Beautiful view

The view was great! The couch is a little rough, jetted tub didnt work and the amusement park wasn't open which I feel like should be listed. The condo is nice size and was clean, so huge plus!

Beware When Booking

The best part of the property was the view. The place was disgustingly dirty though. Walls were dirty by the kitchen, something was stuck on the kitchen floor that looked nasty, cabinet vinyl was falling off, lamps and phone in rooms were dusty, a bedroom door was literally coming apart because they tried to fix it with screws… we couldn’t get in early because they still had to “inspect” it after it was cleaned… that inspection was a HUGE fail! I’d share the photos if there was a spot for them.

Amazing property

Very clean unit with easy access to all ameneties. As they mentioned, it has immaculate view of the ocean. Overall a wonderful place to stay for a fun-filled family vacation.

Loved the stay

It was beautiful!!! I loved the room it was cute and worked out perfectly for me and my family! The employees at the counter where very sweet and helped me with everything I needed!!! 10/10 would most definitely recommend this place ❤️

Love everything about our stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Big enough for everyone and kids enjoy the space to play and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Will stay again. Thanks for letting us stay.

Awesome view!

The view of the ocean is incredible. I love how close and easy this location is to get to different places to visit and very close to neighborhood Walmart. Some more kitchen essentials would have been nice, I bought oven mitt,pizza cutter and pizza pan and left there for future visits. They have 1 small skillet,so if you need a big one,make sure to bring one. The door to the room with 2 beds does stick really bad and is hard to open so be mindful of that. I really have no complaints, the property manager was quick to answer my check in questions. I definitely plan on staying at this location again.

Needs work

Unit needs a good cleaning and is in need of a entire up grading. Furniture is very worn and old. Carpet is very worn and dirty. Kitchen cabinets are dirty. Only 3 chairs are on the balcony; needs 4 for the two bedroom unit. I would not rent this unit again. Condo beach location is good.

Horrible TV's. All 3 WE'RE very small.Pictures and rooms were not the same

Won't use VRBO again..was not happy with room ,pictures online and room didn't match up.called and was told it was and that was that..All 3 TV's were VERY small.NEVER AGAIN 4 ME....AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEPOSIT BACK

Very nice accommodations, but could use some upkeep

Our stay was nice. The view and location was phenomenal especially given the price. on the down side, we arrived to dirty dishes and urine around the toilets. A little upsetting given the high cleaning feerequired per stay. Upon arrival we noticed a faulty light and contacted the property manager. At first communications with property manager went smoothly and then suddenly they just stopped altogether. Light was not fixed during our stay, but not a huge deal. Do not try to close the door to the room with the two beds, or you may never get it back open. We learned the hard way that once it's closed, it gets jammed in place. It looks as if someone at some point attempted to kick the door in and the door has split and warped in multiple places as a result. However those are all fairly minor issues and did not keep us from quickly booking an extra night for our stay. The corner view with floor to ceiling windows and extended balcony and spacious kitchen and sitting area are absolutely worth it.

Admist COVID

We were extremely worried going during the pandemic but committed ourselves to staying safe and just doing lots of beach time and eating in. We appreciated the efforts the resort put into place by signs that told guests to wear masks and only one person/family in elevators at a time but I felt as though there should have been staff assigned to constantly going around wiping down gate handles and pool railings. There were also some employees that were not wearing masks- we made sure to keep our distance but just thought it should have not been an issue.

Great locatio- needs a little TLC

Wonderful location, ocean breeze and you can hear the waves crashing. Unfortunately that is the best part. The TV room is quite large, which is wonderful, but the TV was no larger than a 36 and from the couch it simply was too small and no way to move anything closer! The couch needs replacing when you sit down you practically sink inside it and aside from on stiff chair and the donning room table chairs there is no place to sit and hang. Kitchen is ill equipped 3 forks and two steak knives?? It was Easter weekend and I’m having to call for utensils? Forget about the following- wine glasses, potato masher(don’t worry I bought one and left it) carrot peeler. The dishwasher is connected to a light switch so yet another call was placed and this was no where in the welcome book. Finally although you can get more power towels ($1.50) and Toilet paper ($.50), there is a $15 delivery charge and you can’t pick it up!! So be prepared for the set backs and your all set for a great time as the place itself is right on the beach and a great location!!
