"Folk Cabin" är en avskild modern sovrum med 2 sovrum med 2 badrum som ligger strax utanför Ozark Folk Center. Fredlig trädbevuxen miljö som ligger vid slutet av vägen men ändå bokstavligen ett par minuter från centrum. Läge, läge, läge! Förlorat av vilda djur i området och vi ser mest alltid hjortar från verandan svänger. Rock spis (elektrisk) i vardagsrummet stämmer stämningen för din resa i bergen och släpper mycket värme med värme-funktionen på. Vardagsrummet har en elektrisk vilstol samt en vilande soffa och soffa med fåtöljer (prata om komfort). Befälhavaren har en king size-säng och badrum och det andra sovrummet innehåller både en drottning och full säng. Det andra hela badet ligger i hallen. Det finns ett eldområde utanför med stolar att koppla av och ved för rostning av marshmallows och smores. WIFI och kabel-TV tillhandahålls också samt ett fullt utrustat kök. Full tvättmaskin och torktumlare också. Vi har också lagt till en anpassad eldstad med en svängande "cowboykokare" grillrist för matlagning !!!!

Easy booking and check in. The cabin is clean, spacious and comfortable. It is off the beaten path and the setting in the woods was quiet and easy to find. You do have to drive on a gravel lane for a short distance to get to the cabin and the lane is a little rough so your car will get dusty. For us, this was not a big drawback and the benefits greatly outweighed the small inconvenience. We truly enjoyed the attractions in the area and will certainly consider staying here again should we return in the future.

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay at the Folk Cabin. It is close to town but still kind of remote. We loved that it had 2 bathrooms. Perfect for the two of us.

Family Getaway

We were in town to attend a class at the Ozark Folk Center. There were 4 adults that stayed at the cabin. We all enjoyed our stay. The cabin is awesome. It looked great in the pictures, but is even nicer in person. It is located on a beautiful piece of property that is close to town. Joey is very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice, quiet Cabin

We’ve visited Mountain View many times. This is the nicest, quietest cabin we’ve stayed in to date. It should be noted that the last little bit of the road is dirt and very bumpy. However, it is accessible for most cars. And for us, the peacefulness was worth it.

Come See The Folk Cabin in the Woods

The most relaxing place we have ever stayed. The cabin, in the perfect location, didn’t lack any comforts or needs. In fact we gave up a day of sightseeing just to hang out around the fireplace and catch up on some visiting. The front porch swing was a favorite place for afternoon coffee. The fire pit was the perfect end to every day.

Beautiful Secluded Cabin

This cabin was perfect and even better than the photos. The location is great for a quiet getaway and would also be perfect for a larger group. This cabin would easily accommodate 6-8 people. We saw plenty of deer throughout the day and other wildlife that made it an even more enjoyable stay.

Best weekend!

We had the best time at the Folk Cabin! It was so clean (I'm a huge a stickler for clean!) It felt so comfortable, cozy, and safe. Our hosts were very responsive. We truly had the most wonderful time staying here. I hope we can come back!

Comfort and convenience

Great time at the Folk Cabin

When we first walked in it was nice and cool and very clean. We had everything we needed and were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. Everything to do was close by less than 20 miles for everything we had scheduled. Would definitely recommend 10 out of 10

Wonderful stay

This cabin was perfect! Super clean and perfect size. Close to everything! It fit 3 adults 2 kids 3 and 5 and 2 11 month old babes . Definitely made Great memories!
