Short beach stay for 2

Overall nice place for just 2 people. Great location to the beach and restaurants. Check in and check out was easy. Great communications via email and text. The only downside is the decor and furniture are somewhat outdated. Has a old lady beach house vibe.

Great view, comfortable and clean.

We go to Rockaway to relax and get lost watching the surf. It's a short walk to the waters edge and ofcourse always in eyes view from the couch or chair. Both bathrooms were clean and the bed was better than many. The kitchen is small but usable and, as with everything, clean.

Best stay in Rockaway

I love the location, and the view from apartment. It could not be better! Housekeeping could do a better job though, especially, when there is additional dedicated cleaning fee (there was somebody’s sock covered in dust under the bed(my toddler found🤦🏻‍♀️), few stains on the sheets, and forgotten laundry from previous stay I assume). Other than that it is a lovely condo, well equipped. I would definitely stay here again if in Rockaway beach.

Short get away

The condo was not cleaned very well. The table was dirty as were a lot of the dishes. We ran a dishwasher load to have clean dishes to eat off of. Didn’t get to try out the jacuzzi due to a city water problem. Maybe next time. We would stay here again.

Overall Fantastic Experience

This place was exactly what we were looking for. It was true to the pictures, within walking distance to almost everything in town and nearly spotless. I say nearly because we went to use the grill and it was absolutely disgusting. We already planned on grilling, so we had to take the time to clean it. It was clear it had not been cleaned in a while. The grates were crusted with old food and the outside was completely covered in grease and other drippings. I mention this mainly because the property guide says each guest must clean the grill after use. The cleaning crew (which did an excellent job with the rest of the property) may need to check the grill more often and hold those people accountable. Regardless of that, everything else was perfect! We would definitely return to this property and use this rental agency again.

Lovely beachside condo

The property is very nice. Well furnished, beautiful location. Close to shops and restaurants, easy beach access, and plenty of amenities. However we had a terrible customer service experience with the Vacasa property management company. First they didn't send the check in information and then it took four calls and two text message chains to customer service to get it sorted out. Turned out they were supposed to run a background check before issuing the check in information, but nobody told us that or requested the required information from us. Then they almost didn't provide access to the property because they said the background check had not been completed in time. After arguing that it was not my fault that they had failed to notify me of the requirement, they finally took my information, ran the background check and allowed us to get into and stay at the property we had paid for and driven 2 hours to access. Once inside, the rest of our stay was lovely. I will be avoiding renting properties managed by Vacasa in the future.

M&M Nest was great

We loved that it was in the beach, clean, right in town and we walked to lunch and dinner and had coffee at the dining table looking out at the ocean. The best part was being able to wake up and see the ocean from the bed. Beautiful views!

Amazing view

Checked in around 6:40 pm, right before sunset. The view is amazing and the location is great. Very family friendly and elevator is awesome for making loading and unloading a breeze. Highly recommended if you've never been! 10/10:)

Look no further for perfect spot

I have found my place and won’t book anywhere else on future trips. It’s exactly as presented and was perfect. 1 point off for the Barbie size coffee pot, and only having 1 towel per person for 4 days, but NO COMPLAINTS! Thanks.

Spotless condo with great ocean view

Condo is right next to the beach. Great spot for viewing sunsets! Condo was very clean and everything was in great condition except for the bed mattress that was too soft for our preference.

Great for the price

This was a great place for the price, I would stay again. The furniture is starting to show wear and isn't the most comfortable. The bed is extremely soft, to a fault. Would have loved if tv had a chromecast, had to use my own log ins to stream shows. Wi-fi is weak and sometimes intermittent. Overall, the view makes up for the shortcomings and again for the price I would definitely recommend.

Overall great place!

Overall this condo met our expectations. Pros: amazing view, great location, very clean, well stocked, comfy couch, great customer service support when a heater was not working. Cons: TV was hard to figure out (instructions would be very helpful), chairs were so so, bed was okay (good for those who prefer soft beds), can hear the upstairs neighbors walking around. Overall would definitely recommend and would come back!

Beautiful location, fantastic food next door

Blood stains on pillowcase & sheets. Both people who talked through the doorbell were crabby and unhelpful. The codes I got for laundry and trash did not work and I was never able to get the correct ones. No coffee - bring your own.

The ocean was fantastic, a great getaway

The property has no name or address on the building. It took me walking with person at Vacasa on the phone, 40 minutes to establish what building it was The condo needs regular updating and the housecleaning was not good. Used sheet on fold out bed, broken latch on deck door needed a rock to keep it open, had to have maint. people come for fire alarm that was beeping, stove needed attention to burners, carpet needs replacing. general main needed

Great location

I loved everything about this condo! It was clean and quiet. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. The only drawback, in my opinion, was the lack of a laundry facility. (I did know going in that there was not an on-site laundry faculty.) Looking forward to staying here again sometime.
