Perfect Pool Home!

This house was perfect for our girls getaway! We enjoyed our stay and the house had everything we needed. During the end of June heat the pool was the perfect, the AC worked great and beds were comfy. We'd stay again for sure!

Fun In The Sun

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Once we got the pool and spa instruction clarification we really enjoyed the pool, spa and splash pad. The location was great and it was located in a nice neighborhood. We would stay here again. The staff was quick to get back to us when we messaged them.

Group of 8 adults stayed so the husbands could go wheeling. Quiet neighborhood with fabulous neighbors. Clean house. Great property management stayed in touch. Will be back!

Fabulous Vacation Home!

We had an amazing time at this home near Sand Hollow Resort. The house had everything that we needed, is extremely clean, great backyard with pool. We were so close to Sand Hollow where we rented UTVs and had a blast in the sand dunes. The neighborhood is quiet and our spring break was so relaxing sitting by the pool and playing games with our family. There is a pool table in the garage. We had so much fun here and I would definitely rent this home again!

Great place to stay in St George

This is a lovely property with an amazing pool and splash pad setup. Red Sands does a good job managing the property, with very clear instructions on check-in, operating the equipment, etc. The neighborhood is kind of out-of-the-way, to the point that it takes 15 minutes to drive pretty much anywhere. But that isn't necessarily a bad thing if you're looking for a quiet vacation. Overall, we loved it.

Incredibly Nice!

Wonderful well maintained home very near Sand Hollow State Park. The backyard, with its pool, hot tub, fire pit, play area and BBQ area is a destination in itself. The large garage and wide driveway accommodated two trucks and trailers as well as two Siide By Side ATVs. Beds were comfortable will plenty of pillows and linens. The kitchen is well equipped and very pleasant in which to cook. The laundry room was a nice surprise. You never think you need a laundry until you find out that you didn't pack enough of one item!

Vacation

The house was really nice. The backyard was messy and needed pruning but it was still a great place to stay. The management company was great. We had to contact them a couple of times and they were quick to respond and deal with the issues. The instructions on how to use the pool, hot tub and splash pad were not accurate as it stated there was a control panel directly outside the back door which did not exist, but we were able to figure it all out and it was not a huge issue. We would definitely stay here again.

Gateway to the Parks

Hurricane calls itself the gateway to the parks and it really is. We took in the Grand Canyon, Zion and Bryce while staying here. There is tons of great cycling in and around town and UTV rides in Sand Mountain are INCREDIBLE. Oh and the house
. So much binging Netflix while sitting on n the couch, by the pool, or in the pool. The splash pad is a huge hit with the kids, the neighborhood is awesome, the property managers are helpful and quick to respond to any questions. Look just spend the money, it is worth it!

Not quite an oasis!

When we uncovered the pool it had a dead mouse floating in it. The photo definitely depicts a beautiful oasis and although pretty not quite the what we were expecting. The game room has no air conditioning and 2 of the bedrooms do not have queen beds but small doubles. We turned on the ceiling fan in the family room and dust flew everywhere. Clearly it had not been cleaned in several months. We loved how close it was to Sand Hollow, but felt this was slightly misleading.

Wasn’t clean at all in the back yard. Unfortunately for us that’s all we were looking forward to! Such a bummer. For the price this was super disappointing. The exterior was not cleaned/maintained before or stay or during. No one came to maintain the pool the whole 4 days we were there. Never had that happen before staying In hurricane. We were so disappointed with it honestly

What a wonderful Labor Day weekend the house was great. The accommodations were great in the pool hot tub and splash pad were well. Enjoyed by all. Highly recommend this home for families.

Recent Stay at Sand Hollow 3334

Hello! Thank you so much for hosting us at your property. We had a great stay and overall were very happy with the home & amenities. The only issue we had was that the top of the Hot Tub was very VERY old and essentially falling apart. While it's not a huge deal to me personally, I think a small investment to replace the top would be worth the money for future guests and ratings. It did not do a good job of covering the hot tub which led to there being a lot of dead bugs in the water and it was very difficult to get back on and keep together especially with how windy it was during out stay. Otherwise, everything else was great. We loved how comfortable the couch was, the kitchen had all the supplies we needed and the pool was amazing. I would maybe update the pool cover instructions as well as it took me a few minutes to figure out you have to put in the code, press the check mark, then HOLD the open button. We did not use any of the game room stuff and most of our time was spent in the living room/kitchen, back patio, and pool. We had a great time!

A nice place to stay

The house was big for the size of our family. It is in a nice neighborhood. There is a SuperWalMart about 5 minutes from the house if you need anything. It's about 40 minutes from the entrance to Zion It was clean inside and everything works. The Master bath show has 2 shower heads. One is backwards where you think it is hot water but it's cold water and vice versa. The pool outback was very nice to have after long days of hiking. I would say the landscaping in the backyard needs a major overhaul. Quite a few overgrown bushes and trees where the leaves drop into the pool and a few dead bushes that need to be removed. You are about 20 minutes from St.George if you want to go to a bigger city for things. Would I stay here again? 50/50. The house is good. Is it memorable? Probably not, but if you want a clean house that just serves as a roof over your head, this is a great option. If you want something memorable that is unique, you may want to look at other options. It serves a specific purpose

Disappointed

We booked this house because of the reviews and location but were completely disappointed. Home inside was clean and nice only complaint would be every remote needed batteries, but the exterior of the home (The Oasis) needs some work. The pool deck has pavers sinking and/or lose (tripping hazard) including the Electricial conduct running across the sidewalk. Pool was full of leaves when we arrived, hot tub cover is destroyed and hot tub needs to be cleaned out as it was full of leaves and debris the backyard is completely overgrown bushes, leaves and just needing attention. Front lawn was overgrown looking abandoned, side gates broken so no real privacy from the street since the gate had to be left open against the fence. It was a real disappointment

Great family oasis!

We thoroughly enjoyed the amenities that this home offered. The pool was heated which was amazing and a must for our April stay. The fire pit was a nice touch at night and we enjoyed the patio area every day. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. The entire home was clean and well kept with everything you would need. We felt very much at home after our 7 day stay and would recommend this rental to our friends and family!
