Detta bekväma dubbelhem har fem sovrum och fem badrum och kan sova 18 bekvämt. På bottenvåningen hittar du två sovrum. Ett sovrum med ett bekvämt sovrum med eget badrum och i det andra sovrummet finns ett queen size-sovrum med ett badrum precis utanför dörren. Köksbordet rymmer åtta (8) och det finns ytterligare sittplatser i baren för sex (6).

På övervåningen finns tre ytterligare sovrum:
Den första är ett drottning sovrum med eget badrum.
Den andra är ett våningssäng rum med två tvillingar över hela våningss��ngar, detta rum har också eget badrum.
Det tredje sovrummet har en queen size-säng.
I det stora familjerummet på övervåningen finns också två queen size-bäddsoffa.
I vardagsrummet uppför trapporna är det också brädspel samt en X-box, en air hockey bord och flipperspel för att underhålla familjen i timmar

Det finns tv�� rymliga vardagsrum, en på varje våning samt två täckta uteplatser. Förutom det fulla köket har Arcadia # 3 också en gasgrill, utomhusbord. Köket är komplett med disk, bestick, krukor och kokkärl, kaffe och vissa kryddor. Och närmaste mataffär är bara 3 minuter bort. Villan ligger precis intill klubbhuset och poolen, och inkluderar gratis Wi-Fi.

Och precis nerför gatan är Archie Gubler Park, där du kan njuta av lekplatsen, stänkplattan, volleybollplanen och bänkskivorna.

Inga husdjur är tillåtna. Det finns ingen rökning tillåten i villorna eller i orten. Det kommer att finnas ytterligare $ 1 000 städavgift om husdjur har stannat eller det har varit rökning i villan.

True vacation

Perfect place for the family

We had a great time at Arcadia! We loved the pool and amenities and the home was beautiful. Great spot while staying in St George. We loved being so close to Snow Canyon and the beautiful red rocks. Thank you!

Great property for family

We loved how it overlooked the pool. The property had great amenities. Be aware nobody is working on Sundays so no snack bar at pool, pool towels limited, and no tubes for lazy river on Sunday. They allow you to use your own tubes, so wasn’t a big deal for us.

We loved the kitchen. There was plenty of room for four or five people to work around the island. I wish it was my kitchen at home Kids loved the air hockey We were disappointed the pinball machine didn't work It was nice that bedrooms were spread apart from each other for privacy.It was great to have outdoor seating at the table since we didn't all fit at the table inside The pool area was fantastic for the four grandkids, they played for hours everyday

Doesn't get any better!

This is the perfect place to stay. Calm and comfortable for adults, and all the entertainment the kids (of any age) could want. CLEAN and close proximity to the club house and grocery stores. Highly recommended and I would definitely go back.

Fun family reunion place

We had a great time. The villa we were in was very nice and had everything we needed. The only problem was WiFi. Some of the family were suppose to do work. So for a working vacation this was not good. Even when they gave us the secure WiFi , it was not good reception.

Best place for a family

Stayed here with grandparents, kids, and grandkids. Lots of things to do, lots of space to do it. Will be staying here again!

A code was sent via the Hospitality APP and we could forward it to our married children who would arrive at different times. This is our second visit and we rented two villas both years. We will probably go back, although the pool-lazy river area were a lot more crowded this year, and they are still building Villas that will add to that crowding. The scenery is outstanding! Very clean and inviting. We had another wonderful family stay.

Fabulous 60th Wedding Anniversary Celebration

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We gathered about 50 of our extended family to join us at Arcadia to celebrate our 60th wedding anniversary. We rented three villas. Everyone was thrilled with the ambiance of the villas and the amazing amenities of the pools, slide, and clubhouse. We had plenty of room to spread out and be unconfined. Close by hiking, biking, and pickleball were enjoyed by our group. The staff was very accommodating. Our overall consensus is: "We have to do this again!!!" The rental rates are less than most high quality hotels when shared by the large group that can be housed in the villas. The Arcadia Vacation Resort will definitely be a recurring experience for our family.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was beautiful and the amenities were great. Our biggest complaint is that the unit we stayed in was dirty. Also, the unit slept 18 however there wasn't enough dishes, towels, or blankets for that many. If you advertise for 18, it needs to be supplied for 18. The staff was quick and very accommodating.

This St. George weather makes it hard to completely get rid of those pesky desert roaches! They are prevalent in the area. We are sorry that you had some wander into the home. ARCADIA closed the pool at 9:30 pm instead of 10pm on Tuesday evening 100 derides of people from out side ARCADIA. Tuesday evening manager very unfriendly. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had 10 adults and 8 children for five days. Plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. Two weeks later some are still wearing their wristband because they know we are coming back. Kitchen is modestly stocked. Bring any special appliances or large pans. Adults loved the air hockey and pinball machine. TV took some time figure out the cable source. Overall, a great time had by all and we'll be back again next summer. Had an issue with the garbage disposal. They were quick to come and repair it. Just don't call the number--walk to the clubhouse and ask for assistance. We never had any luck with a phone call.
