Nice little cabin

Check in was a breeze, the house is well decorated, clean, and quiet. Close to The Surf and the water, we enjoyed our stay. Wifi / Internet was good and had plenty of speed for work or streaming.

Nice quiet place

Friend and I stayed for a weekend fishing tournament. Check in was nice and easy, cottage was clean and tidy. Didnt spend alot of time there except for sleeping but would definitely stay again.

Clear Lake Fun

Its a great location for enjoying downtown Clear Lake and the immediate area. Lots to do on the Thursday through Sunday. Its also close to Hwy 18 if you want to explore the area.

Weekend stay for a surf wedding

We stayed for the weekend to enjoy our sons wedding at the Surf. The location of this VRBO couldn’t have been better. Everything worked out well for us. Recommend a stay here.

In town for Robert Plant

This is our second time at this property. It is a great location when going to a show at the Surf Ballroom as well as an easy walk into downtown Clear Lake and the beach. Nice neighbors.

Relaxing girl time.

Very centrally located- easy to get to downtown , public beach, city park, Hwy 18 and is just directly off north shore drive. Quiet neighborhood. Has everything u need for short stay - including beach towels. We came to relax and found we had no trouble doing that here

Great location

This little cottage is a great location to stay if you’re attending a show at the Surf. Only 2 blocks to the ballroom and a block from the lake. Gray restaurants close by as well. Check in and communication with the owner was very easy. Carrie responded to all our questions timely. Will definitely stay there again.

Had a good time

We enjoyed our stay. Cute small cabin. Great location. Bathroom was nice with fluffy towels and nice new shower and vanity. Bedrooms are a bit old and sparse but beds were clean and comfortable. Seems like the house was in the middle of renovations, should be very nice when they are done. Price was very affordable. Overall a good stay.

it was really nice. The only thing that was unfortunate is the coffee maker literally took 2 hrs to make 8 cups of coffee. LOL Clear lake is great!

It’s an ideal location and had everything we needed. The Only thing was there was a lot of bugs and the bathroom door didn’t close all the way. You had to use the bathroom with the door slightly open, which wasn’t great.

Labor Day Stay

We were here for an event at the Surf Ballroom and the location was perfect. Our only feedback would be to fix the bathroom door to latch (also saw that in another review), lower the microwave (we are short) and have a luggage rack or stand in the second bedroom. All things that didn't impact us significantly, but would have been nice. Thank you!

Winter Dance Party Getaway

We had a good time. It was great being close to the Surf Ballroom for the WDP. The owner was very responsive and even allowed us to enter early. Accommodations worked out well for our adult family of 5 and we enjoyed the TV and music choices available. A couple inconveniences were the patch of ice on the sidewalk and area between the main sidewalk and road was not cleared well. The choice of pans and utensils may not be optimal to some people so if you have a preference bring it with you.
