Helt nytt hus i gated community säkrat dygnet runt. Med AC.
Hem med två våningar med privat park och familjeområde tillgängligt för gäster, parkeringsplatser med två bilar och autonom ingång till huset.
Helt nytt möblerat hus med bra belysning och ventilation. Snabb Wi-Fi, kabel-HD-TV och luktar också mycket bra.

Huset är tillgängligt för alla som vill koppla av och ha en bra semester. Det är nära centrum och dess 3 minuters promenad till stranden!

Amazing Getaway

We absolutely love staying at this amazing place. It was everything that it was advertised and more. Very clean, very comfortable and close to everything! It will definitely be our place to stay every single time we travel to Ensenada.

Will definitely stay there again!

My family and I stayed one night. We booked this place super last minute and when trying to book it I was having difficulties. I then messaged the owner who responded promptly. The instructions to check in were easy. The actual check-in process was super easy as parking was right in front of the door. It is in a gated community (very quiet I may add). The apartment itself was clean and comfy. The apartment is so close to downtown and also to other stores and cinepolis. I highly recommend it!

Liked it was a gated community. Too noisy from neighbors and dogs. Liked that host communicated to ensure we made it into house without issues. Did not like that ac remote was not available and batteries to tv remote did not work. Liked that clothes dryer worked but kitchen was dirty. Liked that property was close to beach (about 7-10min walk) and closed to shopping area.

Very Disappointed

We found the property not as indicated in your site. very bad cleaning, uncomfortable beds, bed make noise when you moved a little bit, pillows very dirty, toilet leaking water, dirty sofa in the living room. No A/C controls available and no hot water (the water heater was turn off). I will not use again this property from the owner Ricardo Arguelles. Franklyn speaking was the first time that I experienced this problem in VRBO, so I suggest to verify more deeply before to accept this kind of rents in your web page.

Ensenada Getaway

Property was easy to locate, clean with large bedrooms. We had a small issue with water (maintenance didn’t turn it back on after they were finished), but Ricardo was able to talk us through the issue very quickly. We had a very nice stay!

Quiet, safe, convenient!

My husband and I took my parents to Ensenada & the Valle for the weekend, this rental was perfect. Ricardo was super clear with how to check into the place, we had no issues whatsoever. I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the beach! The only minor issues were that there was no soap, and the floors were pretty dusty/dirty. Otherwise it was a great value and we felt very safe and comfortable! Thanks Ricardo!

Comfortable safe stay

Very clean and comfortable place to stay in. Felt safe in the area where it’s located. There is no Netflix and house was very cold was the only downside.

Great place with easy access to everything

This place its really close to beach and boardwalk surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, bars, and downtown Ensenada. Very comfortable for 5 adults and 1 teen agers or younger kids. clean secure and very quiet, easy way to contact person in charge of property....I will rent it again

Vacation

This home was a great experience. The home itself was very clean, charming and above all very safe. The down thing for us was that there was no AC remotes to control systems and no morning coffee! Overall it was great home, the was owner very friendly and the neighborhood was great. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cleaninness

Place was awsome. Location perfect. Most if not all kitchen ware was rusted. The upstairs sink did not work master bed was almost broken (legs on bottom)...drys did not provide heat yo dry clothes. Little details that i eould say any guest would like 100%. Other then that i enjoyedy stay and would love to stay here again.

Beautiful Space Near the Beach

This is a lovely home only a block away from the beach and a short drive to the main downtown. The place was very clean, and towels were provided as well as extra pillows and blankets. Ricardo, the host, was very responsive and helpful! We really loved our stay here, and would definitely return!
