Perfect for our fam. The pool fob was missing which was mildly inconvenient w accessing the pool. We worked it out. Comfy beds. The only thing that sucked was that the road was busy, we heard everything outside our windows.

This unit is perfectly situated at a convenient location for the use of both pool facilities as well as the park. The property worked well for our family. We had plenty of space for our family and though the unit does show some wear it is overall in good condition.There are a few things that would have made this unit better: The deck was dirty and uninviting with much of the furniture not in good condition. Many of the dishes were dirty, and we had to call to get lights replaced as a few of them were flickering, and we were surprised that it did not have a griddle to use. However, we were still happy overall with this place and would consider staying here again on a future visit.

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was well maintained and very spacious. The pools were also great for the kids. At departure the list of things to do was very minimal and easily done. Which was great compared to other properties we have stayed at in the past.

Family getaway

It’s a beautiful one level home. The pool and slides are right out the back door and down a path. Easy to get to and come back for lunch! We loved staying in the house and everyone had their own space which made it nice. It’s open and beautiful spaces to gather all together.

We were 20 people and did fine the location to the pools was amazing had an issue with the fridge but it wasn't keeping food cold , guy came and adjusted it worked perfect the rest of our visit Would recommend this house we made so many great memories super comfortable.

Great house! Check-in time needs work.

we really liked the location close to the pool. The house was clean and pretty well stocked for a large group. The 4pm check-in time is too late. Most VRBO's I stay at are 2pm or 3pm - hotels too.

Labor Day Getaway

Our family had a great time at the Paradise Village Resort. The house was even better than pictured online. It was the perfect floorplan for myself and my 3 married children and their families. Each family had their own bedroom and full size bathroom. The living room and dining area were both large enough for us all to gather. The location close to the Lazy River and Kid pool was perfect.
