River Ranch är en enda familj hem med nästan 4500 kvadratfot vackra vardags inbäddat intill Eagle River! Beläget i "Ultimate Mountain Playground" i Vail Valley!

Föreställ flugfiske rätt ut din bakdörr! Pilarnas sluttningar kan ses medan du njuter av utsikten från det stora bakre däck. Beaver Creek ligger inom fem minuter, Vail 15 minuter och Arrowhead 3 minuter. Du behöver en bil.

Du kommer att vilja sova med fönstren öppna på natten för att höra floden på sommaren. Sommargäster kommer att finna er i hjärtat av cykelleder och nära till Beaver Creek och Vail många sommartid festivaler och evenemang. Den vackra staden Edwards ligger inom 5 minuter och har många restauranger och exklusiv shopping.

Vårt rökfria hem byggdes år 2000 och innehåller två gaseldstäder, matta i alla sovrum och lägre nivå. Hårda trägolv över hela huvudnivån. 4 kung sovrum är på övervåningen och 1 kung sovrum på lägre nivå. Alla sovrum har eget badrum. Den huvudsakliga nivån är allt för att leva och njuta av floden utsikt!

Det finns ytterligare en partiell kök på lägre nivå med diskbänk, skåp och köksbordet. Biljardbordet och badtunnan kommer att underhålla alla efter en tuff dag i backarna, cykelvägen eller floden! 10 cyklar ingår i sommaren för våra gäster. Du behöver inte hyra cyklar! Hjälmar levereras också.

Perfekt inställning för familjeåterförening, scrapbooking och skidbackar! Avon rec center är i närheten som inkluderar en inomhuspool och träning anläggning!

Wonderful Stay!

My husband and I plus 4 other couples stayed in February and had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable and provided everyone a chance to relax away from home. Since we were a party of 10, it was nice to have a kitchen that worked well for meal preparation and a dining room that sat all of us. We hope to return again!

Perfect Winter Vacay!!

Beautiful setting and lovely house

We had a wonderful time at this lovely home. It had plenty of space including sleeping and common areas; places to gather and places for alone time. We enjoyed the river views, hot tub amd proximity to Edwards. We happened upon the town on one of our walks! We will visit again!

Excellent Home

This home is very nice and in a great location. We enjoyed living in this home and was very relaxing. Being located close to an adjacent slope was nice and easy to get back to interstate when visiting Vail. We will definitely look to stay here upon future ski trips. Very happy and please overall.

Family Ski Trip

We had a great time at this property. Easy access to Vail and Beaver Creek and located close to Avon and Edwards for easy access to shops and restaurants when tired of the resorts. The host is extremely friendly and helpful with tips. The house is very large and spacious. We'll be back.

Excellent house and very well decorated and maintained. Had a very good exchange with the host who was very responsive to any questions. Enjoyed the central music system, and well stocked kitchen cabinets. Plenty of towels, soaps etc.

Lovely home; we loved it.

Kathy, Thank you for allowing us to rent your lovely home this past weekend. Your home is beautiful, large, spacious, and very well stocked with everything. The pool table was awesome. Our two teenaged grandsons (12, 13) spent hours there.

Fall Delight in Vail Valley- Edwards

We had a wonderful stay with our group of 10. Outstanding setting on the Eagle River nestled at the end of the street in a peaceful and serene surrounding. House was perfect for our group our size, and it was just as shown in the details. Location, location, location. Kathy, the owner, was most accommodating and available. Highly recommend this house, just don't take our future stays there.

Comfortable, spacious in Edwards

We loved this home because it had a ton of space for our group. Having king sized beds in each bedroom was amazing, and the kids loved the pool table, foosball, and board games and puzzles included. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub, which was piping hot when we arrived. Parking, check-in, communication was easy... and the kitchen is very well stocked, including spices and some basic cooking ingredients. Highly recommend!

Nice house for large group

This house offers alot of space and sleeping options. It was well equipped and the hot tub was immediately adjacent to the back door for easy access in the cold. It also is a vey pretty setting right on the river. The property owner was very helpful. The only drawbacks is that some of the couches are starting to show wear and it was about 15 minutes from the main garages at beaver creek. Overall a winner and would stay again.

Thanksgiving 2023

The house was clean and well stocked. We had a party of eight. We enjoyed using the kitchen and large dining room table for our Thanksgiving dinner. There were plenty of kitchen utensils, plates, and glasses. We also enjoyed the hot tub, pool table, ping pong table, multiple large screen TVs, and close proximity to Beaver Creek and Vail for skiing.

Our family loves to spend time in the Vail Valley every season of the year. Initially the winter skiing was the huge draw. Now we have learned to love all 4 seasons. Summertime fly fishing and biking are family favorites along with shopping and dining out. Art festivals and farmers markets scatter the valley all year long. We have traveled throughout the US and always love returning to Colorado. My husband grew up in southern Minnesota and I grew up in northern Ohio in a small town called Vermilion, right on Lake Erie. Our midwestern roots make us all the more appreciative of the moderate Colorado weather.

Varför värden valde detta boende

We love the town of Edwards. There is so much to offer, world class skiing, golfing and world class shopping and dining! What more could one ask for? The Eagle River allows for kayaking and white water rafting and fly fishing, not to mention the sound of the river that lulls you to sleep in the spring and summertime.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

We love the river of course and we also love the layout of our home. We have 2 separate living areas on 2 different levels. This is ideal for groups with teenagers that want to play pool or ping pong on the lower level while the adults can entertain on the main level. All our bedrooms have their own baths along with 2 extra half baths! This is key in maintaining some privacy amongst family/friends gatherings.
