Stayed 5 days and had a blast. Wonderful pool and back yard area with plenty of shade. Spacious home and great lounge area in the living room. Also appreciated the good WiFi/internet connection since we had some days for remote work including video calls. All worked well.

The lower check-in rating was due to being given the wrong address. After a long drive from SLC with little kids, this was frustrating. The answering service took a while, but luckily I had a number to text and they provided the correct address. We stayed with several families for a wedding and really enjoyed the house. It was clean, spacious, and the kids loved the pool and game room. The outdoor pool area could use some upkeep, but we had seen that mentioned in a previous review, so it wasn’t a surprise. Overall, a great space for families.

We sincerely apologize for the confusion with the check-in address and the delay in assistance, especially after a long drive with little ones. We appreciate your patience and feedback regarding the outdoor pool area, and we’re glad the kids enjoyed the pool and game room. Thank you for staying with us! 😊

This was our third time to the area and this was our favorite house so far. Plenty of space inside and out for our four-person family. Hot tub is old and janky but works. Back patio and outdoor space were great. Boys were thrilled with the third stall game room.

Loved the house. The amenities were great, the pool, the game room. Large amount of space for the family to spread out and enjoy the holiday weekend. Only hiccup was that my husband and I did not like the bed in the master bedroom. The foam topper made the bed uncomfortable and the sheets to slip off every time one of us rolled over. Everything else about the house and stay were perfect.

The home was great overall, but we were disappointed to find that the game room was not air-conditioned, as this wasn't mentioned in the listing. With temperatures in July, the room was too hot to use. We were traveling with five teenagers, and the game room was one of the main reasons we selected this property, so it was unfortunate that they couldn't enjoy it. Updating the listing to clarify this would be very helpful for future guests.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the home overall, but we’re very sorry the game room was too warm to use during your July stay. We completely understand how disappointing that was, especially when traveling with five teenagers and choosing the property in part because of the game room. We appreciate you bringing the listing information to our attention. We’ll review the description to make sure the air-conditioning details for the game room are clear so future guests can have accurate expectations when booking. Thank you again for helping us improve the experience for our guests, and we hope you’ll consider staying with us again!

Nice home.

Very nice home. Loved the pool and hot tub. Great location if you want to go to Sand Hollow. We loved the landscaping in the pool area. Felt very cozy and tropical. The house is well loved and needs a few minor updates or fixes. But overall an excellent experience.

This was a great home for our family. Our kids loved the game room, the pool and the hot tub. The beds were very comfortable, as was the whole atmosphere of the entire house. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The home was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Communication was great prior to checking in and during our whole stay. My one complaint, the owners request that no shoes be worn in the home. This was not noted in the listing. As someone who has foot issues, I had to go buy slippers to wear while there.

Nice home. We were there for a golf trip and didn’t use much. Just the jacuzzi and it worked great. We used the stove and the main 3 ring burner did not work as it should and needs attention. Water pressure not the greatest but I get it’s southern Utah and that might not be a thing. Still a nice home and the price was great. I would stay there again.

We appreciate you leaving us a review and are delighted to hear you enjoyed the home overall, found it a good value, and that the jacuzzi worked well for you during your visit. It’s always great to know the space served you well for a relaxing trip. Thank you for pointing out the concerns with the stove burner and water pressure. We did not receive any communication during your stay, and we would have been happy to assist or send maintenance to address these items in real time. Everything is working as expected for future guests and we hope to see you again soon😄
