Cute little house with comfortable beds. Very convenient location. We were 10-15 minutes from everywhere we wanted to visit. Neighborhood felt safe. We did have problems with the keypad not unlocking but the property manager was able to unlock it for us over the phone and she even came out and brought us a key.

Close to OCU & all OKC offers!

This adorable home was perfect for our stay while we visited our child that attends Oklahoma City University. We were centrally located to all the other great areas of Oklahoma City
 Bricktown, Midtown, The Plaza, Automobile Alley, etc. The property is as described and had a nice privately fenced backyard with a fire pit. The owners were engaged and ready to help with any questions we had. I would happily return for a stay at The Pastel Palace!

Enjoyed our time

The place fulfilled our needs. Plenty of space, besides the driveway, but room enough to stretch out and take a good night's rest. Bedrooms had nice blackout curtains. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. Not many frills or extras, but the place had most of the basics.

Convenient location

This listing was mostly as advertised with a convenient location to most of our activities. It was clean and comfortable with good communication from the property manager. Our only negative is the neighborhood where it is located. While it was convenient, it didn’t feel totally safe and has seen better days. Overall this is a good property that is well located, but the outside of the house and the neighborhood weren’t the highlights for us.

House had never been cleaned. Never offered to come clean it until we left to stay in a hotel the ne

We were not able to check in until 10:30 that evening. Shower was full of black hair and beds were filthy with dry grass and black hair. Dining room chairs all had black dog hair in them. Immediately sent property manager a message with a reply the next morning. Wanted me to send pictures verifying the issue. We cleaned the shower so we could get cleaned up and slept on top of the comforter because the sheets were so dirty. Waited all day for someone to offer to clean the house and it never happened. Ended up finding a hotel for the rest of our stay. Have been sending the property manager messages for two weeks now asking for a refund and I keep getting the run around. Don't know what else to do besides getting their attention with a bad review. FYI, The front yard is full of dog poop so be sure and stay on the sidewalk.

Girls Get-away

For my daughter’s 50th birthday, I reserved the house for her, her sister-in-law and two cousins. They are busy moms and it was great fun for them to have a weekend away. They loved the house and enjoyed the Plaza and the Outlet Mall. The house was very colorful, clean, and had everything they needed. A good time for them!!

Valentine's week getaway

Flew in from Denver to spend the week during Valentines Day with someone very special. My host was very attentive and easy to contact. And the Palace was everything I'd seen in the ads. A very good experience..

Thanksgiving Visit

The house was as the pictures show
 clean and accommodating. The owner had the house stocked nicely with the essentials. We brought our dog and the fenced back yard was awesome for him.Dennis quickly responded to emails prior to and throughout our stay. We would definitely rent again.

OKC Extended Weekend

Dennis was very easy to work with and communicated promptly and thoroughly with everything related to our stay to OKC to visit our daughter who is based at Tinker AFB. The home was clean and stocked with everything we needed for our four day weekend. The beds were comfortable, the backyard made for a nice gathering space around the fire pit, and the neighborhood was quiet. We were within east access to all the places we needed to go. Would stay here again for sure!

Nice and Clean, Cute and Comfy

We enjoyed our stay at the Pastel Palace! We were in town for a dog show at the OKC Fairgrounds. The location made access to the fairgrounds quick and easy! The fenced in backyard was great for letting the dogs wind down after their shows. Nice quiet neighborhood! Look forward to staying again!

Too cute for words

Nice property with fun mid-mod feel. Old home but some nice updates. A bit chilly but outside temps were single digits so not too surprising.

Great house, quiet neighborhood

Great experience! We were in okc because it was a half way point for me and my boyfriend to meet. It was very private and a nice quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our weekend together. Everything was provided that we could have possibly thought we needed. We cooked, did laundry, and even enjoyed a fire in the backyard. Would highly recommend!

Great Place to Stay

Pastel Palace is a comfortable, well maintained, and clean house. The airport, fairgrounds, Stockyards Historical Area, Oklahoma City National Memorial, and National Cowboy & Western Heritage Museum are all easily accessible from the property. There are numerous local restaurants and a Walmart Neighborhood Market nearby. Toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, and coffee are supplied. Check-in details and procedures are provided in a concise, easy to follow email before check-in. Concise, easy to follow check-out details are provided in an email prior to checkout. I highly recommend Pastel Palace.
