood was quiet and residential, well-lit at night and with several 24/7 minimarkets and fruit & vegetable shops always open nearby. There were quite a few empty or removed properties, but the amount of renovation under way showed that it is an area on an upward trajectory. The owner answered queries very quickly and efficiently. Suggested improvements are minor: a kettle, a lamp or two in the living area, a larger television and a second set of keys.

A louer les yeux fermés

Cet appartement est très fonctionnel, propre, situé dans un quartier calme. Nous n'avons manqué de rien, tout y est. Et que dire de la gentillesse de son propriétaire! Un grand merci à lui qui a su se montrer très disponible. Un petit conseil pour sortir du parking: entrer en marche arrière dans l'ascenseur, bien plus simple qu'en marche avant ! Si nous repartons à Alicante, nous savons quel appartement louer.
